Worst shopping experience ever . No pricing . Very shop worn and trashy presentation. I’m ever Corning throughout the facility is a pile of trash . I counted 44 pallets that were not shrink wrapped safely to the top . While I was shoping bags of cement had fallen . I did take lots of pictures I will be sharing with OSHA .I hope your store improves I really do . But It has been like this for years . Home Depot delivery to my new house . You guys are very un organized !
I went to Home Depot looking for a particular storm door. Unfortunately, they did not have the color that I wanted. But the young lady that was assisting me was very helpful. Thank you for the great customer service.
Needed a bifold door and they only had one left of the style and size I needed but someone had stolen the hardware from it so I asked if I could get a discount for the missing parts or if they could just send me the missing hardware and they were super annoyed I asked and refused both. Been to this HD a few times and the lines are long, no one seems to ever be working, overall just super frustrating because usually Home Depot is an awesome place to shop.
I went to rent a truck/van. They told me that the 2 outside were not available do to maintenance and that the one they had was out until 1:45pm. This was at noon. So I shopped and ended up spending almost $200. Checked back at the counter multiple times over the next 3hr s. I finally asked the clerk if she would please call the customer as a courtesy and ask them if they knew when they would return the vehicle? The clerk refused to do so, saying that they would not risk upsetting the customer. I didnt want to make a scene so I went outside and called the manager who told me the same thing. I s spent 4 hours waiting on a truck that never showed and even after leaving my phone number, I never received a phone call.
Always order online and they have it ready quickly at the store. Otherwise the walk thru the store is great and I can always find what Im looking for. Floor staff wont bother you and hover, but they will be friendly and ask if you need a hand, IF it looks like you could use it. Thats a huge plus to me!
This home depots service is really bad. This home depot is money first, not customer first. I ordered a 660 dollar refrigerator about 10 days ago which was 9/20/2021 at this home depot store, and the home depot delivery team called me on 9/29/2021 said they will deliver my fridge on 9/30 between 11 to 3. Since I need work between those time, so I talked to my boss to leave early to wait for the fridge. But on 9/30 two hour before the deliver time, the home depot delivery team called me said they cannot deliver my fridge. 9/30 is the only day I can ask for leave early and the home depot just cancel the delivery suddenly. I was very unhappy because I cannot reschedule another day for delivery. Because home depot can only delivery between Tuesday to Saturday and I work between Tuesday to Saturday too. So on 9/30/2021 at about 11:30am I went to this home depot store to cancel the order and tried to get my money back. There is an old lady at return service said I cannot get my 660 dollar back. I was very angry Because I wait 10 days for the fridge and there is no fridge. I wanted my money back and the home depot did not refund me. That old lady was very rude and she tried to say it was my fault for the fridge. She cannot refund me and let somebody else help me. I asked this lady if she can deliver me a fridge for me then I will not cancel the order. That lady was very rude and said: you can go to the appliance area and find the fridge by yourself and pay for another fridge. This ladys customer service was really bad. I will never go this home depot any more!
Usually quick in and out staffing is normally knowledgeable of their department always friendly and helpful 👍
Incredible selection of plants 🌱 🪴 and people working in the gardening section. Otherwise, seems like any other Home Depot.
I usually rely on the help to tell where to find something if I cannot find it. At this store 3 employees could not help me. I am guessing it may be because of the pandemic and the need to hire many new employees who were not familiar with the store layout or stock yet. Without the inconvenience above I would have given the store a 4 or 5 star rating.
Two weeks ago, I ordered a grill for delivery - it was supposed to be delivered next day, however, I get a call stating that they only have one of the grill in question in stock and since its already put together, they cant deliver it since it wont fit in their truck. Okay. Thats fine. They offer to deliver a boxed grill once it comes back in stock the next week, or, they will give us a free truck rental to pick it up ourselves - Im in no big rush, thats fine, I can wait to have the new one delivered.Low and behold, a week later, I get an email on my phone that its been delivered. No one rings our doorbell, no one had me sign for anything, not even a knock on the door - and from the ring doorbell, we can see theres no box on the patio. Thats odd.Instead, I find a grill dumped in front of my garage, fully assembled just... sitting there. When I check the grill, its completely filthy (couldnt even bother wiping off the thick layer of dust that is covering it, thats nice), and when I look closer - its beaten to all get out. Its got pieces broken off, and dented in several spots.Immediately I call home depot, and after originally being told that I can return it myself (yeah, no.) The manager Matt gets caught up on the idea that Im mad I didnt get a boxed grill. Not that what they delivered is broken, dented, and completely unacceptable and dumped in front of my garage with no notice to us (Im sorry, youre not even apologetic or concerned that youre store is okay with dumping broken products in front of peoples houses as new?), and after offering me an exchange, promises hell call me back on Monday after speaking to the store manager about a solution. No call comes. I call the store back, am bounced to a manager who says hell connect me to a manager, and instead, sends me to an associate in delivery who thinks the problem is that the grill they gave me isnt in a box. After some back and forth, he informs me that hes been talking to his supervisor, and that theyre trying to schedule a pick up and will call me back. Poor guy is just an associate, and instead of talking with me himself when I asked for a manager, the guy pushed me off on his employee. (Not cool!) I wont hold my breath on getting a call back.Over all, would never order a product from them again. We had great experiences with the delivery people earlier this month when we had no issues, but after this fiasco and knowing thats the product theyre okay with delivering to a customer? Never again.Edit to add: No call. No communication. A random home depot truck just showed up to pick up the grill. At least they rang the doorbell this time. However when I called back to ask about my refund, I spoke to a manager who was incredibly apologetic about the entire situation and willing to listen and discuss what had gone wrong. Im adding back a few stars to my review for him and the associate who were actually trying to help instead of blowing me off and acting like I was ridiculous for not wanting a damaged product dumped at my door.
Wanted to buy lumber for a fence. Found the lumber but there wasn’t a single cart available to be used. I asked two different employees to clean a cart for me that had store stuff just sitting in it. I was told by both employees that I would just have to find another cart, even though none of the big ones that could be used for lumber were available. Due to having no way to get the lumber to the cash register, even after asking for assistance, I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
Cindy in painting is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I appreciate you, Cindy!
This is the worst homedepot unfortunately I live right next to it so Im forced to go here for material. The electrical isle rarely has any of the common material most depots have. And good luck finding any other building material in this place. This is also one of the Busiest home depot Ive ever been to and theres never any help Finding a car is also a joke cause there are none The worst part about this home depot is that there is always a huge line and no one to scan anybody
It was nice and clean and inventory they kept is really goid.At last i get product which i looked in many home depot and had a good variety in that.
Everyone was so helpful and polite when processing the sale. Found exactly what I was looking for in a stove & fridge. I was upgrading from electric to a gas stove, which I explained and let them know I would not require their installation services, would have been nice to have still been offered the install kit required to install it. They are the experts and I depended on them. Had an install kit would have been recommended in any way I would have included that in with the rest of my purchases that day. The stove and fridge are absolutely gorgeous and work incredible though. Feel a lil jipped on the customer service end though.
One of the best places to go for home supplies and tools. Great service, nice quality products, and good location.
Cindy in the paint department was a joy to work with very knowledgeable and very helpful Ill be back soon to pick up more materials for all my home projects. Thanks again Cindy♥️👍
Wonderful place. Many of the spring/summer plants are gone. The folks great, the store on E. Mississippi could more of them! While the store on Quebec near I-70, could get those they have (labor folks, not the sales staff), to get off their duffs and do more than sit and chat with each other! I mean the small groups of 4-5 sitting outside the Garden center!)
Always helpful always have what I need
Not too busy at the time I was there but this place can get pretty busy, location is very convenient and services are good and product availability also good.
Better signage and response times to curbside pickup would make a difference. I waited 10 minutes in curbside before I called the store to get a response. I texted and used my email both had me waited for over 10 minutes. When I called I waited again. They also moved curbside and the raggy sign they have up wasnt helpful. You could barely see it. I actually parked and was going inside when I saw it. Im hoping to give them another chance but they ate up my lunch. When the customer service rep answered she was very helpful and brought out my items for me. If it wasnt for her this review wouldve had 1 star.
Slow/ messy isles were full of pallets this work should have been done at night not in the busy time of day. I waited an hour for a pallet to be pulled from top because the guy got distracted on the way to the fork lift. He was helpful but not efficient This is poor management for sure.
Best experience at a Home Depot. Asked a gentleman by name of Phil I believe, multiple times for location of products. Never got short, dropped what he was doing to show me exactly where items were located. Never had this experience before at a Home Depot. Pleasantly surprised and will be going back. :)
Limited selection. Got a great new blue hammer on sale $6 but everything I needed to fix a glass screen door they did not have.
Went to this store to pick up an online order of a few things, and surprise surprise the order was not ready. I ask the online order desk person if she could get the order picked for me while I wait and she refused. After this 3rd failed attempt to get any online order ready in a reasonable amount of time and the flat out refusal of having my order picked, I will no longer be shopping at this home depot. I will also no longer have my company shop he ether, if you cant get my person online order ready then i cant risk my company having this issue ether.
I was in this location attempting to purchase flat leaf parsley seeds. Unfortunately, the seed display was a mess. There was no rhyme or reason to it and seed packets were all over the place. It took me at least 5 minutes to search through all the packets. During that time, no less than half a dozen employees walked by me. It was clear I was digging through the packets. Not one of them asked if I needed help finding anything. Half a dozen, and not one. This is a very poor level of customer service. At the end of all of it, the seeds I wanted were oos, or somewhere in the mess that I couldn’t find. I walked out empty handed but-given the lack of any customer service from so many employees-maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t spend my money there.
I couldnt find the screw I was looking for in spite of the app saying they had 9 in stock. The associate said if there were less than 10 they probably walked out the door. This is sad but worse is the associate did nothing to fix the inventory issue.
I wish that there was more employees that would offer assistance, rather than customers trying to find someone for help. I still prefer Home Depot to Lowes.
Bad cell service in this area, no Wi-Fi in the store. This makes building a shopping list via the app useless.
Probably one of the better stocked but still none of them are what they used to be. Supply houses around town have better stock and materials and more specifically what you need not three to make it work.
Those employees really know the layout of their store! I was highly impressed!!
This place has everything you need such as soap, tools, light bulbs, light fixtures, planks of wood, ECT... The staff are helpful for the most part.
Home Depot may be satisfactory for the DIY shopper, but their professional installation services are anything but professional. On July 7, 2021, I ordered over $4,000 of appliances from LOWES with guaranteed delivery and installation in a week (July 14), but when HOME DEPOT quoted $200 less on the exact same appliances, I cancelled the order with LOWES and went with HOME DEPOT even though the delivery and installation through them would be 1 1/2 months out (August 21). Gotta save money, right? WRONG. BIG MISTAKE. Upon arrival the delivery/installer stated that he would not be able to install the dishwasher or refrigerator and would simply drop them in my garage. I convinced him to at least get the refrigerator into the kitchen for us and let me hook it up. Which he did but he still refused to deliver the dishwasher anywhere except the garage and failed to leave the installation kit and power cord that were ordered with it. However, he was successful at plugging in the oven/range into the existing outlet (such skill). However, he was unable to securely attach the microwave above the range and left it hanging by a single thread of one bolt. After a visit to the store and several phone calls later, we were eventually able to schedule someone to come out on September 2nd (over two weeks later) and attempt to resolve the situation, but they were a No Call/No Show. After a few phone calls yesterday and couple more today I was finally able to get them to reschedule the completion of the installation for September 10th (another week out). The headache has not been worth the $200 saved, and I think that LOWES has found themselves a new loyal customer.
Nearly impossible to get help in most departments.Seems pickup is their main focus.
Found a small table top Smokey Joe grill by Weber for my son and it was easy to assemble and grilled my sons whole meal from start to finish without relighting the coals excellent first grill for beginners
Got some great deals on some flowers. The staff has no clue as to what the store is selling. Was told I should take a picture with my IPhone to find out what a plant is called. I dont have an IPhone, so I left the plants at the store. Maybe the store should supply their garden center employees with an IPhone so they can help their customers.
No waiting to get in. There were too few handicapped parking spots. Moving trucks took up most of front row spots. Cashier I went to was very friendly. 4 stars because of lack of handicapped parking.
Not a bad home depot. Can take a while to find people at times.Biggest disappointment here was I bought 4 boxes of expensive mosaic glass tiles. After going through them, found 8 broken tiles, so I returned them and replaced. Came back the next day because I needed a few more and was annoyed that all the ones I returned were back on the shelf. Seems like a dumb idea
Quick. I was in and out. They had associstes waiting to help and check u out...awesome. And they were busy. There were ALOT of customers but I didnt have a wait at all
Customer service manager had to assist with finding an item I needed. The current few floor agents there were swamped and working hard.He had me in & out of the store in under 15 mins! Wooohoo! I usually never spend a long time at HD because I know what Im going for, unless other items catch my eye👏 Great trip
Maybe see why this location doesn’t show up on google maps. Not sure this store really needs the business because this store is always busy but it never shows up in directions!
Huge store pretty well stocked prices are skyrocketing, the 1 thing I dont like is the number of employees especially the women who just stand around and talk. Had to actually break up 2 tellers so 1 could check me out.
Has been a long time since I had been asked if I needed help looking for items in this particular Home Depot. Was given ideas to try with the dog house project I was shopping for by 2 young men. Very helpful and personable.
Paint department today was great. Carlos was able to match up some deck stain.
Helpful and friendly staff directed me right to what I needed outstanding
I had a great experience, their associates were extremely helpful with my issue. They stayed with me until it was resolved. I recommend Home Depot as your first place to shop.
Bought a Tuff Shed. After they Installed it they ask you to sign a lien waiver. They sent it via email before they even installed it. It said right there Do not sign until installation complete. Once the shed was installed I received an email at 2:43 am every day for 4 days strait asking me to sign this thing. I set a quick note back that I am working 2 jobs and will get to it in a few days. On the 5th day I received a email saying my lien waver had expired and now my warranty voided. Nice job Tuff Shed! You suck.
It just keeps getting worse. I worked for Home Depot for 6 yrs and the knowledge and customer service have been on a slow decline. First the front desk associate who saw the returns line was getting long finally hollered out I can help whoever is next. My father needed to return a previous purchase and she just didnt seem to want to help in the first place. Not 1 associate bothered to actually greet a customer let alone look up from their cellphones to acknowledge a customer. I went there looking for something specific and I couldnt find 1 associate in either department that I was in to assist. Pretty soon they will eliminate those positions and make it all autonomous. Hell it feels like that already.
The various tools and various other items that are available are fantastic great selection & quality
Was looking for a small bag of potting soil and found what I wanted
I went into home Depot hoping that they didnt have any 2x8s but they did I went over to the shingles hoping that they didnt have any shingles but they did. Went over to the nails hoping that they didnt have any nails or screws but they did. Now Im outside in 93 degree weather building a small porch LOL
Found the faucet I wanted for my restroom. At a good price. Had great variety.
The Paint Dept. is great, theyre always so accommodating. Love this store most days!!
We ordered a custom sized set of interior double doors. The sales people taking the order were hurried and disinterested. We had pay for the doors when we ordered them and sign a form agreeing that we could not reject the doors when they arrived. The doors we received were too tall for the opening, although our order listed the correct rough opening dimensions. They also arrived with antique bronze hardware instead of the brushed nickel hardware we ordered. One door was hung upside down, the bottom of the door (which we had to remove and trim to fit) was clearly marked “top”. We invested a lot of extra effort getting the doors to fit and replacing the hardware. Would have appreciated it if the associates in the department knew anything about hanging doors and bothered to learn the difference on the form between abbreviations for antique bronze and brushed nickel. What an unnecessary hassle we inherited from them!
Salesman in the appliance section was amazing and extremely helpful
Three stars because all home Depots are never stocked with what the customer needs for sprinklers. Just to find couplings for poly pipes I had to go to four stores. SMH
This big box store is mismanaged like all the others.I search parts online that they say they have instock they dont.I even ordered parts online o ly to have them cancel the orderdue to inaccurate inventory.Lowes is a better option
Got a few good deals for the 4th. Excellent.
I have shopped at this Home Depot regularly over the last three years when I bought a house in the neighborhood. For the last 2 years I have made a trip out of the way to Lowes or ACE and only go here when it’s urgent because it’s close to me. This Home Depot location is regularly understaffed (even before COVID), has high turnover where new employees are not knowledgeable, and on three separate occasions I tried to rent a truck/trailer but their rental vehicles are always broken/out for service. The aisles are always blocked with pallets and online orders so that you can’t maneuver a cart through. It takes forever to get someone to cut wood and after waiting 25 minutes and 3 overhead pages for someone to help me purchase and set up a garage door install, the manager stepped in to help but I was handed off to someone who didn’t know to tell me that I would be waiting for a third party to call me to set up installation. On the first nice day of spring the poor guy in the garden center was slammed at the checkout line- he called for someone to help me load heavy soil and 2 employees literally stood around a customer’s truck chatting with the third guy who was loading. They are usually well stocked on everything so if you know what you need and can go right to check out you should be okay, but if you need any service you will be on your own. Bring snacks for the wait. Frustrating.
Large selection of various household products, but all relatively generic. Very few options for niche products, so if your project falls outside of making a house or a porch youre out of luck. The over the top security measures remind you that you arent trusted, and they dont respect their customers. Never a pleasurable experience, but at least stuff is usually available.
I dont like too trash talk about my experience with company i let you be the judge but theres plenty of room for Improvement. You will know what I mean when you shop there.
Spoke to 3 workers and had a hard time getting help finding the item.
Garden center cashier, black lady, flipped me off today 1030am Saturday August 7th westside garden door by the outside entrance. I will be calling the manager for them to review security footage so they can fire this lady.
Good place they have everything what customers need
It is really hard to find any staff that will help you out. I will ask one employing and they never seem to know the section I am in.
Good place and affordable. Wood is freaking expensive
The people at the paint dept. had very bad attitudes. And, didnt even ask which kind of paint I wanted. If you are going to have this job, DO IT WELL ‼️They gave me expensive paint that wasnt worth it, it stank and gave me a migraine. I would recommend they go to a nursing home :)
I called to inquire about Appliances. I spoke with 5 different departments. Finally, hung up out of frustration. The sales associate was very pleasant in placing my order. I already gad made my selections online so it was a quick easy process. If it was not for the sales associate I would have rated this store a 1.
Ill give it three stars because they have good product. But theres never an employee around when you need them.
The employees are always nice, and they have a good selection for what I need. If they dont have it in stock, I can usually order it for either delivery or pickup.
Love the HD in general and was even a manager for Home Depot 15 years ago. During this visit only 1 employee out of 8 even glanced at me. Got zero verbal acknowledgements. Nobody asked if I was finding everything ok or needed help. The loose bolt bin in hardware looked like it hasnt been sorted in 10 years. What happened anyway?
Shelves were broken when I was building them. Exchanged them with no problem! It was a great experience
Be a pro member and get amazing rewards!!!! I love every worker here!!! Best time to shop here is early weekdays or weekend nights
We ordered on line parked texted and they were to the car within 2 minutes. Outstanding!
Always find what you need.
Sales guy was super helpful! Got me everything I needed fast.
What do I have to do to buy a tool from this store? Can you please tell me?
Very efficient store! Clean and friendly staff. This is my new HD even though theres one closer to my home.
Im in the process of redoing my kitchen. I had another HD store cancel my kitchen design consultation hours before I was supposed to meet with them. I called this store and got right in 3 hours later with Curtis. I gave all my measurements to Curtis and he made everything super easy. Every filler I needed was listed on the papers I left with
We got good advice for our DIY project.
I like the garden center because of Mary B but she must be on vacation I hope she is a sweet lady very friendly and I hate I did not get to see her had a African lady not to friendly which is too bad thats whats make you want to return Mary B knew her product and was always helpful always smile the Customer loved her she would remember when you shopped last !!!!
Helpful staff.Long lines if yiu need to consult the associate.
New products organized shelves
Even at 840pm they close at 9 staff was helpful and attentive. I appreciate what they did for me.
I bought some cement and worker was very nice to me.
Always great. Good people, friendly atmosphere, quality products. Lumber selection is fantastic. Being a pro i appreciate how efficient the cashiers are. Staff dedicated to their jobs and k ow what they are talking about.
When I placed an online order on April 5th, I expected some delay given the strangeness of our times. I did not expect to wait over a month for my express delivery and to have some items not arrive and some items damaged beyond repair.A week after placing the order, I had still not heard anything from the Home Depot. I called to inquire about the delivery and hopefully lock in a delivery date. After multiple calls, with no luck getting through to anyone who could assist, I used the Home Depot texting service to set a date for the delivery. It was scheduled for April 18th.On April 18th, I received an email notifying me that the order was out for delivery. I noticed that the address associated with my delivery had changed to something completely different, in a different suburb entirely. I called about this and was told that delivery had been attempted (at the wrong address) and that since nobody was home, they would be rescheduling the delivery. The new date (now with the correct address) was set for the April 24th.On April 24th - three weeks after placing my now ludicrously dubbed express delivery - I received another email informing me my order was out for delivery. A few hours later, I received a call from the Home Depot telling me that delivery had been attempted and that nobody was home. We are all home. The pandemic necessitates it. Nobody knocked on my door, or called to let me know they were outside with my delivery. I surmised that once again they had gone to the wrong address, and had this time not tried all that hard to correct the error. My husband called the Home Depot and managed to get through to one of the managers on duty. They were apologetic, and offered a refund on the delivery fee, but otherwise couldnt dispatch the items we had ordered. A new delivery date was set for April 27th or 29th (the online system showed different dates in different places). On April 27th, no email. On April 29th, no email. No items. I checked the order status and was shocked to see that it showed up on my end as canceled. My husband called the Home Depot again, this time speaking to a different manager and a different associate in deliveries. Once again, a refund to the delivery fee was promised, and a new delivery date was set. This time for May 7th - a month and two days after my initial order and payment for express delivery. At this point both my husband and I had all but given up on receiving the items we had ordered, and couldnt understand why nobody at the Home Depot thought it unacceptable that the delivery date was so long after our order.May 7th arrived, and to our surprise so did a truck with our order. We were almost jubilant. Almost. The shovel we had ordered had not been delivered, and the seedling trays that were to kickstart our garden had been carelessly cling-wrapped to the other items, crushing and bending them beyond repair. So, here I write my review. After over a month of waiting on my express delivery, I have paid for a shovel I did not receive, a piece of equipment that is broken beyond repair (pictures attached), and an $80 delivery fee that I was promised would be refunded yet hasnt been.Would I shop from this Home Depot again. Absolutely not. Should you? Absolutely not.
Great young man, who had no clue what a hook and eye latch was, took the time to find out and guide me to what I was looking for. He was friendly and kind above and beyond.
The commercial sales department was great they helped me out with an order of pavers for a patio Im working on & when it came time to pick them up they were very helpful & patient with me since it was on 3 seperate pallets I was only able to take one at a time cause my truck could only handle the weight one pallet all n all a great team of employees there at home depot
Not a lot of employee/ customer interaction but I find my way around.
Always clean and well stocked. Plant selection is good and fairly healthy.
I know hd can be busy. But the amount of staff just chatting and there were no carts and not the helpful hd folks I normally run into. This is one Id purposely avoid just due to what seems like a miss management. Too chaotic with no organization.
Cleanest Home Depot Ive ever been to. Would get five stars except for so many things are in the item section for the price listed.
Cant find any help with questions or locating merchandise.
Great help with purchase of dishwasher. I think she said her name was Ashley. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained all
Great people at this location. Very friendly and helpful. Best one I have been to in some time.
