Found this bag on sale for 90$ but got it for 80$ since it’s missing a strap it was dirty where the gold loops are and the lady told that she could clean it for me and wipe it with the leather cleaner and it looked way better nice customer service the guy inside was very friendly!

Immediately upon entering I was greeted and informed of the current promotions, I was in there for 10 min and asked if needed assistance with anything or if I wanted to try anything out, 30 min later I was approached again and the manager took her cell out to give me the current price with discount, they didnt have my size but did get the correct one from the back room, over all 5 stars for excellent customer service, 5 stars for kindness, 5 stars for convincing me to take the coat I now have on lol, they also have a nice section with mens coats and jackets. over all #aswome-experience 🤩👍

They got great deals but the cashiers arent great. They didnt applied the deals to our order and ended up paying more on the total cost. Really bad experience.

Everybody in my household has something of their liking, bought from there. Other stores can not compete in terms of varieties and collections under one roof.Staff is friendly and eager to help you out. Deserves full rating.

This store was an absolute find in terms of bargains. They had a discount running for branded bags and jackets. The jackets / trench coats were selling at amazing bargain prices. Picked up bags and a wallet from here and was very happy with my purchase.

I was trying to buy a leather jacket a few months ago but then I was double charged. Then the store manager Myra called customer support the moment it was double charged and told me that I will get my money back by the end of the week, so I didnt get too mad. A week passes by and decided to go to the store personally and I return the jacket that I was double charged for and I signed some papers. 1 month later, I call customer service multiple times and they cant even help me. It has been over 2 months now and I still havent received my money back! I have been VERY VERY VERY VERY PATIENT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

They had two big signs up saying buy one get one 50% off in different sides of the store but would not honor it as the sale ended yesterday. If the signs are still up you should honor your deal we left bought nothing.

If I can give a zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience with customer service from Silvia the asst manager and Gloria an employee, for a exchange for a price difference. I had to return to the store 2 times on two difdernt days. Keep in mind this in not a close distance from my home. I was told different things by the employees and was given a difficult time.First they wanted the receipt. Fine. Thats understandable. Than they wanted the item once I brought the receipt. Even though the manager seen the item the day before.The manger told me and I quote your one of those people ! in front of other customers and my friend. It was so embarrassing to be spoken to like that as Gloria rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a rude tone.I am beyond offended. To be spoken to in that manner or those rude words. As a manger my self. I know there are things you can and should say and things not to say. That comment and there attitudes from the employees are more than enough for me to file a formal complaint with their corporate office. I felt very discriminated and civilly offended. I still dont understand what her comment meant.What kinda people am I ? Someone who wants to be treated fair ? A women ? A gay women ? A poor women ?A whole hour for a $ 30 refund. It was a horrible experience. As a manger she should know to always do whats right and whats best for the client. Silvia did not until I asked her to please phone another location to help. It was as if I was completely blown off because I wasnt making a purchase. She also said. Fine. Ill call another store. Even though I have other customers to help as if I wasnt a valued customer. I spent thousands of dollars this year at WL. My whole opinion changed because of this store and location due to this ill trained staff.I just had a back procedure done a few weeks ago and am in pain still. I was literally bent over at the counter in pain and was asked to go retrieve the wrapped coat in the vechile. Pleas Know that wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt a huge mall and in 20 degree weather. No consideration!!Rude and unprofessional. Definitely wont go back. And I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the managers statements. Two other customers in the store at the time of my incident came outside and told me they cant believe she said that. And are also disgusted with her service. I hope they file a complaint as well. Jose and Mr Davis were happy to exchange contact information to support this rude behavior.
