Great customer service! Was looking for a new Stetson hat and Michelle went out of her way to find a particular model I was looking for in the stock room. When they didn’t have the one I wanted she offered to order it for me. Their hat shaper reshaped my straw hat while I was waiting and did not charge for it even though I did not buy it from them. Really appreciated that! Wish they had more hats in their showroom to choose from but would definitely come back here because of the friendly and helpful staff!

I had a great experience buying boots here. I’ve visited other stores, but no one has helped me out like this place. They explained how the boot should fit, how it will break in, and how I could remedy my own boots that were too large, should I choose to go that route. I opted to buy a new pair. Very happy I choose to buy from here instead of the “barn.”

Perfect western wear post where one can get ALL things western. Saddles and rope, hats, boots, dusters, spurs, buckles, etc. Very pleased with the staff(which appeared to be family), asking if needed help from time to time but not overly attentive. Better pricing than most, with great sells on attractive boots. Everything western you could ask for.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a cowboy. Nor, do I want to play one on TV. But I have always wanted a pair of boots. And for years Ive stopped by Western stores all of the country with my travels. I stopped into what I thought was a hole in the wall, to find three ladies that went out of their way to make sure not only that leave with a pair of boots, but I left with a pair of boots that I loved, fit me, work for my personality, and didnt make everybody around me think I was trying to pretend to be something Im not. A special shout-out to Olivia! She took a city boy, and made him feel comfortable in a room full of cowboys. This place is the real deal, and unequivocally, without exception, the friendliest and most gracious group of people Ive ever met any Western store. Thank you! You made this city boy feel like he does have the right to wear a good pair of cowboy boots.

Customer service is by far above and beyond excellent. The amazing staff here will go to great lengths and many boots to make sure your feet are happy. Great selection!! Carhartt, Ariat, Dan Post and alot more. Definitely always my only western store for 40 years now. Parent raised me wearing western wear from this exact location.

Went in for boots and they probably have the best selection in Denver for sizes. I have narrow feet and its a nightmare finding 11.5b boots. However they had great deal of boots 11.5b and a on sale. I loved the elephant and giraffe Anderson Boots.They also have a great selection of straw hats. Overall, if you want a pair of boots come here and youll find the perfect fit and style.

I needed a less expensive cowboy hat to keep the sun off at work. They fixed me up with a dandy, and shaped it to boot! They also sell Corona ointment! Even if you dont have livestock, that stuff should be on the strategic substances list! Find an old-timer (me) to tell you all of the uses.

Great selection and great service. Family run store that packs a lot of quality goods in a moderate remote building. I love buying products and services from Family businesses instead of Corporations, even I pay a bit more. If you are in the market for hats, boots and Western wear this is the best in the Denver area. Highly recommend.

I shop here frequently for boots, hats, shirts, and all and I love it every time. My boots ended up getting torn up at work and had a job to finish so I called ahead and found a pair of boots they had in stock and I bought them over the phone and picked them up on my way from work and was extremely helpful. Great experience! Rather support the locals than the bigger guys

This was honestly the best experience I have had anywhere in a long time. When i went in i was in a great mood, i left in an even greater mood. Im a size 14, they had plenty of boots in my size, Which most places dont. And the young lady I believe her name was Michelle that was helping us was extremely helpful, in a great mood, and seemed she loved to have her job. My meticulous father and I spent 2 hours here. Normally pretty conservative with his money, he ended up buying boots, jeans, shoes and a hat. Jo was super helpful and patient. They are well stocked and super friendly! This is a must-go to place!

This place is amazing! They have what a cowboy needs. They have shoes that run pretty big and clothes of course. I had them order the pair of shoes I wanted and it only took about a week till I went back to get them. They are helpful and will more than likely find your style and size if they dont have the one you want there.

It was hard for me to leave without 3 pairs of boots. Soooo many choices, and really great friendly and knowledgeable staff lending a hand. Cant wait to go back

The staff was fantastic. After shopping around for two weeks with my husband for his work boots he was finally able to find a pair of boots with the help of the staff. She was completely helpful and stayed with us the entire time to make sure the boots fit and we ordered the correct ones. Great store with lots of options. Was shopping for a western style short for my husband and was blown away by options. He is a L Tall to XL Tall, not an easy one to find as shirts tend to be too wide and too short on his torso and the absolute huge selection we found was amazing. Usually when you find Talls its about 1 option and most of the time its more XXL Talls. This store had plenty of all sizes and a great helpful staff too boot. Pun intended as they did have an awesome selection of boots.

Shopping for boots for my Dad and finally after 5 other boot stores, this place had the best variety, prices, and customer service! We walked in, he told them what he was looking for and the size, and we walked out happy within 5min. Definitely recommend this place for all western lovers!! A cowboys dream- I have never seen so much Western Wear and accessories and just all kinds of amazing clothing and shirts and pants all Western Wear was just fabulous the girl Michelle that helped me was very nice I cant say enough good about this place... she took the time to walk to the store with me to find some clothing youre looking for I took pictures as I was going through a store and I realized it was just not enough camera for that store haha this is a great place to shop and I do highly recommend it....

If you are looking for a new or used saddle, this is the place to go first. The helpful staff will help you understand the difference between brands and make a decision that will benefit you and your horse. Lots of great tack, boots, etc. and tons of ropes. Great store overall.

The staff is legit! They will go the extra mile to get you what you want. I have purchased a few pair of blackjacks & Anderson Beans boots from them. They always have a sale and give a generous military discount. If youre in the market for some western wear this place is a must!

The staff followed my husband and I around like we were criminals. All we did was walk in the door, as we had never been there and we will NEVER go back! The owner was VERY rude and disrespectful. I made a comment about the price of a childrens pair of jeans to my husband ($80), and she told us, Im sure Walmart is cheaper. How dare she assume I needed to shop at Walmart, just because I commented that there is no way Im paying $80 for a pair of jeans for a child!! Children fall, and rip clothes, why pay $80 for something that will only last a few months?
