Wasted gas driving to the outlet only to find out the store is closed and the site hasn’t been updated

First time visitor yesterday. I was immediately greeted and informed the associate that Im looking for a leather jacket. She showed me some examples at $250+, and I said need to cut the price in half... Then she showed me $300 jackets, then $350. I reminded her, cut it in half.. She tells me that the least expensive leather jacket they have is in the 200-300 range.I immediately turned left and started browsing through jackets that ranged from $60, $120, etc..I recognize this is retail and most dont truly know their product inside and out.. But really? Steering a customer elsewhere indicating you dont have exactly what Im holding in my hand? If you dont know what to steer me towards, how on earth am I supposed to?I was willing to spend up to $150, but I ended up leaving because I was frustrated, spent nothing, and wont return because I obviously cant get any help here. Do you make commission? Is that why?

I have bought from Wilsons quite a few times. The staff knows their stock, and they ask a lot of questions so that they can better help me find what I want. They have great customer service. I know that I could probably find what I want online, but I much prefer seeing and touching the object first so that I am sure. I have never had to return anything that I have bought in person from Wilsons. That is due not only to the quality of the merchandise but also to the great staff.

Love Wilsons Leather such a devastation seeing it closing its stores, but got an excellent deal on a Leather coat.

Very nice place, little expensive but it is a leather store. Good quality of items. Very nice people. I would recommend this place to people. I am looking forward to going back and see what they have new.

My mother inlaw purchased a coat for me for my birthday. I had a similar coat so I returned it on Feb. 19th. Store associate said they would have to mail me a refund check. It has now been 7weeks and I still dont have said check. I have called the store numerous times getting no where. I have also left three messages at cooperate with no response. If you are ever going to buy anything from here make sure you dont want to return it for a refund. They have $268 that Im guessing is not being refunded.

I had to return an on-line purchase and the cashier tried to give me taxes from Ohio versus the taxes that I paid on-line which was more expensive. I had exchanged my jacket for another jacket in the store and looked at my receipt to see the major error. I had to have her completely do the transaction over. The cashier was very pleasant and gave me no problems in doing so - but we as the buyer have to pay attention to our sales receipts. Look at them before you leave these stores to make that youve been charged correctly.

Great jackets, coats service was great didnt force you to buy, I almost forgot I did get a vest from there.

Poor customer service. Does not honor warranty policy. Will never shop here again. Called corporate and they didnt understand why the clerk wasnt honoring warranty. Lady at corporate office was very friendly and helpful and willing to fix the problem, but at this point I dont want the product anymore due to this stores actions.

Very good prices, better than department store..trust me you will be happy..a lot for the money.

This place is absolutely horrible! Ive purchased two jackets from this location with a 5 year gap in between the two purchases and Ive found that the quality simply has not changed! These leather jackets are very cheaply and poorly made and begin flaking off within the first couple weeks even if you buy their highest quality high end jackets. When you spend over 300$ on a jacket thats originally priced at 650$ you would expect it not to flake within the first week of wear. The original price of the jackets are highly inflated and when they give huge markdowns from 50%-80% they give you a false representation that you are getting an awesome quality jacket for a great deal. They couldnt sell this material without the markdowns and even then you are getting ripped. The kicker is the price of the jackets even with the sales you are still over paying for these cheaply made materials!

Business doesnt open until 11, every store operates by the business not by the center

I love this place. I have a jacket and laptop case from here and they have lasted me years.

Lots of things that are faux leather (priced like reasonable genuine leather might be) that could fool some people. Please look closely before purchase.

Only like 30% of their merchandise was even made of leather and then some of that wasnt even real leather...

We got profiled the entire time we were in the store even while my friend was in line buying something. Never ever going to come back here again, they made us feel super uncomfortable.
