This store has really sharpened up. Staff are very friendly. New management is also fantastic. Will shop here again!

Very disappointed 2dy.. they had a display pair of all white air max which just happen 2 be the last pair in store so I got that it might be a little dusty so I can work with you a little.. so I asked for some fresh white shoe strings 4 the discount they were all out so how about a discount period then he asked they came back with 20% which ok koo.. the display price of shoe says 69.99 we take it 2 the front with the same person helping us he pulls out the piece that shows price & trys 2 charge us 99.00 instead of what it originally says so he had 2 go back 2 the manager again to get it approved like what you mean it says what it says so it is what it is Im thinking 2 myself tryna stay koo. Thank goodness the manager agreed so in that process we are examining the shoe & it has creases in them & a orange stain on the side & the wanted 2 sell it to us anyway.. just unprofessional and our worry is that theyre gonna put it back on the shelf & sell it 2 someone else.. not koo & we usually dont have a problem but 2dy was something else... also I was sober so my patience was super thin..

Sale person Ahj was so amazing! She was very helpful and polite she made my experience very quick and easy. Unfortunately her coworkers weren’t so helpful they were standing around why Ahj was the only one working hard making sure the customers were getting the attention they deserve. This young Lady deserves a raise!

THIS LOCATION IS THE ONLY DECENT SHOE PALACE IN ALL OF COLORADO. Thank you AURORA TEAM for making our shopping painless. Your other locations are garbage, especially the people working at the Park Meadows Mall. Your policies and your rules are ridiculous.

Bad customer service at the AURORA mall they couldnt except refund even with my receipt they required the physical card as well! But when I contact Park Meadows location they said as long you have the physical receipt no need to have the card. I really think the AURORA store location ghetto mall they just dont want to take a hit of a return for their store!!! Such a horrible customer service. Another reason I dont go to this stupid location

The employees were hiding in the back when you would look for them to ask them about a shoe size. I had to stand there for awhile till they were done chit chatting. And then when they finally peaked out they didn’t want to help you. I’m about to drop over a $100 on shoes and that’s how you treat your customers? I guess I shouldn’t expect a whole lot of work ethic since they just hire teenagers.

Good store with good selection not very reliable with shoe releases tho. this is my tenth raffle i entered and dont get called back ever. To make matters worse they sometimes dont know if thier getting shoe releases

I called the store today because I had a question. My question, is an online order returnable in store? Simple right? The sale associate didnt know... place me on hold to get her manager who was helping a customer. After 2 mins, the sale associate says her manager would be with me shortly. Okay, 5 minutes gone by..... 10 minutes..... 15 minutes on hold and nobody....... No manager, No help, No answer. This is at 11am on a Wednesday....busy??...... Ive been in the store in person and the employees are more interested in joking with each other than helping a customer. This store should of just stay in Las Vegas.P.S. Their website/online ordering is worst believe it or not. Never again, will I buy anything from Shoe Palce. This rating is strictly base on the store at this location.

So today I walked into shoe palace to do a return when najwa & maliyah wouldnt let me I had to do a exchange najwa brought out about five pairs of shoes and put them on my feet never in my life that ever happened they were great I love the energy they have walked out with two pairs today

I tried 2 nights in a row n both times I counted 4 sales people doing nothing n I could not get any help or service n assistance...

The worst experience I have ever had. Don’t buy something and try to return it 15 days later. They won’t give your money back to you. Manger is rude and don’t value you as a customer.
