Kinda pricey compared 2 Walmart. Some of my favorite items cost a few dollars 💵 and cents more @ this location.I happened 2B in the area so I stopped here. Friendly and helpful staff. They were very knowledgeable in all areas of the store 🏬That alone makes it worth another trip.Real cashiers and self checkouts also.I recommend this spot later in the evening because usually there’re 2many folks 4 my liking during the day.With all that said,not a bad spot @ all.Check em out if you’re in the neighborhood. 👌🏾💵🏬🤷🏾‍♂️

I was so pleased with my recent experience at target. As a single father I struggle with finding baby items by myself. To my surprise associate and caring employee Hana helped find everything I was looking for . She greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for I felt so at home under her care . I will most definitely be returning here I have never experienced such great customer service.

I was iffy on what to rate this target. I think a 3.5 rating is more fitting. They don’t have a big inventory of shoes and whenever I visit they don’t have a large selection of bed sheets. But they have a big inventory of women’s clothing. I think depending on what you’re looking for you, you may or may not find it. I hope in the future they’ll have a larger selection of women’s shoes. I think it’s an okay target and my experience there has always been okay. Not phenomenal, not awful but okay.

Twofold. First, I asked a clerk where I could find coffee makers and stating she was on her way to that area, walked me to the needed aisle. We had a lovely verbal exchange as we walked to the aisle. I wish I could provide you her name. Second reason, Jodie. She processed my checkout and walked me through how to use the Target app. She was absolutely delightful and very helpful.

I had the worst customer experience while shopping at this target. Not only does the front end of the store seem miserable, but after running into an issue and needing a manager I could see why there was misery. I think the managers name was Kathy? She was rude, interrupted me while explaining my issue, and offered me in store credit which is not what I was even after. Please consider hiring a manager that has a brain, social skills, and isnt anything like her.

The secret Funko club exposed!!!! So I went about 20 times over a week hoping to snag a new Funko Pop my wife wanted. Every time it was not available, never had any, even pretending to check the back but always had none, for me anyway. On one trip I struck lucky, I caught a guy who told me there was none pulling one out of nowhere and selling it to his friend. I caught him and he knew it so I said I want one now and he had no choice but to sell me one.

This Target is smaller and has some major stock issues, especially in the food section where it always looks like someone has completely cleared out entire sections.The pharmacy is great though! Some very kind pharmacists who are not only helpful but genuinely nice to interact with briefly.

I havent ever been to this location before but it was wonderful. Ill be going there in future for sure. 😀

It’s 420 pm on August 30 and there’s no available spots for drive up because all the spots are full. I’ve seen nobody come out and bring any groceries or bags out. So I Call the store and the girl at customer service was actually snotty saying we Are shortstaffed we only have one person and I’m sorry you’ve had to wait but we only have one person. Total attitude. My thing is is if you’re short staffed put something in the app so that people know that the order is going to take longer than normal instead of making everybody wait so long. Also I feel bad for the employees the one girl is doing all this work by herself and I’m sure lots of people are frustrated

Worst delivery service ever!! I scheduled a same delivery for 7-8pm it is 9:40 pm and my order still hasn’t shown up yet I was told over an hour and 20 mins ago it was on it’s way. I shop at this store frequently with the drive up. And this is the very first experience I have had with delivery. First and only. I will never ever place a same day delivery with them again. Beyond disappointed. Not to mention the customer service to find out the issue going on with my late delivery order. Awful! I had to talk to 3 different people and I truly felt like I got the run around consistently. I paid 9.99 for a delivery that was supposed to be “fast” within 2 hours of checkout. Absolutely horrible!

Just moved here and have not had a good experience at this target. I purchased a product and upon opening it clearly had been used, they resold it almost empty. Issues with gift card balance not being applied at checkout even after double checking, and cashier forgetting to bag items that I paid for. Also, managers do not wear masks which sets a poor example for this store overall.

This store does NOT mandate face covering —come here if you want to take chances and expose yourselves to COVID-19 virus. Nearly half of the people I encountered were NOT wearing masks. They claim that city of Aurora does not mandate covering, but does not preclude you from mandating it to your own customers.

Awesome experience at this location. I had an in store question, Sherree and Kathy were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. They both took the time to answer my questions and figure out a solution. Congrats to this Target for hiring A+ team members.

I bought for $ 321 and I only didn’t have $ 50 and I went for the money when I returned there was another cashier but everything counted $ 20 more. I returned home and checked the receipt for one set specially 2 times for $ 20 took from me when the set includes a T-shirt 20 and shorts 0. he specially charged me $ 20 without anything. I walked about 20 minutes in the heat and went back home

I just got a caramel frapp. Decaf and was greeted by the rudest employee. Since the beginning of my order (4items) her attitude was terrible. I recently had to start drinking decaf due to a health condition so i am not super familiar with how decaf looks. I bought a decaf product that looks just like coffee and its brown, so i assumed it looked the same in color as regular coffee. When i received my caramel frapp, the drink was white so i went to ask the barista if why it looked this way. She rudely responded “you asked for decaf”. I wish she would have explained nicely. I like starbucks and their products but not sure i want to continue going as it is on my way to work.

Asked a simple question if something was in stock someone paged over their walkie and then immediately 2 other employees within listening distance started complaining how sick they were of people asking, well big deal, do your job and be happy you have one. 8:50 am 7/8/21 near the electronics

I came in notably at the last couple of minutes of the store closing to pick up some items for someone in need, they not only didn’t allow me to purchase the items I already had in hand but ushered me out as if I wasn’t let into the store. Definitely needs better management, would not spend my dollars here.

I genuinely love this location the checkout person Jodie is always so polite kind and positive energy but tonight 15 minutes before closing she was the only cashier open while the manager Katie and the other girls just stood there and watched her. ( 10 to 12 people in the line patiently waiting) that is so unacceptable at that moment the manager should have stepped up and told those girls to open their registers and help the closing rush instead of being on her phoneUpdate I genuinely love the workers here and the store has the cutest stuff. This is by far my favorite Target to shop at! The staff is always so nice and respectful and helpful, fair when dividing hype items up like trading cards, plus Sherree and Kathy make it so fun! If I could give 10 stars I would! Will always be back to the Target on Havana!

Jordan, tall girl who works at night was awesome! I was looking around EVERYWHERE for a unique item and I asked her where it might be. She looked it up on her scanner, walked with me to the isle, and miraculously we found it!! Give her a raise, she really does care about her job and the customers! Thanks!

Great store workers are really nice and helpful the way they do the trading cards is the best way I have seen very well controlled.

They have literally nobody on the floor working. And the one person I did find, was rude and too busy talking to the cart boy. Probably the worst Target I’ve been too. But Pam up front made the checkout easy and she was very friendly so you gain 2 stars only because of her.

Cute selection of clothes for kids. A little overpriced, but I still found a cute pair of light up shoes for my kid. My only small complaint is that they are always out of those plastic storage containers whenever I shop here.

I was using the self check out and wanted to get some white claw as I was checking out I asked for ID assistance. I was informed for some odd reason you cannot purchase alcohol at self check out even though there is no information saying that otherwise. The employee then ignored all social distancing guidelines and decided to go through all of my bags to make sure I had scanned every item. I have never been treated like this before

Just Wow! I went to customer service to ask if they had a product. The lady took this personally as she said “we never ever ever ever have cards back here.” First, This lady should not be in customer service. Second, you should keep your cards back there like most other stores are doing to thwart scalping. I was going to buy a few shirts and stuff but just dropped them and left after how I was talked too.

Ill be honest--I like to go here because it is almost never crowded, especially first thing in the AM, and so feels relatively safe during this pandemic time. The staff is friendly. The products are hit or miss, so keep your eyes open for expired goods.

I went to this target a few minutes ago with a return. I didn’t have my receipt. I asked what the process would be and she said she could issue store credit only. I got in life waiting. The woman before me also didn’t have her ID. Instead the same cashier offered to pull her order up by her credit card. when it was my turn, I waited to see if she would give me the same thing but she said swipe your ID. I asked is there a reason that you’re not giving me the same offer you gave her? And she goes what offer? And I go pulling her order through her credit card for a refund without a receipt. She stared at me and goes would you like me to do that? I go yes. She refunds my card. Kind of unbelievable. Rarely go to this location anyway but trying not to have to go back.

The entire experience was effortless. Although: I had to invent my own way to alert the Associates that I did not want plastic bags. (My Account: First Name - NO BAG - Last Name) A simple option from within the app would have been a good solution. Target should have seen this coming. Denver City Council proposed this idea A YEAR AGO. Legislation has been ramping up for months, and the law passed 5 days ago. Considering Target was a supporter of this legislation, I would have thought that, as a corporation, Target would have been on the forefront of solving this conundrum FOR THE CUSTOMER At least the Optics for Target are good. (yes, this is sarcastic) Now, to the business of fixing the Actual Problem at the most important level. The Customer Experience. This is the perfect moment for Target to step up and be a community (National) leader. Horrible experiences with staff. Clerk argued about price matching with their own website and sent me to customer service to check out. Because I was stopped mid-transaction and due to their carelessness, I was charged twice for the item. I had to go back inside to have it corrected and got nothing but attitude.

Employees in the store were entertaining a (girl) with no mask. She seemed to be a fellow employee. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and she was moving from employee to employee. I asked why do I need a mask but she didnt, no response. 08 16 2000

I had already been to another store closer to me with no luck finding a Christmas tree stand. A young man, Josh, was stocking shelves away from the Christmas items, but I asked him if he could help. He was happy to help.We went to the area where the stands should have been but the one I wanted was not on the shelf. He looked it up to make sure of exactly what I wanted. Then he asked me if I could wait and he would be right back. He came back very quickly and handed me what I was looking for. Josh made sure it was the correct item. I was very impressed with his kindness and his willingness to go the extra mile for me. Thank you Josh for your excellent customer service.

I needed help with purchasing a cell phone and the two young men at the Aurora, CO store on Havana, Hopi and Aman, were extremely helpful. They helped me get the right phone and they helped me program it. They explained things in a way I could understand and they were patient, kind and funny.

I had the best shopping experience at this target! After calling corporate over an experience I had a different store Naomi, the supervisor on duty, came in and save the day. She was super friendly and when I got to the store the staff was fabulous. I didnt have to look for anyone to help me, the staff members asked me! They were excellent. Never shopping anywhere else!

Today by accounts was the best day by far. Im a person when giving a review will only give 4.5 out of 5 stars. Its my thought that there is always room for improvement. Really great customer service. I bought a beauty and didnt grab my receipt at self check out. I discovered the following morning the box I had purchased was completely empty. The one time I forget the receipt. I went into the store to see if I could exchange it. Didnt have high hopes. They were very kind and I was able to exchange. They went above and beyond!!

Everyone is helpful and friendly, the store almost always has what we need. Jodie is super nice at checkout, and we have never had a problem.

They never have what they say is in stock, on the website and their Pharmacy is one of the slowest cvs branches Ive ever been to.

This Target is pretty awesome but it could use a few things. The grocery section is slightly limited but that is o.k. I never thought of Target as an actual grocery store. I have heard it is a national thing with Target but the lack of music along with the overbearing white lights at times can give it a hospital feel. Over all the employees are good but there is one lady that stands out. I have shopped in this neighborhood and this Target for years and Jodie is the reason I keep going back. The self check out lanes could be completely open but I would prefer to wait an extra few minutes to check out with Jodie.

This is the red version of Walmart. New building but the store looks old in side. Also never seen so many people begging in the parking lot of a Target. People walk up to your car all the time asking for money. Worst Target ever.

Convenient & Great Customer ServiceI went to the Northfield Target to pickup my online order. I was treated so good at the service desk and continued my shopping. I noticed that 3 items were lower price on the Target app and told the employee at the service desk who matched the price with no problems!!

Target combines great selection with great prices. I always find a ton of things, both items I intended to buy as well as items I didnt know I needed, and the prices are quite competitive. The staff are always having a great time and creating a positive atmosphere in all of the Targets I have been to.

Bought a jar of sauce for my chips yesterday just to find out it had been expired for almost a month. This is the second time I purchase food related items in this location just to find out it was expired. Yes I should’ve checked but I believe everyone expects the food in the store to be edible and not having to worry about eating expired food. Thanks for the upset stomach.

On 02/ 21/ 19 I was checked out at register 12 at 3:10 pm. The older lady with the short whitish blond hair was incredibly rude to me. I usually bring cloth bags to cut down on plastic waste, but had forgotten them today. I asked her is she had paper bags and she sharply said NO. I made an annoyed face and told her Ill just carry my items then. She rudely retorted Well you can do whatever you want. When I looked offended at that, she told me I could purchase a cloth Target bag.In response I grabbed a cloth bag and told her Id buy it, and as she was ringing up my items she told me how some Targets have paper bags, but this one didnt. She then felt the need to tell me that she really doesnt care about plastic bag waste. In response to this unnecessary ignorant comment, I told her that its difficult to recycle plastic bags, and that some countries are starting to ban then. In response to this she said Well those countries can do whatever they want, but we dont have to because this is America! I informed her then that America is actually one of the biggest polluters of the planet, to which she snapped Well I dont believe that! I told her that theres this thing called Science that could prove her opinion wrong, in response she shoved my bag toward me and said harshly You have a nice day. However her tone was incredibly rude.I couldnt believe that this lady was basically shaming me and pushing some type of pro-pollution agenda on me. I dont usually complain to managers but this exchange was so offensive that I complained to one of the managers on duty. He was nice to me and said he would speak with the rude cashier. I appreciated the managers sympathy, but I still left the store with negative feelings about the whole exchange. I live in the area but may go to other Target stores in the future, since I dont want to be disrespected simply for wanting to cut down on plastic waste.

Just came to this target and spent 500 cash on gifts for my son birthday and the entire time we spent walking around shopping like normal people we watched security follow us not even just security management as well. I’m group’s of 3 and they made it noticeable that they were following us like we were broke and had no business being in that store which we aren’t white we are both Hispanic so they racially profiled me and my boyfriend as if we were going to steal everything smh I’m a paying customer just like everyone else !

So my receipt would not print. The cashier attempted to get my receipt printed at the register which she was unable to do so. Cashier told me to go over to the Guest Services and they would be able print my receipt for me. After waiting for about 20 minutes they come back and tell me the people who are authorized to print receipts for their customers are busy appending someone and I had to come back to get my receipt. If you want a higher rating you may want to get your machines in working order and start treating your customers with respect.

I. visit this store several times a month at least 5 times.The pharmacy staff in the CVS is the best.Very loyal staff to me.Explains my meds,keeps my refills up and also very dedicated to their job.This store has a very,very friendly lady by the name Jodie is so SPECIAL,Patient and knows all the repeat customers as well as very kind to ALL the Customers.This lady Ms.Jodie is very Ill but keeps on trucking as she struggles to breathe.I ♥️♥️♥️and Pray for her every Day.Now as far as the last couple of visits I have notice that they have SEVERAL Shoppers in the Store without MASK even their YOUNG Childrens. That is definitely ALARMING for us to be in the store with these UNCONCERN People. As they follow me thru the Store spying on me they can ask these customer to be considered of other people and keep their distance!!!! Great customer service got in there and went out with what I need . Employee mauicio was very helpful he grabbed an item from the back for me. The checkout lanes were pretty fast

Ordering for pick up was perfect. Everything i ordered online was ready at the customer service area. Literally was like a 5 minute in store trip. Loved it!

Calling the police on a pregnant woman of color because she printed out a $1.50 coupon. If the coupon was not valid, the appropriate response is, ‘We don’t accept printed coupons. Sorry.’ NOT calling the police. And the three back up cars was also unwarranted. NOBODY SHOULD SHOP AT THIS TARGET EVER AGAIN. SHAME.

I give 5 stars 10 kudos to Anita in the service desk and the manager working at the time its Friday night almost 8 those two ladies are so kind and patient my only mistake was not getting the managers name its very rare to find people working in customer service that are so patient and kind with every customer I watched Anita with the customer prior to me Heart of Gold

What happened to the Target on Havana? The layout of the store made no sense. I was searching for storage bins in the Home Storage department, except storage bins were by groceries. The shampoo and body wash were in two different departments. No other Target is this disorganized. My final complaint is that this Target doesnt take WIC. Dont go to this Target if you are in a hurry. Go to this Target if you are a fan of mazes and tomfoolery.

I don’t appreciate being followed around the store.

The store was clean, the parking lot was dirty, the shelves were stocked... however I did not find what I wanted and when I did buy some things there was only one cashier and a long line of people.

Newly remodeled store was so easy to navigate and CLEAN!! Staff were friendly and efficient as well.

Store manager was not helpful at all and completely unprofessional. Lacks serious customer service skills. Loss prevent profiled me and my sister and followed us from the time we entered the store to literally the time we left. We couldnt even make a complaint to the store manager without loss prevent confronting us for a SECOND time. Will NEVER shop here again!!!!!

Love that this smaller neighborhood store stays open close to my house- always can trust that I can find everything I need and prices are very competitive.

A few great employees, but its generally hard to find things and it can be difficult to find and get good help with that. Good product selection in certain areas though. Good help in electronics. I avoid going if I dont know where what I need is because Ive had several hour long trips with kids looking for a difficult to find item.

Not always reliable. Pro-tip, pharmacy lady: if youre going to shame customers for not being able to find an item, its a good idea to APOLOGIZE when you cant find the item either.
