The team that they sent to move my heavy equipment showed up right on time, and got straight to work. They were well prepared, professional, and quickly moved all of my heavy and delicate equipment without incident. The final bill was also less than the estimate. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to express enough how pleased we were with our local move. It was obvious from start to finish that Buehler has a high standard set for their employees. James Stevens was very detailed and good to work with as our salesman. Ellen Leary was the best coordinator anyone could ever work with - she kept my informed from start to finish on our move keeping in touch with me to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Our move required loading one day and delivering the next with 6 of the most amazing crew. (Bill Cozier, Matthew Martin, Charles Stanley, Khriba Jackson, Theo Collins, and Tyler Early)!! They were a team and it was obvious Bill Cozier was a team leader. They handled our household goods and though they were their own. They made a stressful event as pleasant as possible and could not have been more professional every step of the move. Moving can be overwhelming - There are so many decisions and details to deal with at the last minute and I never felt rushed or stressed. We moved from Germany and had our stuff in long term storage until we found residence. The lads were very nice and polite delivering our stuff. Upon completion I asked if they would come back and take away the boxes when I was done(all movers before had done this) they said yes just call the need. Two days later I called and was told theyd send the info to the springs location and call me the next day. By evening next day I hadnt heard anything and called again. Someone informed me that because they didnt unpacked the boxes they didnt have to remove them, and I said well your movers said you would, she said well they were just being nice but Ill see what I can do and call you back. Its been a month they never called back. I had 6 large boxes filled with hundred of smaller boxes sitting outside my door. Thank goodness my lovely trash people took them away no complaints (though they said they dont usually do that). I had no way of clearing them off and Buehler dropped the ball on that. A phone call saying they wouldnt would have been nice.

I just moved from Ohio to Colorado with Buehler and cannot recommend them enough!! I was very fortunate to be assigned them as part of a military move! I am so impressed with their communication, quality of care, and service. Absolutely nothing was broken, lost, or stolen! James was my driver. He was extra communicative and so pleasant to work with. When I leave CO I will absolutely request them by name or hire them separately if the military cannot schedule them for me. Best moving experience I’ve had!

Do not trust this company, just received my boxes and half of my Home theater speaker is missing. They are sly and crooked when it comes to filling out the Forms even though it is labeled on the inventory sheet as speaker, half of it arrived and half never made it and the part I actually need for it to operate is the piece missing. If you get a man by the name of Soloman Zeyla, do NOT let him handle your house hold stuff. I bought him and his partner lunch for working hard, just for them to steal my stuff.

I hired Buehler on the recommendation of my Dental Supply Company to move a very delicate 3D Panorama X-ray machine. I was told Beuhler moves dental equipment all the time and knows to be very careful with it. Imagine my shock when the office I was buying the X-ray machine called me to tell me that Beuhler had dropped it! Beuhler didnt call me to tell they dropped it! If the selling office hadnt told me I think Beuhler wouldve just blown it off completely.That started a multi week chain of calls to Bruce, who initially took responsibility, then changed his tune and said they had no liability, threw the selling Docs office under the bus, agreed to only cover 1 plastic cover of the machine, etc, etc, etc. I ended up finding more damage to the machine once I installed it that was clearly caused by Beuhler when they dropped it. A call to Bruce was never returned.EDIT: No, additional insurance options were never discussed with me. Not only that but Bruce told me that even if I had gotten complete coverage it wouldnt have covered the damage your crew caused because there was no external damage. The broken plastic cover IS external damage!I found Beuhler to be completely without integrity, flatly put, theyre a bunch of liars and should be avoided at all costs.

So we just did our final move with the military and could not be more thankful for the crew that we were blessed with. We had many hiccups (not on the companys side) and these guys were so positive, helpful, and patient and I cant thank them enough!! Not only did our driver Bernard go above and beyond to help make things better and happen but our movers bent over backwards to make things right when it wasnt this companys mistakes to fix! How do you lose the largest item in the house? Where is my couch? I called twice and each time Im told I will receive a call back, which still hasnt happened. When I call back now, I go to voicemail and leave a message and no one calls me back. So thanks for all the help. Guess the kids and I will just share our time together on the floor. I would use some boxes to sit on but my dolly is missing too. Appreciate the professionalism.

Buehler Moving is absolutely amazing! Tom and Sean and the entire crew went way above and beyond to help me and my family after our original moving company’s truck was damaged during a storm as they were traveling across country, and the entire roof ripped off! It was raining, so some of our items were soaked. When the other moving company couldn’t put a crew together for over two days to unload the truck in their staging area to see what items were damaged and then reload items that were not, Buehler Moving answered the call to help us out and do the unload and reload all on one day - and ON A SATURDAY when they normally would not be working past noon. They met us at 8am where they had already gotten a jump on unloading the truck for us, and they proceeded to work quickly but with the utmost care for all our items and us as we realized we wold lose many of them due to the rain damage. They then reloaded our salvageable items onto a sturdy truck and drove an hour to get to our house and unload and assemble everything (21k worth of furniture and household goods)! It was well past 7pm when they left and we could not be more grateful to them!!! Thank you Tom and Sean and to the entire Buehler Moving crew that helped us that day! You turned a very sad and difficult situation into a positive one!

We had to move on military orders. Normally we move ourselves, but decided to leave it to a company this time. Andre and Drew were assigned to do our pick up, drive, and deliver our entire house. Over 13000 pounds. These guys showed up on time and worked amazingly. Our packers even left before they were supposed to, but this team helped finish the job so we could still get everything on the truck and leave on schedule. They are extremely professional and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. So helpful to us and delivered our goods to us in only a few days. Amazing job! Amazing work ethic.

This is the worst company you could ever imagine dealing with. I feel sorry for the owner of this company as he is probably unaware of Joy working in his Denver location. This person lies repeatedly and then tries to cover with more lies. She is horribly rude and when asked to speak to the highest authority in the company, she stated it was her. I know this is not true because no person holding value in their own company would speak like this and would be trained properly in customer service. She repeatedly spoke over me and would not allow me discuss my concerns in a civil way. She and therefore the company take advantage of people thinking that we are uneducated and dont understand simple ethics in life.We paid for 2 jobs on moving day and were charged for 2 trucks, fuel service for both trucks, and a driver and mover to go along with each. We paid close to $4000 only to have one truck and one team arrive for both jobs. It took them all day and thankfully they were good people that worked hard to make up for the company. Joy stated it was like calling a plumber and they can arrive on multiple jobs and charge separately for each. This explanation is the silliest thing I have ever heard. I have owned multiple businesses in my time and this is horrible business ethics. The same crew was to do 2 jobs while bringing the same truck, fuel, and get paid double for their man hours, all while on the same job and clock. What??!!! Later that evening we noticed a missing piece of furniture. We called and it ended up being under some towels tossed to the side in the back of the truck. It was damaged in the process and brought back the next day by another truck. Guess what, billed close to another $1000 for that trip. Now our insurance claim (we took out the appropriate insurance for the job) wont be filed until we pay again.Greed is a sad part of our world and I ask that any of you business owners out there to please pay close attention to your employees. People like this can help ruin a company that a good person has set out for good. Please dont hold on to people that arent well trained and are extremely poor with customer service.

I could have hired a crack head and had better luck with my stuff arriving undamaged and on time, but nah, I chose to pay Mayflower aka Buehler $3,500 to make my life hell for a month.

I had ordered a bed set and most of the workers were really nice and diligent except one who calls himself Alvaro. He was very rude sometimes and I believe him and one other of your workers were doing lines in my bathroom. I know you guys can send better workers than those two.

Ive had a lot of bad movers, so my expectations for a move from Colorado to Arizona werent exactly high. However, Buehler/Mayflower turned out to be fantastic movers. We had a contract to have them pack a lot of our kitchen, artwork, and glassware, and their packing job was fast and thorough - everything was carefully and thickly wrapped. Great packing team who showed up on time and were very helpful and friendly. Same with the loaders; they showed up exactly on time and moved like lightning to get a very large household full of a LOT of stuff on the truck in only a few hours. Also friendly people who kept the lines of communication open at all times. And last but not least, the unloaders were equally awesome. Very organized, efficient, and careful with all our stuff and seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with how things were set up. They were also another cheerful team who knew what they were doing and how to knock out a rough job quickly. There were a couple of minor things broken after opening up all the boxes, but not a big deal and I certainly expected worse. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, Ill be calling Buehler/Mayflower, as their work was nearly flawless. Moving is a very stressful and exhausting experience, but they made it a lot easier. Thanks.

Had a great experience with the whole process. From the estimate to the delivery in our new destination everyone was helpful, the move was handled professionally and the driver worked with us in delivery time, and was on time. Very happy. We moved from Denver to New Orleans and the driver who is from New Orleans knew how narrow our street was, and came prepared, and even gave us some info on our new neighborhood. Jeannette in the office, answered all our questions and checked in us. Also, nothing was broken! First time ever! We have always moved ourselves before, but never again!

A very professional experience. Kirk V. did a great job getting my move set-up and arranged in the most cost-efficient way possible. Then on the moving days (8/11 and 8/13) Jose A. and his crews did a great job taking care to pad all of my furniture to prevent damage, as well as worked in an efficient manner to complete the jobs quickly, safely, and damage-free. I was impressed as to how smoothly, and quickly, the actual move process went. Hiring movers can be expensive, but I definitely recommend it, and if you are going to hire movers Id recommend Buehler.

We had an amazing experience with Andrew and Andre moving our household goods from Virginia to California. They went above and beyond to make sure items were wrapped well and were very clean and careful. They also helped disassemble/reassemble many large furniture items.

I found Buehler deceitful and lacking in integrity. Communication was awful, they damaged many items and refused to reimburse for the damage. When they did communicate they were either incompetent or outright lied. I would never use them again and would advise anyone to look for alternate moving or storage companies.

Driver called to advise time he would be here to deliver our new desk and top.Drivers were right on time, then unpacked outside and delivered units to our upstairs and assembled then placed exactly where my wife wanted them. They even moved a couple of times to show fit. We are expecting our first child in November and we needed to hire movers for our recent move. The whole situation was complicated by the fact that we would be between homes for several days, between when we needed to be out of our old house and when we would be able to move into our new house. I got multiple quotes, and Buehler was the more reasonable option for us. Buehler was fantastic. To top off the complicated situation, our bank screwed up their end of things at the last second, and we had to extend our close date, and thus extend our storage with Buehler. Buehler was AMAZING throughout the process. Rhonda was our coordinator and she was fantastic and helpful. She helped to ease the pain that our bank was causing us and helped get us rescheduled without hassle. She was also excellent at following up on the movers and our experience. Our team of movers was friendly but extremely efficient and professional. I cant say enough good things about the experience we had.

There were items stolen from our office during our move and we were not compensated for the theft, there was confusion at every turn, they didnt come prepared to move or hang the fine art that was part of our quote, they did not retrieve their totes on the day they were supposed to come. We had a significantly sized office move and I was extremely disappointed with the response to the theft that occurred by their employees.

Buehler Mayflower did a full pack / move from my townhouse in Denver to North Carolina. Tina, Garth (?), and their crew performed the pack which included household items, art, and art objects. Upon unpacking in North Carolina, all items were perfect. Words cannot adequately describe Mark Sievert and Jack on the loading in Denver: eye for detail, quick and efficient. He took great care of my items and the walls/floors of my townhouse were undamaged. I had great confidence in his professionalism and supervision of the loading and transfer of my items. Great coordination on the backside of the move in terms of the date/time of arrival. He and his crew padded the doorframes and floor during the unloading and setup in my apartment. All of the boxes were placed in logical locations for unpacking. Mark has meticulous attention to detail, including checking one particular fragile item and a glass cabinet, which made the 1600 mile move unscathed. This is my second move with Buehler and I would gladly have the Company move me again. Many thanks!

Buehler Moving Co. has been the best moving company Ive ever dealt with! This was an office move and they were responsive through the whole process. On the day of the big move, I was expecting it to take 6 hours or so for the movers to complete, but they showed up with 8 men and had the entire move done in less than 4 hours!! Nothing was damaged, the movers were very polite and willing to help out with whatever we needed.Plain and simple, pick this company for your next move, whether its a commercial move or residential. I do real estate and will absolutely be recommending them to ALL of my clients.

Michael and Mark were the two that showed up to the house and then went to a storage unit 20 miles away. They did the job in awesome fashion and finished before the estimated time which lowered my assumed cost. The professionalism and follow up has made me a returning customer over the past few years. DO NOT use this company! They are awful in a hundred different ways. It started when I first moved out to Denver and half of my belongings were placed in storage. I received a call saying I should be there when the truck was unloaded to check on my items. When I arrived (having driven an hour), the truck had already been unloaded and my belongings were in wooden shipping crates. I was told by warehouse staff that the crates could not be opened and I could not see my belongings. On my move back to Massachusetts, I was assigned the most unhelpful, rude, brusque, obnoxious shipping coordinator that probably exists on this planet -- Rhonda. She never spent more than 30 second with me on the phone and was forever saying things like, Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, bye. She never seemed to care a single bit about me or my move. I finally had to call the main number and ask for a manager. I told the manager that under no circumstances would I be dealing with Rhonda again. This lasted about a week. Some issue came up and the manager required me to speak with Rhonda again. It should be noted that in the time that I wasnt working with Rhonda, the manager told me that Rhonda had messed up my shipping order. I had belongings both in storage and at my house. Rhonda had neglected to combine the two into one order. The result was a delay in my shipment that stretched out to two weeks -- two weeks in a house with no belongings. When I confronted the manager about the quality of her company, she stated that they were too busy and that the owner cant say no to orders and the employees are swamped. It shows.When my belongings arrived in Massachusetts, the first thing the driver said to me was, I didnt want to accept this shipment from the Buehler warehouse. Theres a lot of damage. Buehler managed to damage five Colonial antique pieces, destroy a treadmill, ruin a television, and break an antique floor lamp. This damage was all done while the items were in storage at the Buehler warehouse, as the driver showed me the damage report document signed by the warehouse foreman. And to top it all off, Buehler continues to bill me for storage costs two months after my belongings were removed from their warehouse. This shows one of two things -- either (a) they have no idea what is in their warehouse, or (b) they are over-billing customers.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This is an update from past review. They continue to be awesome. On the rare occasion I have I had to pick up a few things. I hardly had to lift a finger. Wonderful experience, great employees (Especially The Jamaican!). A person actually answers the phone and solves your problems!!

Buehler did a great job on our local move. The staff was respectful and worked hard. My son was 8 weeks old at the time of our move and I was pretty frazzled. They were very kind and polite and assisted me by rearranging furniture at the new house. They also packed my sons swing separately so it was the last thing loaded and first thing unloaded - a blessing for my little guy!

My wife and I were rushed through the process because of summer kids schedules and turns out when we got to our new address (military move) my wife was missing jewelry her grandmother gave to her before she passed. When we filed a claim it was denied because it wasnt originally claimed on the personal belongings and high value sheet. Do NOT trust these guys.

Trent and Eddie were super helpful and very thorough. Tracey was exceptional. There was a mistake from the company I bought furniture from. I couldn’t get in touch with them but Tracey was right on it and helped figure out the problem. It was a difficult and very frustrating situation but this company was nothing but helpful and professional

Good:The service is very good. Lightening fast email response. A detailed inventory list was made before move, and no item got lost. No damage at all.Not so good:Delivery time is a bit long. It was about 10 business days from Texas to Colorado.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Keliiholokai and his team in a recent move. Mike, David, Donald and Emilio were great! They were extremely professional, courteous and efficient in everything they did. I was amazed at how they would go above and beyond in all of my requests. What moving company thinks its acceptable to block of 2 apartment buldings of garages with 1 semi? Also how does it take you over 5 hours to load up an apartment?

The folks did an excellent job on moving items to and from our school in Colorado Springs, to our function at a hotel in downtown Denver. They were a half and hour late on one occasion, however they contacted me and informed me of their progress as well as the cause of the delay. I only mention the delay, because I appreciated the good customer service in keeping me informed of issues that arose. Ill use them again.

We made a local move from Castle Rock to Broomfield and the crew they gave us was great! The 4 guys showed up on time to load our house on the first day and then showed up on time at our new house to unload the next day. Very nice guys and were very careful at making sure everything was in the right places, set up correctly, and ensured nothing was damaged.I hope that I never have to move again but if I did, I would use Buehler.

I am a designer with a home building company and we use Buehler to do our model installations. We had 2 large models to do this week and Jay and his crew finished both models in a total of 2 days. Theyre great at hanging art and were very organized. Its a great company to work with!

Company lost the vaults containing all our furniture. My disappointments:* Only already inside the delivery window, I was informed the vaults were lost.* Very little effort was being made to locate our vaults. Only after we contacted and emailed furniture pictures to the Director of Quality Assurance at Buehler, our items were found in the warehouse.* After locating the vaults in the warehouse, it took an additional week to ship the items and then another week in transit. We received the shipment three weeks later than agreed.* From the status of the furniture/boxes, it is easily noticeable that our items were intensively shuffled around the warehouse without proper care. Hence, we had some damaged and lost items.* Most communications with Buehler throughout the entire process were initiated by me and often required multiple phone calls/ emails to reach the person in charge. I honestly expected a much more proactive attitude from Buehler. The claims process is a good example as it was finished only after multiple follow ups with the claims* During the entire process, Buehler cared very little to properly address the circumstances.

Kwane Lamb and Marcus David did a great job putting the furniture we order with white glove delivery where I wanted and inspecting it with me so it is in great condition. I appreciate their cooperation when I asked to work as quiet as possible so my children don’t awake and get in their way. They were very friendly and patient to get the job done right.Thanks!!!

We once again had a wonderful experience with Buehler. They moved items to a storage unit and from the storage unit to a townhouse. All done before noon and with no issues!. I never worry when I use Buehler. Highly recommend this company.

I would only recommend this company if you would like a poor, hands off, customer service experience. Once the salesman made the sale, I did not hear from him, he didn’t return my voicemails. I was deferred to his associate who was somewhat helpful, but neither of them went to bat for me when I needed them most. We agreed to a specific price, it was not honored. I have escalated and the managerial staff, and the managers continue to fight my concern. This is not a customer service oriented business. They do not value retention or growth of customers. All they care about is themselves. DO NOT TRUST THEM, unless you like to be disappointed. I wish I could leave 0 stars but 1 is the minimum.

The Buehler movers in Denver are excellent! Stephanie, Alex, and Arturo were professional, kind, and careful with all my furniture. No request I made was a problem and they accommodated all my needs.

I hired Buehler for a long and stressful move. The day of the move they showed up on time and were very careful packing my belongings. The customer service kept in touch with me throughout with updates on when my things would arrive. In fact, they even contacted me after my trip to make sure everything went as planned. With the excellent service they provided it made my trip a lot easier. I highly recommend them.

Mark Leapoldt and Marcus Davis delivered a large chest of drawers for me today. It was snowing very hard, but they made it up the street in the truck. They unloaded in the street and brought the chest over to the porch taking it out of the box. They took it up stairs and set it up including wiping down the unit to clean deposits. The two of them did an outstanding job. Thanks!

I want to write a commendation for your driver Anthony as a worker. I was VERY impressed with his driving abilities. Our backyard backs to narrow alley with fencing behind that. He had quite the challenge to get the container maneuvered into the place and very skillfully did it. I stood outside and watched him use the truck, the hydraulic system and chains to drop off and deposit the container in as good a position as he could. He never complained; in fact, he seemed intent on winning the challenge -- leaving the container in the best possible position available and was quite determined to do it perfectly. I think he accomplished 90% of that goal and am very satisfied with the outcome

Under the circumstances it was a very difficult move but Buehler employees made it so much easier. Wonderful customer service. I was extremely impressed by the organization and professionalism of all the movers. I have moved 3 companies in the last 6 months and Buehler has been the best moving company I worked with. I wished I would have used them for all 3 moves.
