Im currently an employee at Best Buy / Geek Squad in this location in the time I write this, so I hope this helps.I think this is a fantastic job to work at: the hours are flexible, the coworkers are very friendly and welcoming, and its great for a physical and/or a mental workout, depending on what job you sign up for. I genuinely do recommend it for either side!
Very bad Receiving took more than 4 hour to unload me i arrived an hour before my appointment which is normal for all other warehouse. If Best buy do read there comment please tell your employee that they need to understand Other people working to. I will not come here again
Easy In & Out access with a well laid out door plan, you can open your Trailer doors after backing in th lane .
Best buy as whole does a great job making the purchases easy but getting support after the fact is difficult. I purchased a Dishwasher that need to be transferred from their warehouse 30min away to my nearest store. After the pick up date kept getting delayed and after two hours of waiting on the phone I was able to change my pick up location to their warehouse. When I pick-up up from the warehouse, everyone was friendly and they load it into my SUV. Shame on me for not checking model number on box. I get it home a they gave me wrong dishwasher. Another long wait time on hold and have to wait another couple days as they will not let me return it myself. I have to wait for them pick it up per there return policy. Only reason I am not giving them one stars, is because I will own up to the fact that I should have checked the model number before they loaded me up. Between all the delays and waiting to have the dishwasher exchanged, I could have purchase through a competitor a had it delivery and installed in same amount of time. I purchase quite a bit with best buy and they are easy to work with when things going good, but when an issue arises they shut down and it is a pain in the a$$ to getting anything corrected. Only if Costco would have carried the washer I liked. LOL
Took them 3 hours to get me empty. Strict appointments!!!
The guy at the gaurd shack was really nice and had a little humor about him. A nice change from all the other ppl I have had to consult with. Keep up the excellent work sir. U ROCK

I bought a Samsung 70’ T.V from Best Buy and was scheduled for delivery on December 15th. I received my delivery from an actual BB truck and it appeared I un-damaged. I hired a Home Entertainment Installation company to mount the tv in which they charged me $800 to install new outlet behind tv and mount. Once they took it out of the closed box, hung and removed the protective plastic, they tried turning on the tv and immediately we see rainbows in top left corner of tv and it doesn’t power up at all... Broken tv.So I call customer service and spoke with a rep and I explained what happened and requested a new TV. I informed the rep that I had just paid for mounting and installation to another company. She stated that I that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do for me regarding having to pay another installation fee. I was then charged $150 for what I was told the cost for mounting after Best Buy came back out to swap out the bad TV for the new. Come to find out she charged me $150 only to install the feet and power up the TV. Of course thats not what I asked for and I could definitely have put the feet on myself.Today the 24th of December was my new delivery/install date. Best Buy sent a 3rd party to deliver my TV in a old beat up Ford F150 truck. 2 delivery drivers come to the door with the new TV and the main driver was coughing all over the place and my family was all here. I shouldnt have to explain how bad that is during these times. The delivery guys were not certified to hang TVs. Why were they sent to my home when I was specifically told by a Best Buy rep that they were doing the TV exchange and that my TV would be hung by the same crew.I called once they left and was hung up on 3 times and never transferred to a manager as I requested. I even told the last rep that I spoke with that if the phone happens to disconnect, to please call me back.. I have yet to hear from Best Buy.So here I sit on Christmas Eve with absolutely no answers and no entertainment for family whom came to visit out of town.I need to hear from someone a.s.a.p!!!!!!
Due to the short staff issue, I was delayed there for over 5 hrs. I hope that everyone gets getter soon.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer communication. We Driver over an hour to pickup an item we ordered the previous day. When we arrived pickup was shutdown for two hours. There was no notice on any website, order, or text message. We were told to come pick it up when we were available next. So instead we have to wait hours in the parking lot. Call ahead of time to make sure you can pickup, IF you can get past the 2 hour wait time on support calls.
Best buy deliveries are by appointment only. Distribution warehouse staff is fast friendly and professional.the unloading process was quick and painless.the driver break room and restroom are clean and sanitary with comfortable seating while you wait.the guard shack staff is also very prompt checking you in and out.and are also very professional.
Only place i could find a deep freeze in the country. And picking it up was a breeze. Everyone was following the COVID protocols (masks, distancing, etc) which made the transaction stress free.
They did a good job with all the restrictions that are in place.

To find the will call counter its on the north east side the door looks to the north. Other than that everyone was friendly and picked up my stuff quickly.
Impossible to get in touch with a person who actually works here. I called the nearby store and an employee there helped me find out that the refrigerator I ordered (which was ready for pickup) was not only not at the warehouse, but unavailable nation-wide at Best Buy. Got my money back, but Im out $600 to a freight company who was hired to move the fridge to me. I cant explain why the website said my fridge was ready for pickup when Best Buy as a whole doesnt have any of them, but I know I wont be shopping with Best Buy again.
The Gate/Security staff here a great. Ian knows his job and does it with professional.Usually fast unload.

Got an email This morning at 9am that our order was ready for pickup. The email said their hours were 9-7 and that they closed daily from 1:30-3 for cleaning and sanitizing. The warehouse is an hour away from us and we got there at 1:02pm. The man at the front was locking the doors and said that today they were closing from 1-2:45 for cleaning. We showed them the email and he laughed and said “sorry, we changed it.” So on a 96 degree day, we sat for just under 2 hours to pick up our order that was already paid for and just needed pickup.
This is a distribution center for Best Buy. It is not a store. You can only pick up product after purchasing at a Best Buy store and selecting pick up from distribution center. This is normally the case when there is no stock for the product you are looking for in store.
We were told that we could look at a freezer to decide if we wanted to buy it as it wasnt available at the retail store on display. We got there and after waiting half an hour they said we could look at the box. They didnt want to open it for us. We had to buy it at the retail store then we could see it after buying it. We bought one somewhere else.
Very well maintained & managed. Easy to set up w/plenty of room.
Associates are very friendly and professional. Very simple to pick up will call items. A little out of the way but the area is growing very fast and soon Im sure it will be a more metropolitan area. Definitely a nice warehouse.

Got a great deal on a tv and laptop. 2nd year in a row i go out to there warehouse sale. Last year got a great deal on a washer and dryer.

I will never shop at bestbuy again!warning to all customers who shop at any bestbuy, I purchased a surface pro 6 about a month ago along with some accessories on another purchase separate from the pc that I financed on my BB credit card. now the pc was having a issue where it would be to hot to touch so I wanted to return it I went to the store to return it and was told my return was declined and to call this company named the retail equation, which a bunch of unhelpful dummies are supposed to be able to assist you which shocker they do not I then filed a report with the BBB about the issue and they forwarded it to bestbuy to review for a solution. they came up with the solution to let me have my return privileges reinstated so I was able to return the pc and its accessories and be done fast forward a month I decided to get 2 new monitors for my gaming desktop at home on 7/3/2019 and was very excited I was told I would probably need to buy 2 display port cables because the rep didnt think they came with the monitor so I went ahead and picked 2 up. when I got home they were included with the monitors so I decided to go return them this morning. when I got to the store then informed me my return was denied yet again like seriously. so I contacted the manager and was told nothing could be done called the number on the back of the receipt no help called bestbuy 1800 number no help now im stuck with 50$ display port cables and cant return them this is so annoying I threw my credit card in the garbage and will never be shopping at anyone associated of affiliated with bestbuy again yall are a joke you take my money when I want to buy but when I need a return you rob me. this is not right and fair im contacting the BBB AGAIN to get this resolved this will be my last time I deal with this. so if your a customer my best suggestion to you is dont have a bestbuy account they track you and then they will decline your returns when they think they got you by the balls. unfair business practices and absolutely ridiculous I can pay 400 dollars for 2 monitors but I cant return 2 display port cables for a total of 50. your company has lost me forever and im going to let everyone know about your unfair practices.
I show up to this place of despair and anguish every morning when the air is still crisp and they sky is dark. There are 2 managers there, one very tall with a shiny head, the other short and very hairy. Theyre alright I guess? The staff their have the same look on their faces as the Jews had in the concentration camps. They have Security there but honestly I dont think theyd do much if ish hit the fan. Solid 3.
Didnt have the tv I ordered I after I received an email that the order was ready for pickup. The guy sent me to the local store down the street where I was told the local manager would replace the tv with something similar for the same price. While the manager wasnt available to help an associate was and wouldnt budge off the full retail price and not the price of my actually order. (Im not paying over 25% over what my order was for slightly smaller size). Very dissatisfied between the run around and almost hour drive (mostly on the toll road) Ill probably cut down on buying things at any and all Best Buy stores because of this experience.

Best buy warehouse its far from the old location the old location use to be in 32nd street and airport blv no its way too far you have to travel a extra miles and hit all the way to e470 toll way and gun club rd and its way to far if you live like lakewood if but any ways the only way to get your stuff is you go pick it up cause they offer you a delivery but I take forever to get schedule unless you pay extra for your delivery not worth it
