The guy at the gun counter, I think his name is JC, was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff all seemed happy and friendly and I was having a great experience until it was time to leave. As I was walking out the door I was stopped by an employee that accused me of stealing shoes. When she realized that I had not stolen anything she did not offer an apology. When I asked her to apologize she said I have to protect my store. Good experience suddenly turned really bad.

The staff is always well informed about the large volume of quality inventory on hand and if they dont have it on location, they will do their best during these times to order it.I really like shopping here...l learn a lot and find a lot of things...including tools to assist in making my projects an easier chore .

The staff had very good customer service, pallet was empty of medicated chick starter, she helped get more even though she was very busy. My exp. Has been that some bigger chain suppliers wont even check in the back. Im glad the employee wasnt lazy because I drove a long way for the sale. Really good sale prices and get ready for winter with a big stove selection. We are going to buy a small wood stove this year.

I always have a good experience the Coastal Farms. Pellets for my pellet stove I buy there and they have good pellets. The people that work there are nice and well help you find whatever youre needing

Really cool store. They have a little of everything, but only about 1/2 of what we were looking for. The good thing was the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Always the best price on propane around. Would have got 5 stars. If I didnt have to call into the store to get someone out to the propane area after pressing the service button 3 different times within 15 minutes on most recent trip.

The folks were super duper accommodating on extremely short notice and we brought 17 exotic cars and 30 people there when they opened and they were amazing and fantastic! They were able to cook all the food for everybody almost all at once!!! The manager Sue who I talked to on Friday afternoon was splendid and all the folks that were working there on Saturday morning when they opened were amazing!!

Always good service with quality products at good prices. They do a good job merchandising during these Covid times.

I was surprised at some of the prices on feed and on products I use but purchase elsewhere and decided Coastal was a better value and will change to shop at Coastal.

Its a nice store. Like the slogan goes, its just what the country needs. They have so much stuff, from horses and cows to ducks and chickens and flowers and veggies and fruits. Fun fact: pumpkins bananas and watermelons are all berries. 8)

Havent used this location to many times. Employee was helpful trying to make sure that the item that I was looking for was in stock when I called ahead. Got checked on multiple times in case I had any questions.

Great people here, very nice, look at guns and amazing selection of home and farm items, dog stuff ... my dream place, many stuff dont have in walmart, got here, race fuel, giant wrench, full selection of guns ... ammos always available.

Had no trouble finding what I needed. Looked items needed for up coming projects.Some good customer service and some not so much. Store was clean friendly employees, easy parking.I was there on Tuesday, senior citizens day. Seniors receive 10% off.

Helpful staff and good selection of merchandise, but very disappointed to return to find that someone had stolen the ball from my trailer hitch. Fortunately the recover is tough to remove. Definitely soured my Coastal experience.

I visited the Coastal Farm & Ranch store in Auburn,WA. I was looking for a pair of blue jeans, I asked for some help. Marcia offer her help and she looked and was able to find two pairs of blue jeans for me. One pair of blue jeans were from the Wrangler series and the other pair was from the Carhartt series. Her professionalism was most appreciated and I would recommend her to anyone that is shopping for clothes.

Great feed store, but it is dirty. Came here two days in a row and the same mess from broken feed bags was in the same spot as the day before. Half the items in the store are not price marked and the self price scanners are not working. There is lots of staff but no one wants to help, just stand at their kiosk in groups.

I love going to Coastal when my Dogs and cat run low on things.They have a bunch of different brands of food to choose from, a whole isle of nothing but toys.Its so much fun shopping for them.😁

Covid19 safe space and masks are available if you are lacking. The staff are keeping things disinfected. And a great selection of everything you could need in farm/ranch and recreation life. Also mask, gloves and alcohol disinfectant selection and price are simple amazing. 5 stars!

Half the staff and visitors didnt know how to wear masks over their noses, or took them off to talk. Good farm supply, neat store, a wide variety of tools and necessities for gardening and preserving did, some work-outdoors clothes. I just wish theyd create a more Covid-safe environment for staff and customers.

I am an ex-employee that started as a costumer! I love the way the treat the community and they are always ready to help. I got my son a rabbit last year and they all helped me gather all necessary stuff for our Chica!!

Just swung by to see if they had a few things, but ran out of time and had to leave so more later when I can. Store seems pretty evenly priced as far as I saw. Only thing theres a lot of transient folks in the area, so you kinda got to be on guard.

Returning some hipwaders that I thought ICould use when digging geoduck. I never used them so I took them back and bought a portable outside washing table to clean fish outside.

Friendly staff, and decently stocked for seasonal items (canning and planting). Clean and organized.

Cashier wonderful gave Teddy Bear to LADY with daughter. So wonderful to see kindness. Wish someone could have helped her to load her stuff in her car.
