Great company with great leadership. I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher and I wanted to be Mr Homeowner and install it myself. Big mistake. I didn’t tighten up a few hoses properly and had a minor leak.I called there office and they scheduled a service call for the following Monday. 5 minutes later…the owner, Dan, called me and told me he would be over within the hour.Took the entire unit out, reinstalled it and didn’t charge me a dime. That is the type of service you get doing business with Leonardi appliances.I recommend this company and it’s product to the highest degree!

Great service on an old Kenmore dryer. Efficient, friendly. He also noted an air vent high on the wall that was full of lint. Asked for a stepstool and removed the lint filter and it was disgusting. The older gentleman who had just moved in was very appreciative. Family is getting a new filter. Nice to have someone who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Leonardi’s to repair my refrigerator and have also called several times for various questions and they always go above and beyond! They helped me troubleshoot my dryer and water line to my fridge over the phone and I just can’t say enough good things about this company!! It’s hard to find good service like this anymore!

Dan came out to repair my Kitchenaid refrigerator this week, all I can say is wow! Excellent service! I wish I knew about this business 20 years ago! Just good ole fashioned customer service! We used Leonardi appliance for a Maytag dryer repair that was out of warranty based on a referral from a family member. They were able to schedule the repair the following day, a service technician named Cody came out was very polite and found the problem right away and was able to fix it in less than 45 minutes. I try to support local businesses, and would highly recommend them.

Super appreciative for their expertise and efficiency dealing with appliance issue - we needed a new ice maker for an older fridge, and the part was not readily available. Leonardi knew immediately what the issue was just from the phone conversation, located and obtained the part quickly, and was very reliable in calling us back quickly to schedule the repair as soon as they had it. The service visit was quick and effective - thankfully we have ice again. Would definitely work with Leonardi again for future appliance issues.

Amazing customer service and great prices! I visited here on recommendation from my mother in law because my garage fridge wasnt freezing any more. I had planned to purchase a used fridge to replace mine and found a great deal on one there. As I was preparing to buy the fridge, I explained what was wrong my garage fridge to the sales rep - the freezer was not freezing anymore but the fridge was working fine.The sales rep then told me I didnt need to replace my fridge and explained that due to the cold weather and my fridge being in the unheated garage, the fridge isnt able to properly regulate the freezer temperature and she gave me a tip of putting a small light in the fridge to heat it up just enough for the condenser to kick on and cool my freezer to the proper temperature. I was amazed! Not only did she save me from having to replace a fridge that apparently wasnt broken after all, she also she gave me a tip on how to fix the problem! I will definitely be back here in the future when I need appliances. They have great prices on quality used appliances and also AMAZING customer service.

Leonardi’s customer service is top notch! We had an issue with our ice maker and had Leonardi’s come for a service call. They were prompt and courteous. Dan was informative about what the issue was and proceeded to fix it. As he was finishing up he noticed we were missing a screw (our fault) and offered up one of his to close up the back panel. As he was screwing it in the screw went in crooked and it hit something. That in turn caused a new issue. He immediately called for a replacement part and made a plan to return the next day. He even sent a loaner fridge over so we didn’t have any issues. He went above and beyond! He did whatever he could to make sure to fix the issue. We really appreciated this!! Thanks Dan for taking such great care of us! We are Leonardi customers for life now!!

I couldnt love these guys anymore! Dryer issue right before a holiday - they are booked solid and yet they managed to get someone out and my dryer is running! I always buy my appliances from them and all service work as well. Not many companies around anymore that really care like this one! No big box store for me!!! Local all they way!!!

Leonardi Appliance went above and beyond when we had an issue with our dishwasher. The owner, Dan Leonardi, came out himself to fix the problem and he also spent time answering several other appliance questions we had. He was extremely patient and thorough with these additional questions. I am convinced that there is no way we would have received this type of service from a big box store.

I had my refrigerator repaired last week and was so happy with the service that I had to write a review. There are many companies that simply said they dont work on my brand, yet Leonardi took my job, was quick, honest and trustworthy. Im glad they were recommended to me and will be our go to from now on.

I originally thought I would need a new washer and dryer since my dryer would not start and the set was 22 years old (actually purchased from Leonardis). Instead of letting me by a new set, their employees listened to what was wrong and it turns out I needed a new knob. They did not pressure me to buy a new set, but instead sent me home with instructions and a new knob. They even offered to send a repair person to my house later in the day if this did not work. Within minutes after I got home, my dryer was working again. I was blown away by their honesty and willingness to help me. This company stands by their appliances and service. A true testament to their integrity and I will buy any and all new appliances (when I need them) from this company. I advise anyone else to do so as well, as you will not find this service with any big box store.

We had Josh come out to a service call (2/5/2020) for our fridge in the house as well as one in the heated garage. Josh found the problems and resolved them immediately and explained what was wrong perfectly. This was our first time using Leonardi for a service call and it will not be our last. Tried to setup an appointment with extremely rude phone attendant name Rene. Supposedly she has been doing this for 18 years and had absolutely NO customer service skills. Being a business owner myself, I know how important it is to satisfy and retain repeat customers. I would not have a person working for me for a minute with this kind of customer service skills. My family has used Leonardis several times and have had no issues. All of the times, the owner came out to fix the issues and was very genuine and helpful. I asked this extremely rude phone attendant Rene to put me through to the owner and she flat out said NO. I asked for owners contact info, once again, she flat out said NO. There is no scarcity of this type of companies out here and they have for sure lost a repeat customer today.Response to your reply:Your associate obviously takes cues from you. In the times of multiple phone scams, no reasonable person would answer their phone with an unknown number. That is why you leave a message, hence the invention of the voicemail. You called from different numbers and did not leave a message. I, on my own initiative, called your office to verify payment information. Bottom line, there is no way I will ever use your services again.

The entire team at Leonardi Appliance is great. Their office administrator had called us to inform that our appliances had arrived and we selected an installation date. The installer was extremely meticulous to ensure the appliances were level, flush, and in proper position. I could not recommend them more for both new appliances and service.

I am more than impressed with Leonardi Appliance. I did a Google search for wash machine repair near me. After speaking with 2 places who werentt very friendly I made one more call. The gentleman I spoke with from Leonardi was very pleasant, patient and most of all very helpful. My home isnt in their service area but this man walked me through how to get the code from my machine to diagnose the problem. After 30 minutes of him going over everything with me, he told me what my problem was and gave me a part number. I am so very thankful for your time and patience. We contacted Leonardi’s for heat issues with our dryer. Josh came out and took a look at the situation. Because we had immediately prior to the service call had work done in the laundry room he asked us if the gas was on. Embarrassingly enough, we overlooked that little detail. He immediately remedied the issue and was back on his way. Thank you Josh for not making us feel any more ridiculous than we already did! Leonardi’s is the best..... always has been always will be!

Great service. I had two appliances serviced today - a burner that would not light, and an ice maker that did not make ice. Dan was quick to diagnose, gave a discount on the part, and threw in a new larger valve for the refrigerator water line to increase water flow. All fixed in less than 15 minutes for less than expected. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called them for two repair jobs, a refrigerator last year and dishwasher this year. Both were fixed and have been working fine for the last several months. My service technician, Josh was very professional, polite and personable. Highly recommended.

Ive driven past Leonardis for years and never actually went inside. So when I needed a new appliance, I decided to give them a try because I live close and figured they must be a reputable business because theyve been there so long. I went in and they didnt hound me at all, which I appreciate, and then I asked the technician Josh a few questions. He knew exactly what I needed and I ended up buying a part which he said would fix the problem.( And he was Right).He didnt try to pursued me into buying something I didnt need and me and my family appreciate that! Ive used Leonardi for many years, and this is by FAR the best place to purchase appliances. They stand by ALL of their products, service ALL of their products, and match any other competitors prices. Their service is superior to any place Ive ever shopped...Ive had appliances out of warranty or outside the bounds of a recall, and Dan has made the repairs without charging. Ive also had repairs that, by no fault of Leonardis, lasted longer becuase of out-of-stock parts and theyve provided temporary appliances. You simply cant ask for better service. There is absolutely NO reason to look anywhere else!!

My oven stopped working the week before Christmas (of course). I was able to get an appointment 1 day after calling and I even received a courtesy call 45 minutes prior to Ryans arrival so that I didnt have to miss too much work. Ryan was extremely courteous and knew exactly what he was doing (his guess was blown thermal fuses, and he was correct) He even noticed a tiny problem with my storm door and fixed it on his way out, which was so unexpectedly kind. Im glad I found Leonardis and would absolutely use them again. Wonderful business!

I purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher from Leonardis. I had already shopped the big box stores before going there. The quality of the appliances at Leonardis was incredible compared to the box stores. I was completely surprised when I paid a few hundred dollars less than I would have and got a much better product. I bought Maytag appliances and tell everyone to go to Leonardis. Their service is also excellent!

Their service cant be beat - they diagnose the problem properly and test their work every time. I have also bought new appliances from them. They stand behind their products, and have found me recalls I didnt know existed. I even called them for a recommendation for a new washer and dryer for my son who lives out of state, and Dan was kind enough to help me find them. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Appliance dealers who also service what they sell are a dying breed. Dan Leonardi has an obvious expertise about the things he sells and gave us advice as to how we could diagnose whether another service providers advice that the computer card in our washer, which would cost as much as our year old machine was actually correct. Turns out it wasnt and we were able, with the precise instructions Dan provided, to reset the stalled cycles and saved us from what we thought would be the purchase of a new washer. (Hint: Dan sells both new and used appliances. We went to him hoping to find a model form the by-gone days when things lasted more than a year. He had some but now we dont need one.) Dans card is now on the very exclusive list which I refer to as my wifes vaunted Home Repair Hall of Fame Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable . Leonardis is the best.

Got the parts for my dryer here. The staff was wonderful ! I didnt know what model my dryer was, they ask for description and they knew what the dryer was. ! Bought a thermal fuse from them and now my dryer is working again.

Excellent customer service! Dan and the Leonardis team are very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently my 10 year old dryer broke. Great Customer Service

We bought a used refrigerator just before moving out of state, we got to use it for less then a week before the fridge side quit working. We called a local repair company to come out and was told what was wrong with it, he informed us that it was not something that Leonardis could of caught that was wrong with it. Since they, Leonardis, has 6 month warranty on used items I gave them a call and asked if they would be willing to send us the part that needs to be replaced. They honored their warranty and ordered us the part and had it sent directly to us!!! THANK YOU Leonardis, we appreciate all that you did to help us out in this situation.

Short version: Look no further. Great service, I would highly recommend LeonardisLong version: After having service performed on my refrigerator my ice maker stopped producing ice. I was given some advice on how to resolve the issue. After a couple of unsuccessful tries I gave up and reluctantly decided to lead a life without ice. Then life gets in the way and 5 months later, as we get a warm week in February, I decide I cant take it anymore. I NEED ICE. The circumstances werent ideal on how I got back in touch with Leonardis (due to no fault of their own). But they came out within a couple days. Made a slight change to how we were trying to resolve our ice maker issue and voila, Im anxiously anticipating my next ice cold beverage.Thanks Leonardis
