Rory customer service skill are phenomenal. Rory was so helpful, told us about all the sales and even promotions that would be coming up. He made sure my daughter was taken care of with all her Bts merchandise needs.

This is a review of my most recent call. I understand the policy has changed for chase pops. The staff cant say if they have the chase pops or not. I explained to Rory that i live 40 min away and that i was not gonna drive all the way there if they didnt have the chase. He didnt bother to explain anything else or try to help me out. I got furious so i called the store in Pullayup and i told the lady the same story and she was nice enough to say well i know time is important so im gonna tell you we dont have any i wouldnt want you to drive all the way here. Thats the nice thing to do! Even if you think im a scalper at least tell me no than Rory just repeating yeah i cant tell you about that sorry

This store appeared to be pretty clean and well organized. Not messy or anything really negative to say. Employees (example: Lorenzo) were very friendly and helpful. Well stocked on their in store items. Would return to this location and would recommend.

This was by far the best Hot Topic Ive been in-in years. They ACTUALLY had a decent selection of band t-shirts.

This is my first time in Washington and I live in Guam. We don’t have HotTopic on Guam. So, I was really excited to see one in person. There was this one worker who really made my day considering that this is my first time stepping in the store. He was so happy to see how much of a fan I was to Demon Slayer. They have so many things for different fans for anime, to music, etc. The service is A+++ and I can’t wait to come back.

Hot Topic is such an amazing store me and my best friend go their every time we had one of our birthdays coming up. It is such a nice and welcoming environment to be in after coming in so many times you kinda feel like home. Although their clothes are kinda expensive and everything in the store but their shirts and clothes last for quite a while and they feel very nice and comfortable. Especially their pants their very soft and come in multiple sizes so every one can enjoy their clothes. I also love their makeup they have very nice and high quality makeup very soft and easy to apply and also doesnt have very much fall out on your face. But their is always something a little worse than the rest is the liquid lipstick that is matte and it is sticky and if you wanna take it off you have to put alot of force into it and turn your lips red and anywhere else you put it.

Im giving them a two stars, I came into the store looking for cartilage earings with color, but I was only looking for surgical steel, so I picked out the one I like and I asked the employee if this piercing was surgical steel and it ended up not being surgical steel and rusted and inflamed my piercing
