The property manager here was amazing. He was more than helpful and made sure my request to get my lock fixed was handled in a very timely manner. I only store with this company for their amazing customer service and clean facilities. You shouldnt store anywhere else!!

We have been a customer for 3 years, and recently have been encountering huge issues. Many units have been broke into but management failed to let people know they may have been impacted. The criminals climbed over the walls to break into other units. We let the storage facility know but they have been of zero help. Getting a hold of someone over there is impossible. They still havent fixed the area where the theft occurred and everytime I call that location, my call forwards to another Extra Space Storage location. Ive asked to speak with district managers 3 times, and NO body will reach out. It is awful!!!! I am trying to get my stuff out of there super quick and I highly recommend everyone to to stay away from this location. This place was great and went downhill fast!!

Huge rate increase no matter how long you have been a customer. Charging me over double the original rate when I moved in. Impossible to contact anyone other than the local office. Scam if you ask me! I have worked in property management for over 20 years so I understand how this works but clearly no loyalty for keeping customers. I am just another number NOT a customer.

Natalie was very kind and helpful, especially when 1 customer was using half of the carts available and wouldnt relinquish any of them. I am on a crew of professional movers so the carts are important to the flow and timely fashion of my job, and the employees were understanding and quick. Would rent here on my own time and will be referring future customers. Thanks guys!

Both ladies working this morning more then helpful. Quick and efficient. When I arrived to rent a unit Michelle Was very helpful explained all pricing to me. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the unit and also showed best place to park unload and exactly where my unit was at. Natalie even came up to my locker because we could not get locker closed. She went and retrieved some WD 40 and returned quickly. Will do business here again. Very professional ladies working front counter. Great customer service.

Love this place. I was given wrong direcrions from a different storage company. Extra Space Storage was the only place open in the area that I like. Came in and Michelle was very polite and helped me out with my needs. She placed a reservation for me for a unit that would be ready in a 4 days. I was very happy with my service. I received a call 2 days after making my reservation from Natalie. Who also was very polite. When arrived Natalie was still very polite and the facility was very clean. So I miss placed my gate code and information to get to my unit and let me tell you the staff here is amazing Natalie got me in in no time and even verified to make sure that I was who I said I was!! that goes along way and ensuring the safety of my valuables means a lot to me these girls are awesome and hot go see for yourself and get a unit while your at it 😁😂

They tried to add expensive insurance to my bill and failed to mention that insurance is optional. The only reason I knew it was optional was because I used ExtraSpace in Loveland years ago (wonderful experience). I felt very manipulated and will not use them in the future.Edit: I reserved a rental unit online. A representative contacted me and confirmed the price. I was very clear about wanting to know exactly what I would be charged. When I called back to finalize the unit I was told, “I went ahead and signed you up for the [something] insurance at a cost of [MORE THAN HALF THE MONTHLY RENT] per month...”. When I forcefully objected to the new price, I was sent a form to sign declining the insurance. If you agree to one price and then try to charge another without my consent, you will get a bad review. Public Storage charges $11 per month for required insurance, not $47. I should have gone there.And if you don’t want my opinion, stop bothering me with emails asking for a review!

Best storage facility weve ever used and weve used several run by different companies over a 29-year Army career that included over 20 moves. The facility was the cleanest weve ever experienced and the staff was very professional. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you are looking for a storage facility.

I have two storage units at this location. Their online rates are great, and access is super convenient. Michelle, the manager was amazing and most helpful with securing my rates and new unit.

I called to see if I could possibly get a quote on a storage unit the lady told me that she was going to run upstairs really quick put me on hold and left me on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Obviously they are unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

Extra Space Storage has been incredible to work with, from start to finish. To start, they helped me with an emergency move a month ago without hesitation and clearly explained my options to me. And now that I’m moving out, Natalie was incredible in clearing up a few misunderstandings on my account! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about them and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for storage options!

Love this facility and super easy to use! Second time using them and will probably use them again in the future. Safe, secure, climate controlled and everyone super helpful every step of the way.

Dont want to be the type to rant on and on about poor services and never take the time to applaud when someone gets it rite! So 👏👏👏 I literally came in at closing time and she still took the time to show me a space AND was extremely happy kind about it.

I love this location and this company.. they do everything they can for their customers.. others dont compare.. Ive been with them for a little over 3 years.. they even waived late fees for a bit for customers struggling due to the pandemic.. why would I go anywhere else..

I came here to pick up some of my stuff from my storage locker that is here couldnt remember what unit we had and the lady at the front desk wouldnt help me whatsoever because she couldnt find the information and then proceeded to tell me that since im not in the system that i needed to leave or else she would call the authorities and say i was trespassing as soon as i get my info from the hotline im moving all of my stuff and never using this place again

Got a call from Idris A who is the assistance store manager this morning when I inquired about a short term storage solution. Idris gave me the best customer service that I could have ever asked for. His service was timely, professional and he took time to explain everything that I asked. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a storage solution. Brittany the manager is phenomenal. Her customer service and knowledge of the property are outstanding! She should actually be a customer service trainer.The property has a fantastic location, right off of 225 and Iliff. The facility is very new and maintained to a very high standard. The online reservation process is incredibly simple and straightforward. I filled everything out online and was able to get my unit on-site in less than 10 minutes. They sell the specialty locks that are required, on-site. They also provide storage insurance if you cant secure a policy through your own agent. Highly recommend!

Last week my elderly aunt stopped in because she is downsizing from a house to an apartment & found this extra space because it’s in a great location right off the freeway. She went in & asked the staff how big of a space they thought she needed for the amount of belongings she needed to store & she loved how friendly they were. They Weren’t pushy or trying to make her pay for things she didn’t really need. She’a also been raving about how clean the facility is. Super pleased with how this extra space treated my aunt.

I needed to rent a storage unit out of state and was told to go to an Extra Space Storage location near me to handle the necessary paperwork. When I walked in, I was greeted by store manager, Brittany L. She was very nice and knew exactly how to handle everything regarding my rental. Within a few minutes, Brittany had finished the contract and the whole thing was a breeze. It is rare to find people like her who combine friendliness and efficiency. Brittany is definitely an asset to the company.

I went in not knowing my unit number and had no idea what to do but was greeted with a friendly attitude by Gio and was given great information to help me get into my storage in order to go through my things.

What a beautiful facility! It was so clean and spacious. Got a personal tour from Robert who thoroughly explained the various storage areas, the different locking mechanisms, and it definitely felt as though your items would be well protected. I remembered when this location was being built and it looked really nice. I told myself that if I or anybody else I know ever needed a storage unit, I would definitely check out this location first. Well, I think that my daughter may need some storage space in the near future so I decided to finally check it out. I just walked in to the office and was immediately impressed with the two people that worked there. They were so personable and even offered to give me a tour so that I could see the different size units available. I could not believe how clean this place was! Every floor was immaculate including the elevator. I was even shown where the bathrooms were located and they were very clean as well. I liked the fact that this location is all indoors and climate controlled. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was given a brochure to take home. I told the gentleman that took me on the tour that I would definitely be returning when my daughter is ready for her move.

For the same size unit I was paying $50 more at public storage, so Im putting all my stuff at extra space!! I would highly recommend that you do same. I always see this storage location on my way home and thought how nice it looked from the highway. Just so happens my family will possibly be relocating to another state in a couple months. I stopped in to check pricing and to get an idea of what I might be needing. I worked with Brittany who was so pleasant and made me feel welcomed from the start. Although I won’t know if I’ll be needing the storage unit until April, I have no doubt where I will be storing if I do.

This facility is very clean and well maintained. The location is right and the price is lower than I expected. Brittany did a great job checking me in and everything is good to go.
