My favorite Best Buy to go to. They have everything I want when I go in. If not, its either in a nearby store or an online order away. Customer service here is great. Sometime even multiple people come by to make sure Ive been helped. And for me, I dont find it annoying. Id rather that than try to hunt someone down for help. The store and bathrooms are clean and well tended to.

Went there with a friend who was conducting business on a phone deal with a fella named Troy. He was knowledgeable, personable, and real patient with my friend. Then we left the store and I spaced out my phone on the counter and it was deader than dead so I couldnt track it and had to back track and fortunately for me it was turned in to Best buy employees who secured the phone until the owner came to claim it. While Troy was retrieving my phone I wandered over to drool over the pixels and couldnt be seen so he went the extra steps to bring it outside to my friends car. Thank you.

Best buy what happened? This place used to be an electronic mecca for those tech heads like me to just come and spend hours admiring the giant TV that I couldnt afford drooling at the crisp sound produced By high on speakers that again I could never afford sadly now this place looks like a second rate warehouse where you pick through goods and hopefully can find somebody to help you. Sad this is one of the last places you could actually Interact with a something before buying it.... now we have nothing...R.I.P best buy as if this behavior continues you soon will be with frenemy Circuit City as a one of the stores thats past its hey day and is just a memory of a place where your cool uncle would take you on the weekends to look at cool stuff.

This best buy is always busy and it difficult to find an employee to help you out. Many checkout lines but it still takes forever. We were there on a Saturday evening and only had 2 registers open in the front while several younger employees were congregating around a checkout station in the middle of the store. They were ignoring customers and talking and laughing like they were off work. I ended up going to wall mart!

We had a radio installed on a miles car to update for bluetooth, auxiliary jack and USB charger. Nothing fancy. The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) who checked us in and did the install was excellent. Super personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Supposed to take and hour and a half but it was done in an hour. Gave us the run down of the radio and informed us if we had any issues they would take care of them at no extra cost. And we were on our way. Great experience!

Took almost an hour to pick up an Apple Watch I had repaired. They couldn’t find it repeatedly, and insisted on taking my personal cell phone into the back to find it- and then I had to ask for my phone back too at the end. Get your Apple products repaired elsewhere, or you may not get them back.

Got a good selection of electronics. However, I only gave it 3 stars because in TV’S and sound equipment the only employee I talked to, had a trainee badge and had no knowledge of the electronics. He didnt offer to get a more knowledgeable person. It seemed that the only place covered was phones and computers.

Came in here to buy some headphones. Understandably they have them locked up behind the counter, but I dont know what Im buying and when I went to the customer service to get some help the kid was no help at all. He basically told me I needed to know what exact pair of headphones I needed and then he could grab them for me. Offerd absolutely no insight or guidance when theres like 20 pairs of headphone that are just a tag you can look at no picture or description. Considering I was gonna spend a few hundred thats ridiculous. I went to Target and they were extra helpful and I got my headphones

Went in for an ice maker it showed they had one the guy said to go over and look at all the boxes on the floor. I told him it was not there he said he would check the back room literally he walked 8 steps on the floor did not go in the back and said we dont have any lazy people at this store. We bought a laptop this past sunday with all of the programs offered on it. We asked them to set it up for us, so we left it there. We got a call the same day telling us it was all ready but we couldnt get it until Thursday the 12th. Thats 4 days for just getting the start up ready(I guess they wanna explain to us how everything works) We decided to let them do it because we paid for the geek squad service. Anyway, I havent bought a computer in a long time-- so Im guessing 4 days wait is normal?

I bought a Chromebook the other day, could not get Microsoft Office to work with it. I need it for school, I went to exchange my computer for an HP bit John M. Who works for Google saved me! He showed me how to access everything. Microsoft does not make it easy, but John figured it out! I kept my Chromebook and thanks to him, now know how to better use it. Thanks John M!

3 stars for selection not the Best choices not the Best prices actually pretty average. I was looking for the big ticket items and never found them I ended up going to Amazon. However I had 1 small accessory I needed last minute and best buy had it. The 4 stars is because i love the new curbside. I have used it 3x this year and it is really nice and efficient way of getting what you need same day. Again I have not been as successful with the bigger items. But for the smaller things you need you potentially can place your order on line and get your product within an hour. Very very nice. As with most grocery pick up best buy sends you a link with your receipt. Once you arrive you pull into the designated pick up spots and coco the link inputting which lane or spot you are located and they bring it your order. Never waited longer than 5 min. For this convenience I will continue to check with best buy first when shopping in line.

Its a bestbuy. They have great displays and its really fun being in the store. But their prices just are a huge turn off.If this was a local non chain store, Id excuse it and gladly pay extra to support. But it seems everything they sell has a premium price attached.We were in the market for a new cheap 4k tv and even then, for same model, they were constantly $50 to $100+ more expensive than other stores. That includes Walmart or Amazon.We just couldnt justify buy from them. So we opted to just get the unit from a Walmart store.

I tried curbside pickup recently. It was an ordinary weekday, around 5pm. I called the store when I got there, as stated in the directions from the store. I waited for about 15 minutes and finally gave up. I went into the store and picked up my item, instead of continuing to wait in my car. The store staff member was quick to apologize, retrieve my item, and get me on my way. It wasnt perfect, but the quick apology from a great staff member made it okay.

No thanks..there was already a herd of people standing around in each department pretty much. And looking through the whole store..there was no one on the floor to assist anyone. So I ordered online. My experience today at best buy was terrible. We were there to get BOGO deal with Verizon where we buy one I phone and get the second for free. They just made the process complicated for us. The girl over the phones was not knowledgeable at all, she kept going back and forth to her manager asking questions about how the plan works. The Manger himself didnt want to help us with it, he just came ones and I didnt like the way he was answering our questions. Anyways they ended up wasting our time and messing everything up they sent us to the other best buy to pick the phone the I wanted, but they charged us for the tax of the phone already and we paid that. When we arrived there they told us that the girl did actually set up two activation dates fore to switch to Verizon and we were not able to finish everything thing up because they messed it at the first store . Weve been your customer for over 6 years but am not coming to your location any more because we didnt receive the customer service that we deserve and you guys need to be retraine on how to offer a good customer service and how to have enough knowledge with carriers when you have special promotion going. The fact that sheput two activation date made everything impossible and we ended up not picking our phones. It clearly shows that she was not knowledgeable at all.

I have waited all night to get GPU Nvidia RTX 3070 TI and just to loose to bot within seconds. It just switched coming soon to sold out within finger snap. Outrages that legit customers cannot buy product… they just want to sell bulk of them to bots and resellers. I have recently ordered a laptop as deal for black Friday, for curbside pickup. At the time of the order the item has shown to be in stock, so I was pretty confident when purchasing. I have placed an order and was monitoring the status to know when the item is ready to be picked up. After about day and a half I get a call from store representative, saying she is sorry but the item is not in stock. So I go ahead and nicely express my dissatisfaction stating that the item was in stock when I ordered so not sure how all of the sudden the item turns out not be. The response was that most likely the item was sold for walk in customer. Absolutely not fair.. If you open up for online shopping customers should be treated exactly the same, and if the their point of sale software doesnt offer some type of synchronization between in store and online, then maybe invest in a new one. This holiday season I said to myself that I will try to purchase gifts outside o amazon, however it seems that the quality of service and general experience of Amazon is just better (never experience issue like this while shopping on Amazon). The store representative was nice so at least that was positive although there wasnt anything she could really do for me.

What a joke. Horrible customer service. Absolutely no one around to help. No relevant prices marked on the items. Stood in the check out line with my item and wondered why the line should take over 15 minutes and only progressing once. Realized I was in the customer service line, so switched to the check out line, only to be told the customer service line IS the check out line and then one of the employees shamed me for asking what line I needed to be in and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. I had to just walk out; being around that level of ignorance. Get some better employees who are more tentative to your customers. I didnt walk in expecting to be catered to, but I didnt expect to walk out without what I needed AND a headache.
