I ordered some cookies for a friend of mine struggling to recover in the hospital. I ordered the delivery for the next day, it was delivered on time, and I was told made his whole day when he got it. I have no idea how the order tasted but, theyre getting five stars from me as the point was to lighten my friends day.

They didnt have any ready to go fruit items. And they had trouble with their card reader...they were polite. So as long as I dont get charged 5 times with their card reader not working.. I will be happy

I ordered a bouquet of edible arrangements two weeks before Valentine’s Day and it came on the 14th in the morning after someone dropped it off. I’m not sure why the reviews for this location are so bad but I had a great experience and the food was delicious!

If I had read the reviews before ordering I wouldnt had. I placed an order for same day delivery and was told it want get delivered until the next day. So how is that same day delivery. Mind you the location of delivery is three blocks away. Im so disappointed in the customer service on the phone as well the delivery. Now what you have to wait until the next day and get old fruit.

Website said it closes at 3p on Sunday. Here at 2pm and its closed! Wish they would atleast update the website.

Cant get any more beautiful or delicious than this place. Very high quality! Not very nice to their workers tho and you can tell theyre not that happy, and they waste the largest amount of fruit in the world trying to get everything perfect, very sad otherwise Id give it 5 stars

By far the WORST experience I have had.This is my mother’s favorite place. after placing a order to pick i come to pick up my order just to be informed they will not be processing my order after my money has already been taken. The customer service was terrible and a refund WAS NOT PROCESSED. -10/10. if i could if i could give a negative review i would.

Seems to not be run very well. Had an order for a birthday over the weekend and couldn’t get a hold of the business at all until Monday.Seems like they didn’t put any effort into making the delivery. Just said they were “swamped”. . . Like how hard could it be to deliver a package that was already paid for.I don’t recommend going through this service

If you can’t fulfill a portion of the order be proactive and don’t wait until pickup day to tell someone they won’t get a personalized greeting card. Now I need to take either more time out of my day or show up empty handed.

Horrible! The one word that can express this facility. Ordered Birthday arrangement. Was never delivered. My email said being prepared to be delivered. Then it said delivered. ThenEmail says will be delivered next day. Never delivered. Called 1 800. Come to find out they never made the arrangement. Then how could it have been delivered. Then they want to make and deliver it 3days after the order. Nope! Cancel the order.

In general, no edible arrangement is worth the price. I am baffled at how much my significant other paid for my arrangement. it was supposed to be delivered and it wasnt, then the fruit wasnt even fresh, why is this even a thing? $130 for some strawberries and a pineapples, no thank you. Guys, save your money, buy her flowers, write her a letter, dip your own strawberries, this is not worth it. I cannot even begin to understand how this has become a thing.........

Wow. My mother retired today and asked specifically for an arrangement for her farewell party at work. I shelled out $200 for a big party bouquet online only to be called the next morning and told that they only have mothers day things right now. Could you imagine a florist pulling that? Sorry about your funeral, how about a lovely mothers day arrangement? Insane. But... she wanted one. . so I got her a mothers day bouquet. They were going to make a note to the driver to remove the mothers day chocolate. Well. Guess who didnt even get that delivery. And no...I didnt even get notice. Mom had to ask about why she didnt get a bouquet. Im in tears. Thanks for ruining a once in a lifetime celebration. NEVER AGAIN.

I know it says container may vary, but the container sent was really pathetic! I do not intend for that to sound mean, but it was nowhere near what I ordered. I honestly would never have ordered if I would have known that was an option. Thats my first issue, and it is enough to never order from your company again.Secondly, the fruit was almost tasteless, not sure if bad batch, or what, but it didnt come close to wow. More like, oops, got some bad Walmart quality.Lastly, the note/card/message to be included, wasnt.I hate having to write this, but it was a half dozen barely dipped strawberries, tasteless (thinking the 2 pieces were near the end of the pineapple, slices, and 3 grapes, in a no where near worthy vase for over $80. On top of that were the friends getting to tell me they told me so.I will be posting this review everywhere I can find until I get some sort of measure of response/make right effort. You guys really let me down!

I have ordered from edible arrangements plenty of times.. This one on Tower Ive gotten the worst service ever.. My arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Sunday the Driver never showed up. Im still waiting on my arrangement Never will I give my money to this outfit again..

Worst experience ever! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Arrangement was ordered for funeral reception. I paid $132 which included rush delivery since it was only 2 days away. The only way I found out it wasnt delivered was a note on the acct. at 11PM that night! No one notified me. I told them they could try another day but wasnt sure if my friends company had left. My friend refused delivery since the funeral was over & she lives alone. Arrangement was for 15 people. Manager, Ashley, said it was not our fault as we did everything we could! What customer service. She refused to refund my money so I called credit card company and they advised me they will handle the dispute. I have an extremely large extended family who uses them regularly. We all agreed we will never use this location again & I will continue to pass along this experience to anyone who will listen! My friend had just buried her mother & got into a yelling competition w/the manager who was trying to make her take the delivery 2 days later.

Today is Thursday May 10th, not even Mother’s Day, and I wanted to order a birthday bouquet but was told “we are only doing Mothers Day stuff”. I turned around & walked out. This was my first experience with Edible Arrangements and probably my last. At least work with me & offer something similar instead of just blowing me off? Oh well maybe you have enough business as it is & I wasn’t needed *shrugs*

I received an arrangement for my sons birthday and the person who delivered the gift broke our door bell. He seemed like he was in a hurry and I called the location after it happened, spoke to a manager and nothing was ever done. It’s so upsetting since I normally have a great experience when I place orders online.

For a $77 arrangement, it looked more like $20...I didnt even want to take a picture of it with the wife for our anniversary. The pineapples had strawberry juices on them, there was a sticky accumulation at the bottom of the bowel and the fruit was frozen like it was arranged days before. Had to return for 2 missing balloons and was missing the 7 I ordered.

Ordered the birthday pack, and it was delivered flawlessly!! Mom texted me at work to let me know how great it was! Thanks @edible great job, will use them again and again!!

This place is a complete joke! Worst customer service EVER! My mom didn’t receive her gift and they didn’t even send us a notice about our order being refunded because they had too many other orders to worry about. Everything was a joke to them, and names were called. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially for the damn price.

I am disgusted with my experience!! I purchased a beautiful arrangement for my wifes birthday as surprise to be delivered to her at work. All day I waited expecting her elation. About an hour before she was expected to get off work I called to see what the hold up was. They told me there is an all day window which ends at 6pm. Long story short she never received the arrangement and when I tried to call to get this issue resolved they told me sorry there wasnt time to find the location as it isnt in gps. How ridiculous!! It is 2016 and she works in the city. I demanded my money back and told them they ruined my special surprise for my wifes birthday! They didnt care in the slightest! They were rude, short and disrespectful! I will never ever order from them again and further I will tell everyone I can not to use them either!! Negative 4 stars!

I was a bit worried about a delivery for today. I called several times. The young lady Auna I hope I spelled it correctly went literally above and beyond. My time is different in London, but she still called me to make sure I was up to date. Best customer service I’ve seen in awhile. Thank you for your kindness!

This place Rocks! Great staff! Helpful and so fun to order with. They helped me pick an amazing choice for a company gift. The fruit is dipped in chocolate and amazing fruit selection. They do not carry Mangos but thats okay, strawberries are amazing! Worked with Alec and he is super cool dude.

This store was horrible, they didnt even deliver my order that I had wanted for mothers day to deliver for my mom because they said they were too busy. I live out of town so I could not pick up personally, they need to get more workers in to work for that day, they shouldve known that was the busiest time. And they didnt call to tell me they were canceling until an hour before they closed, so then I had no time to get my mom anything else. I was very disappointed with this store. I have always ordered an edible arrangement for my mom every year, but I would say this is my worst year and will never go through them again from this location. I would not give a star to place, but I had to or I couldnt submit my review. I was very disappointed.

Don’t use this area. One order I bought a balloon and when I went to pick up my order, they had sold the balloon I ordered and said it was the last one! They SOLD it to another costumer! EVEN tho I already bought and PAID for it.Another order I placed on Saturday forSunday delivery, I called at 1:33 to be exact, I was told the driver was making deliveries and mine was at the store to picked up for the next delivery, well it’s 5:20, 4 HOURS later, so, I called to see what is going on, of course they are closed!My friend does not feel like staying up late for FRUIT! Wow, I wish I had looked at the reviews of this store before I ordered. Obviously terrible management. I had placed an order online the night before to be picked up at 930am the next day and when I got there to pick it up, they hadnt even started preparing it. The girl at the counter was very nice and had apologized but offered very unsatisfactory alternatives after speaking with her boss (I assume was over the phone because when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she wasnt there).

MOLD on strawberries, Basket was smaller than expected by far, and did not arrive on time even though I called and asked very early in the day if they could drop it off by 4pm, woman said they should be able to, didnt come until 7pm.

Sent the wrong bouquet, ordered in a grill for a mans birthday and they sent in a yellow flower bucket. Would have been ok if they even apologized but Ashley on the phone kept explaining why it wasnt her problem and it just happens when they run out of stuff and then said they called to verify it was ok to send wrong one which they didnt. Called corporate and not much better response but to say its store issue and sorry.

What a joke this store is. They called at 1:30 on Mother’s Day to tell me they wouldn’t be delivering my order because “they just didn’t have it done”. They left me no time to try to arrange something else which left me unable to acknowledge the person I was wanting to on Mother’s Day. What a pathetic excuse for customer service.

I spent over $80.00 for my daughters birthday from the Tower location store and it is after 2p and she still does not have her delivery. Damn she will be 38 before she gets her fruit.

Worse experience ever called machine put me hold said Ill get the next available staff waited an hour so I hung up called back and some answers right away to only put me on hold again after waiting about 10 minutes they said there not doin white chocolate today and they wont deliver not even a mile away Im in another state trying to send something to my girlfriend at work and all they can say is looks like I cant help you WTF are you serious so Ill never in my life will be calling these guys again
