This store has great customer service. I have bought two hats here and I am pleased with the assistance I received with trying the hats on. Most of the time the hats are hanging high on the walls out of my reach. So the sales representatives have to bring them down and remove the sensors before I can try a hat on. I also didnt realize that my hat size was different depending on the manufacturer. I highly recommend that you try every hat on before buying it.

I found myself in need of steel toe boots for work, and heard about Boot Barn from a co-worker. Never been so it was a first. Walked in and was greeted and asked if I needed help. Pointed in the direction of some steel toes and they have quite the selection. I chose a leather type of timberland and then fit and feel nice.

Excellent customer service at checkout, Garrett was both helpful, friendly and professional. He also went out of his way, took the extra time to sign me up for rewards. Both saving me time and money. Wish the store had more size 10 women boots, although Ill be back here for sure. Satisfied customer and a lovely experience.

The staff was very nice and helpful dispute both having what I needed. The guy who helped me spent several minutes trying to help me find what I needed and even offered to have a pair of boots ordered. Unfortunately the boots I needed were not in stock in my size and I ended up having to settle on a pair of boots that weren’t my first, second, or third option.

Tried to use my employers boot slip voucher worth 120$. Was going to buy 200$ boots but they did not want to make an online order for the boots as they were not at the store. Ill spend it somewhere else.

The store manager aside that wasnt qualified to run the place, he couldnt exchange a pair of defective boots from the factory. There goes $160 down the drain. Boot barn really has to have control on the people they promote to managers. Really rude. Zero attention to the customer. And the manager wants to be right and lets you know that he wont help you on anything. At this point I dont even care about the boots, its the attention to the customer that gets me mad.....

If you prefer low pressure shopping (I do) this is the place vs red wing. I like red wing. But, Id rather just look on my own without all the attempts at an upsale. The staff greeted me, showed me to my area of interest and told me to ask if I needed help. Thats all I want from a brick and motar store. Very good selection as well. If you want to notch hands on service and conversation then red wing might be for you. I just wanted a pair of boots.

While this location is smaller than the DTC location, the service here was outstanding. Great selection of boots and apparel. The service associate was knowledgable of products and helped me choose boots and recommended Jeans. Again, the service sets them apart!

I went in looking for a pair of work boots. The lady at the front greeted me and told me all the work boots were in the back corner. Then proceeded to go back to doing her thing. I’m glad I wasted my time coming over here. Not impressed with the customer service. It wasn’t like they were busy. I was the only one in the store. It’s know wonder people buy so much online. Nice store to bad the service was not there.

Wide selection, great staff

The sales representatives made my husband and I fell very uncomfortable by constantly following us, watching our every move. If we moved they moved and pretended to be fixing something on the rack. I love boot barn but they need to show there reps not to stereotype the customers.

Was just at this store looking for a pair of work boots. There were 3 employees just standing around gabbing. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help or even acknowledged that we were there. Even when we were leaving all we got was have a good nite, no one asked if we needed help or anything, just good bye. Guess Ill take my 200 bucks else where, and suggest everyone else does so also.

Great customer service! Lots to choose from and if they dont have something on their website at the store, they will be happy to order it in for you. I have done business there for years. Kaitlyn and Monica are always there to help me. They will even open the door for me and my wheelchair. Great people Great Store. Not so busy you cant always get help. Large boot selection and all the trendy cowboy and cowgirl clothing. Thumbs up!

Staff is friendly and helpful, great selection of western boots and work boots. Its a little pricey but honestly what isnt.

The staff were all friendly and Deb was very helpful. Prices seemed to be better than other western wear stores, but stock was a little low... guess we got in at the end of their end-of-year sale. So we each bought 3 pairs of jeans and saved $93. I like the store because its not packed so tight like some retail stores; theres room to get around.
