I purchased this hoodie online to be delivered here. The store couldn’t find it and was marked lost. Next day while shopping in the store, an employee was wearing this exact hoodie that was only sold in limited quantities online. What a coincidence. 😑Anyways online asked me to review my experience and decided it’s not going to be post it.

Was at the mall and the store had stopped admitting people for capacity. This is the kind of anchor store that keeps the mall and the vendors shopping. I gotta go buy something else while i wait for them to open. You delightful safe exclusive shopping experience. More like this please!

Once again assuring their friends with a reselling Funko store secured all the chases from this years Summer releases, even rubbing it into the collectors by allowing their friends to hand out business cards in case you want to purchase them. It should be 1 per person like other srores.

What a fun place to go browse. I was able to buy a few pair of pants (which years ago I would have never fit in😅), just love the way my mom jeans curve to me in the right spots🥳💃I am overcome with joy about the sale prices🎉🎉

Hot Topic has always been a place for the edgier people who live outside the norm to feel safe and accepted. That is still somewhat true. Although there are multiple mainstream items jockeying for position on the shelves alongside the regular Gothic clothing this place is known for... The music and people working there will always let us know what is great. Theres always a great deal going on and you can find most things that you are looking for.

My daughter was there this afternoon and has a disability that does not allow for a mask. My other daughter was with her and is sensory and under the ten years old that is on the new face mask mandate. The manager of the store told my daughter they could leave because an ADA exemption does not allow them to not wear a mask in the store. When my kids got home in tears I called the store and asked for a manager. The manager promptly began to yell at me over the phone and said she didnt care what was wrong with my kids they cant come into the store due to the policies of Hot Topic. The manager when i asked if she knew it was illegal to not adhere to ADA laws said she didnt care and I could do what i wanted. When i said I would be reporting this to the ADA violation reporting number again told me to do what i wanted and hung up on me. This behavior is unacceptable and I will be following through on this with a call to corporate. I caution people when it comes to shopping here and how they will treat you as a customer.

I always like shopping here. The selection is great. They have t-shirts for 6 bucks right now. I bought a new wallet from here and the staff was willing to help and check on something if they were out of stock. I would recommend anyone to go to this location.

Its a Hot Topic. I remember when HT first came to Denver and being a somewhat older punk-alternative person it seemed like prefabricated punk clothes. They did have some things I like but it seemed mostly to be some ICP/Goth Wannabe fashion station.

Employees are very nice and welcoming. Once you walk in their ready to help you very neat and clothes are folded well. You can find almost anything your looking for unless it new or they dont have the merch.

Your generic hot topic, but with super friendly staff. Decent music @ decent valumes, lots of Disney products for the youth of today. You can find deals & discounts everyday on tons of product. Great place for cheap makeup & semi good quality piercing jewelry.

They can 15 people in the store but have 7 staff working so no customers can go in.

Always love coming here, the staff is great; what I have noticed that their DC section is very lacking (this is the case with most hot topic), I understand that Marvel is the in thing now (with all the movies and stuff), but there are plenty of DC fans that would love figurines, a larger selection of shirts, accessories, notebooks,pins etc. It was Batmans 80th anniversary and there was nothing special going on in the hot topics (except if you bought the anniversary shirt youd get a pin...but in the two hot topics I went, they had run out).

This place is good and all but it has been getting boring to me (no offense at all!!) but its a really good place to get cute shirts and its nice to at least walk around and see what they have once and awhile

It is a wonderful place with amazing employees that always will talk to you and check in on when you are shopping. The store is organized and it is clear on where certain item is. I love to store and plan on going back soon

I find it thoroughly unreasonable that in my 30s Hot Topic continues to be full of stuff that I want and or need. Best for ironic t-shirts to wear while unapologetically eating your avocado toast.

Always my fav store.

We normally shop here as its the closest to our home. But no more. Went in over the week end for some Funko Pops and other goodies. My Marine husband was told that he couldnt get the military discount that we have gotten at EVERY other location because he was RETIRED! So tell me little ignorant girl behind the counter.. How many years did YOU serve this country? How many months did you spend away from your family fighting for your right to be a snob behind the counter? Right, I thought so. The ignorance over a lousy 10% discount was appalling. It may not mean much to most but its nice to be recognized for his service. Veterans serve this country too, they deserve just as much respect as Active members. Shame on you.

I am beyond pissed off i dont even think this place deserves a star at all. First off a lady there told me she would price match the website then told me she couldnt when i got to the register, sorry but customer first dont lie to me. Also It was near closing time and i just came from over an hour away i was purchasing close to $100 in items but my card fell out in the car so i asked if i could run out and grab it real quick my car was right put front in the parking lot near the store would have taken me like 2 minutes they refused to let me and said theyd just lock the store if i left to go retrieve my one and only card. The orange haired lady was so rude to me and not understanding at all. Coming from a management backround this would never fly in my store, do whatever you can to make the customer happy and keep them coming back even if staying open a couple moments later so they can make their purchase! Happy customers = good business!

Employees are always kind, courteous and helpful. I love the selection of merch. Earning Hot Cash is always a plus.

Last few times Ive been to this location I was never greeted and never asked if I needed help. I know that they are better than this. I shop there frequently looking for Stitch.

Really great clearance sales! Kind of wierd getting gawked at by everyone in a hot topic, but then again the store has changed quite a bit over the years....the fact that there was no signs of icp merch was comforting.

Its gotten pretty basic, it used to go from a variety of topics, from shows to bands, but now its reduced to popular anime, generic shows, bands. And harry potter

This place was packed and they only had two ppl working the reg as two other employees just walked around asking if you are finding everything ok instead of opening up another reg to help with the line of ppl standing all the way out the door.
