I really liked my experience with the manager, Justine. She really was so nice and answered all my questions about what size unit Ill need for my move. Not to mention her lot is spectacular!! Very clean and loved the yardwork.

Amy and Justine were very helpful with our storage needs with me and my husband they are wonderful people and very helpful I highly recommend them and the storage units the place is of nice place lovely atmosphere me and my husband will be using this place again in the near future

As the ex manager of the facility, it has gone down hill since it was acquired by Storage King. The thermostat in the 800s climate control building was not working when they acquired the property and is still not working. My belongings were in there and both of my couch and loveseat were covered in mold. Could use better up keep as the property needs some TLC.

Great experience, very easy to rent. All information was explained fully. I rented on Feb. 17, on Feb. 18 I actually went to the unit. I was unable to gain access to the unit due to all the snow and ice built up around the door. The rope attached to the door handle was frozen to the ground under approx. 4 inches of ice. I was told by office to wait a couple days until the weather warmed up. I would hope that if that is in fact the case, my rental will be extended 4 days without any additional charge.

I dont even want to describe how poor of an experience Ive had with this place. The manager Mike is a great and helpful guy, but his employee or assistant manager was absolutely awful to be honest, hate saying it but he was rude, not helpful at all and pretty sure he has no business being in that position. Had my unit for 3 months when I first signed up, when that 3 months was almost up I realized I needed it for one more month due to cold temperature, so over the phone I asked to lease the same unit for ONE MORE MONTH when that ONE month was just about up, I retrieved all of my belongings from the unit and moved out they then sent me a bill for another month.. I called asking why, the employee had no reason for it and just said I have to pay it. So I did, then I thought toward the end of that month Id call to make sure I wouldnt be charged for another after that, so I call and ask and I was told I was already moved out of the unit unknowingly and supposedly in the middle of the month. I asked for at least a prorated refund.. didnt get it.. so I dont recommend them at all 👌🏽

Prior to being Storage King staff was helpful and courteous. A few months after becoming Storage King raising prices 8% with no reason given. Raising prices during a global pandemic, historical unemployment and some of the lowest interest rates in history. No reason given because Im betting their costs have not gone up at all or significantly.

Amazing experience!! I’ve been meaning to review for weeks. First, Willy helped me secure the unit with great ease! Then, Jason was a tremendous asset in explaining the ins and outs. Thank you both for making my rental experience exceptional!

The staff member at the desk (Jason I believe was name?... that was name on card that we received) was great. Very friendly and helped us find the best price/solution for what we were looking for.This was our 2nd CubeSmart rental in the past few months (we have another in TN), and both experiences were very positive.

Manager did a great job, I do not remember his name! I made a reservation online they called me to follow up and see when I wanted to come in. Manager explained everything to me thru the signing process as well as show me where my unit was. The following day I started to bring stuff and the other manager was there and she say people were moving stuff in so she was out in the little buggy monitoring things, made me feel good and happy.

I order my storage unit on dec 1st 2020 and its now dec 5th 2020 and still cant access it. No one answering emais or phone calls I ended up getting one at another place near by and was granted instant access to my storage unit.

Willie was great getting everything set up. He covered all the details and took me to show where the unit was. Very approachable and fantastic customer service!

Manager was great to work with. He was not only very thorough in explaining prices and options but also drove us out to see the available units we were considering. Facility is kept up very nicely and security appears about par for the course but, being a retired police officer, I did notice one thing that could be made more secure (no, I will not discuss it here)...fine for what it is and not a deal breaker.

Over priced. Full of pot holes. Something I would expect to find in the ghetto

My storage unit was broken into and they said thats not our problemso if you want to spend a lot of money for a place thats not secure heres your place to go

Everything went great in my transfer of units. I was needing to downsize units and Jason and the management team was very helpful in making that move happen quickly and easily.

Very disappointed. My double unit was 407/430. I could not obtain entrance for 3 weeks when ownership changed hands. A lock was placed on 430 I could not gain access to pick up my summer furniture the lock subsequently had to be cut off by attendant TaylorMy need for a 10x30 changed since my husband’s death. I needed to downsize to #763 a 10x15 unit. After calling the general contact number I was told there would be a discount. That did not happenKayla assured me there were other discounts but none for me.The account has been consistently up to date

After calling several locations and not getting any real assistance, I contacted Storage King and was immediately impressed with the kindness and knowledge from their customer service. Ms. Justine explained everything thorough and in a timely manner. ( as time is money and I dont like to waste it.) I highly recommend this business for all your storage needs.
