First time to this location as we recently moved to the area. The service was very nice and staff very polite. Not to mention the great ice cream🙂

Saw 2 folks go in without a mask / face cover. 1 was hugging a worker. the female manager knew of it, yet did nothing. contacted corporate, they virtually did nothing. for now on, go in with no mask. if they say something, remind them of my review, then walk out & never shop there. u will probably get sick anyways

The Service was Terrible... the Employees are ALL young females. One female was on the back counter auguring with someone on the phone so inappropriate. It was Free Poplar Pizza 🍕 Day & they didnt make any to give out. 🙃 I wasnt Welcomed in the Store nor was I informed about Events such as the National Ice Cream Family Day Event 🍦

We have been coming here for over 7 years and always get a polar pizza for a birthday cake for a family member at this location. Taylor (manager) and her employees made sure we had an awesome peanut butter and chocolate polar pizza for this years birthday and all the employees are SUPER friendly when we come in for our favorite ice cream cones as well.

Clean, bright. Courteous friendly service. Extensive flavors and types of cones. Saw a beautiful traditional banana split someone else ordered. I had my long time favorite classic - jamocha almond fudge. Yummy!

Really good ice cream and the service was excellent. There was a huge line and both of the people were friendly. The young lady waiting on us was very helpful and offered samples when I couldnt make up my mind.

Not sure if the recipe changed on the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream but it was not good.

We ordered an ice cream cake. When I called to confirm it was ready, it became evident our order had gotten lost in cyberspace. The owner, Taylor, however, apologized profusely and actually delivered the cake to our door the following morning in time for our daughters party. Outstanding recovery!

I love the ice cream here. Many flavors to choose from. I also like how they sell other things such as ice cream cakes. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The girl who scooped my ice cream and rang me up was a doll. She was very kind to me and beyond gorgeous!!

I’ve had bad service here in the past. I came last week and there was his one Muslim young women who was extremely nice and helpful to me and my family. She greeted us as we came in and was helpful. She made my experience here better.

I normally dont participate in reviews, but todays horrible experience I felt I needed too. From the moment me and my family walked in no welcome greeding, totally bad attitude as far as customer service. I would never recommend anyone to this location. Bottom line we left and found a better and different ice cream place to go.

The people working there were kind and service oriented even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing. And they had more than one NON DAIRY option! Bonus!! We will definitely be back.

Really clean location with a really good service.

This location was amazing. I was helped by one of the younger employees (a young Muslim girl) she made my experience phenomenal no only was she quick to serve but, she was very kind and helpful. I had a great time and would highly recommend. 😊

Horrible customer service, went an hour before closing and yet they said they’re closed. They let in another customer seconds before I entered, so sick of the double standards.Ruins the BR name, please educate yourself about good customer service. I used to get my ice cream from this place for 8 years and I loved every bit of its taste, but now that I moved to MPLS Minnesota I didnt have an ice cream for 2 years. Dairy Queen is the BR of MN and it sucks. Would be nice if we had BR in Minneapolis.

Have you ever left a place thinking what the freak was that? Thats how I left leaving just now. I felt like I had walked into a teenagers bedroom party. The music was full blast. The girl in the hijab was nice, but she could hardly even hear me over the music. I had to repeat my order because it was so loud in there. She even told another worker the music is too loud but she seemed to just ignore her. It was just so aggravating being in their with the music. I couldnt even hear my daughter talking to me who was standing next to me. No way in hell was I comfortable enough to sit and eat there. Wish we would have gone with cold stone instead... needless to say I will never be back.

They are ALWAYS out of simple but critical ingredients. I want a banana split and they dont have walnuts, then they dont have vanilla ice cream, then they dont have BANANAS!! And this have been over the course of months. Service is always good though.

This location is great, I frequently do online orders they are always correct & made fresh. They are quick & all the staff I have interacted with has always been great as well.

Writing a review for a Baskin Robbins is a lot like writing a review for McDonalds. Something would have to be really great or really awful to justify a review simply because expectations arent exactly super high.That being said, our visit to this Baskin Robbins was awesome! We were greeted by Nate, who later mentioned hes the new manager. I was super indecisive on what I wanted and he nothing but patient. He was also training a new employee who was having her first day. After stating I wanted a medium milkshake, Nate said that it comes with four scoops and that since I was indecisive, I could mix and match flavors.What made this visit so nice was the overall positive attitude of Nate and his new employee. They answered all of our questions, sometimes multiple times, and offered samples when noticing we werent sure of our flavors. Nate even asked if i liked my shake to be thick or not, which was awesome.My shake was perfect and Im looking forward to going back for another. Thanks!

I dont know for sure if it was just the ice cream at the time but it was absolutely awful. The staff was really sweet and the checkout was quick but I did not enjoy the product at all.

One of The worst customer service Ive ever experienced here!!! Do not go to this terrible establishment because they wont even greet you or smile at you when you walk in. Then they yell at you multiple times what do you want and is that it I said is that it!?Your treated as an assembly line here and Id rather go to a welcoming friendly joint like Dairy Queen instead.

The place is clean and safe and in good location has really good variety the customers service or staff is depend which they it is cuz have many shifts so means some ones are more nice and professional then the others Im giving it 4cuz the product and location but staff I think need a little training how to be a real customer service agents

It goes without saying that customer service should be a number one function in any business. With that being said tact and diplomacy should be first and foremost on your list. Allowing employees to be rude and disrespectful to your patrons will inevitably put you out of business faster than anything. You should be ashamed for allowing the girls that served us tonight in your store to work for you.

Wow! Being that this is a large franchise, it feels more personal and welcoming thanks to the extrodinarily friendly manager Lauren who was knowledgable about their stock. Its definitely good ice cream to treat you self on with a budget.

Unprofessional customer service. I’m not the kind of person to do reviews, but I have lived down the street for years, and every time I go in there, I’m disappointed, or frustrated by the way the staff treats their customers.

The service was awful! I asked for two Reeses Peanut Butter cup layered sundaes and I had to pretty much direct the employee on everything from the type of cup to use to the syrups to use. The sundaes looked pitiful, but after the time it took and her laziness (even down to the coupons or something at the bottom of my receipt), I wanted to leave. Then upon getting home I found out that she apparently also did not know the difference between pbc pieces and cookie dough piece and put the latter in my pbc sundaes. Never ever going there again and do not recommended it especially with the sub-par service on previous occasions leading up to this one.

Trashy management/rude staff. Please, drive farther to a different branch instead of supporting this poorly-run establishment. The staff here is rude, and the manager was nowhere to be found when they totally missed my order! After placing an online order for a custom wedding anniversary cake, the staff at this location responded with a dumb founded look when I showed them the receipt which said the cake would be ready at 4pm. At 7pm, NO CAKE, No refund, just a dissimilar, non-customized pre-made cake which was available from their fridge. This stores management is pitiful. They obviously dont value their customers. This is THE WORST Baskin Robbins Ive ever been to, in any state. But then again, it fits right in with the neighborHOOD its in.

Dont come here if you want a banana split. They lied that they didnt have any bananas when in reality they did because I SAW THEM HIDE IT UNDER THE CLUNTER. Dont think Im coming back to this place

We will not be going back to this establishment. We will drive further just so we dont have to deal with these employees attitudes especially Ashley. If you dont like your job quit. Management needs a rehaul and so do the employees! Lazy dont do their job
