I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift. In mid January when she finally went to wear them she found they were both left shoes. I couldnt find the receipt so I knew I would probably have a hard time returning them. When I contacted the store I spoke with a gentleman named Chris and he was very patient and pleasant. He helped me and made the process so effortless he was able to search the registers for my receipt and help me to return the boots and replace them at another carrier. I really appreciate his help he has impeccable customer service skills and in my opinion deserves a bonus.

Will never step foot in here again. I witnessed the “man” with a high pitch + lisp in the front of the store (i have a feeling he’s a manager....) BARKING orders at a young employee who answered the store phone. He was talking to her like a child, so loudly in front of the entire store. The girl was clearly embarrassed, making me uncomfortable enough to leave. I was in here another time and the same “man”, yelled from across the store while he was in the middle of checking out a customer, asking what size I was looking for in a pile of shirts. He has a nasty, entitled attitude for working at a department store. I’m honestly disgusted that this is the type of employee that represents Timberland.

Dont have any of the heavy work boots. Only on line

They really horde you here when I was trying on boots they stare, talked down to me, then when leaving the workers want to ask me do you want us to hold that pair, why you have a dozen in each size they aint going nowhere, especially for 200 bucks in the weather now days I wont be needing because global warming.

The sales lady actually told me Im better off shopping on line !! Its cheaper. I got a 40 percent coupon in the mail and was told it wasnt good on all boots and cloths...what else is there to buy ? Then tells me you should of read the coupon and understood the core style codes and you wouldnt of wasted a trip here

I shop often at outlet mall. This is one of the worst stores in whole mall. Every single time I go in several employees see me but never greet or offer assistance. Rudely continuing their conversations with each other. Makes you not want to purchase anything and never go back! Havent been there in months. Managers need to teach employees a little something on customer service. A quick hi goes a long way

It was listed through the web as being a Carhartt coat source. Not only did they not have Carhartt they similar coats were lacking.

I have so many pairs of timbs including the one I was wearing today. I went in today & at least 3 different employees saw me multiple times and didn’t say a word. The WORST customer I have ever seen!!!! If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Didn’t even bother buying the shoes I wanted. I’ll just take my money somewhere else. I still can’t believe how horrible the customer service was !!

These boots are defective. Thats why they are half the price. Ive bought boot that had some type of glue on them, probably from the factory. A pair right out the box was scuffed to the point I had to buy the display model because the were in better condition . And for some reason they all start squeaking after about a week.

The store girls are trained in retail racism. Starts from the top to bottom. They need sensitivity training on how to deal with customers of every walk of life and not just reserve their HI, welcome in ladies! for their fellow white people only. It was very noticeable, rude and very disappointing. Indians are a high earning group in the US (even low-income people should never be treated this way), it is not acceptable to be the only ones asked for extra forms of ID and greeted with suspicion. This matter will be taken further.

Went in yesterday 12/19 terrible costumer service. I was walking around kept asking an employee about something he would pass me ignoring me. I grab some boots had to follow him around to ask for a size. As I went to pay the employee had such a terrible attitude got mad when I asked for a gift receipt. For that reason I am returning what I bought. So disappointing

I will never purchase anything else from this store! I went to return an item several weeks a go and has yet to receive my refund. I have called several times and spoke to several managers that assured me they would return my phone call, however I have not received a return phone call from anyone in regards to my refund !!!!!
