Time and te again a plumbing supply house doesnt have plumbing parts, a wasted trip.

This place has everything you need weather it is plumbing, or kitchen and bath, fixtures, all kinds of pipe; copper, pvc, abs, cast iron, you name it. This place got it all. If youre remodeling your home 🏡 this is the right place even if you need a brand new jacuzzi. Their show room it is amazing you can go crazy wanting it all.

Shout-out to Tony at Ferguson in Pomona California!!! My company ARS only uses Ferguson for all our HVAC needs...Why??? Cause they are the best about getting anything and everything we need!!! They even have a small dispensary in the back... oh I think thats not supposed known. I hope corporates not reading this

Went to pick up a sump pump and employees were extremely helpful and nice. Store clean and organized.

They are very helpful and always have what I need, and its the closest supply house to DIA, so its also convenient.

I visited the Aurora showroom after deciding to remodel my kitchen. A few minutes with the cabinet designer had me feeling confident they would be my vendor of choice. This was the worst remodeling decision I could have made. After receiving two cabinet quotes nearly 50% more than the budget came in with I started getting concerned. Next, I spent two weeks trying to pry an understanding of the cost out of the designer (they dont have sales people, so nobody really cares about helping you through pricing issues) who eventually told me she couldnt spend any more time on my project until I knew exactly what I wanted. Keep in mind, I have no kitchen at this point because the demo work had been started...OK, fine. I then worked with another vendor (Cabinet Warehouse) who made the process so simple it had me wondering why I ever started here in the first place but, I decided to give Ferguson one last crack at winning my business. I delivered all the designs and measurements to them and requested a total price. They came back and said they would have to pass all together because it would take another 1-2 weeks just to get me a price. How these guys are possibly staying in business is beyond me. I will do my best to prevent my friends and family from ever shopping here and you should too!Good luck,Joe

I had a great experience with this business. We remodeled all of our bathrooms and our kitchen, with all new plumbing fixtures. We acted as our own general contractor, and ordered all of our own stuff from Ferguson. Because we are not pros, we made several mistakes and had to return several items. We worked with Matthew Taft on the sales team and found him to be very responsive and very knowledgable about the products. He was also very accommodating with all of our returns. The business is, generally, very fast at delivering orders. We will shop here whenever we need plumbing items.

Beautiful showroom! Really unwelcoming experience. I dont think one member of staff knew we were even there. If they did, we wouldnt have known. Once again, many beautiful displays but I probably wouldnt return. Especially without an appointment.

Thank you Ferguson for wasting half of our day by having us drive to 3 of your locations all over Denver. Location 1, 6th Ave, didnt have it. Location 2, had the item, but couldnt find it, sent us to location 3. Location 3, arrived 10 minutes after 12:00. Counter sales closed, absolutely could not go and get the item from warehouse after 12:00, they werent certified to. Wow, hope if you choose to business with them, you have a better experience.

Three years ago we made the mistake of using this company to supply high end appliances throughout our complete house remodel. The mistake is in regards to their follow up customer service.Unfortunately, if you have an issue with any of the products they supply you after a few months and certainly after a year, GOOD LUCK. They state that NO RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE going back ONE year. I verified this on two calls, “we are unable to look up anything going back more than a year. You will need to call the manufacturer for those issues and records”.The customer beware ! No service follow up or responsibility.

Have you heard of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Company in Steamboat Springs?!?!They are AMAZING!!!! Jason has been working his tail off to answer my questions and help me pick out the PERFECT kitchen faucet and ceiling fan. I cannot praise these guys enough. My husband and I are building a home in Grand Lake and after working with two plumbing stores, not being satisfied with the level of service in either, we found Emily R! Emily was attentive even though we came in with a mess of a proposal and without an appointment, she graciously worked with us. She is smart and knows her product. She was diligent and timely in putting the bid and an awesome picture portfolio together so we could actually see clearly in an organized fashion what the heck we purchased. So far plumbing has been the easiest for us to decide on because of her good service and Fergusons GREAT SHOWROOM ...love this place.

It took a bit to get help and the stock indicator on the website meant nothing. Erica was extremely helpful and I was able to pick up my new faucet same day.

Nice selection.. However.... Placed order and then we were called and told it was ready for pickup. Showed up during lunch break with no one having a clue.... If we are told it is ready for pickup then that is exactly what we should expect, show up and pick up the items, instead I left in frustration with nothing but wasted time.

Today family would 17 my first time over there and they also somebody people speak Spanish all they are really good with us in one girl I dont remember the name but I think Olivia oh my God shes also thank

First delivery date, they just completely forgot to show up. Second delivery date, no show. On top of it, I called and they had no record of the purchase even though we spoke with delivery manager yesterday to confirm the time and have already paid for items. Had contractors at the house waiting again for it. Horrible follow through and regret having gone there.
