Target is a good place for me to shop, they have a good selection of cookware they also have a good selection of clothes in my size,I bought water filters for my refrigerator there, and they seem to be the only ones that have them, have a great big parking lot no problem to park get in and out easily.

I absolutely love Target! Always find things I didnt know I needed. Spending way too much money but so worth it!

Would recommend for products, but definitely not for customer service. The store in Auburn, CA is the worst. Im pretty sure that Team Members are told to never make eye contact with guests, and most definitely they are not to interact with them and find out if they need any help. Id rather drive another 15 miles away to another Target store to do my shopping. I previously worked for the company in a different state, and we were one of the most busiest stores IN THE COUNTRY. We wore red Target t-shirts and khaki pants, so that you knew who the employees were. We asked each guest how they were and if we could help them find anything. Either that is no longer the goal of the company or, this store just doesnt care. The tone of the store and its employees is set by upper management. They need to do a better job.

Medium size, big parking lot, clean, organized. One of the few Target store Ive seen where the regular uniform its not imposed : red shirt and tan pants. Not always easy to recognize employees.. Quite some items Not in stock and areas of shelves empty...Not much ethnic divers place ( most white), but still pleasant. 4 stars too much, 3 too little.

Was so hot inside the store felt like there was no air conditioner on. Felt Very uncomfortable

Micah and Mercy at the Starbucks located inside are incredible employees in as much as I had no idea what I wanted and only had a vague description of what I thought I wanted and they completely paid the most patient attention and gave me what I needed when it was all said and done. Bless those two to pieces!

Customer service was fabulous.

Staff was making sure the attention was to the customers. It is nice that three different people in different departments took the time to ask if I needed help finding something. If that item was not available, they gave me option to get the product in a timely matter. In this upcoming health issue, the staff at the Auburn CA target were cool calm and comfortable to speak with.

Target looked like they were maintaining cleanliness during COVID-19, even at the self-checkout.Recently (April 2021) used their drive-up service. I ordered at home, used the app to say I was on my way, and the employee was waiting for me outside when I pulled up. It was fantastic! Awesome! Best way to shop!

I have a particular lipstick that Ive used for years. Target has the best price anywhere. It beats all competitors, even Amazon and Walmart. Another food item (fresh spinach) I purchased was very fresh. After being home for 3 days, I had to go out of town for 4 days. When I came back, to my surprise, it was still fresh and had not deteriorated at all. It had kept fresh for 7 days. Wow. Plus I use my Target card and get an additional 5% off. Cant beat that!Price and quality.

The workers are nice enough but Andrew the store director is one of the rudest, most self centered people Ive met. Treats his workers terribly and even made one cry in front of me over the most trivial things. Definitely in need of new management, messy store, only quality part of it was Sunset, the nice lady from clothing who was very helpful and kind. Shes make a wonderful store manager instead of that nasty douche nozzle Andrew

Great prices and customer service

Nice clean store with helpful employees that work here. It’s a very clean store and their in store pickup for online orders comes in very handy when I don’t have time to walk around the store. There’s a Starbucks inside, which is great when you’re needing a caffeine boost.

Clean, well lit store. Customer service was quick and efficient. Not enough people for the checkout registers. The shelves could be better stocked, they were out of a lot of items. There is a Starbucks inside. Easy parking and convenient location. Pharmacy is TERRIBLE, had emergency oral surgery twice in two days, and could not get all prescriptions filled there. With a too bad so sad attitude from the pharmacy manager. Ended up in the ER on the second day they refused. Unbelievable. Since I was from out of town could not go to my regular pharmacy. Shame on you Target.

Because of the incredible staff at our local Auburn store! I want to especially thank Kristin, Phillip K. and Amber who were just incredibly helpful and kind to me this morning as I was buying a mini-fridge that was on sale. Kristin and Phillip helped me find it and then get it up to the counter and out to my car and Amber was just wonderful in handling an awkward check out and it was her 1st day on the register! I am so grateful for all the helpful staff and these 3 today were just stellar!

I’m very disappointed I went to this target today looking for the 65th Disneyland anniversary throw blanket. So I ask one person in home and they look at me and just say “I haven’t seen it” so I moved on to another associate in the food section gave him the DPCI and says they have 3 and they’re in the back but to go to tech and they will get me one. Well I go to tech and then I proceed to tel him I was told they had 3 delivered today and was told by an associate he’d have to go get me one. I then went over to tech gave him the DPCI and then he tried to tell me they didn’t have it. So I told him another associate looked it up for me and said you had 3 delivered today and asked me to ask you to get it for me. And then he tells me we will have to go “dig it out and then scan it into inventory the best I can do for is if it comes out I can put it on a guest hold” I was furious. How hard is it to go find a blanket? Isn’t your job to make me the “guest” happy?

Selection, value, and ease of shopping

As a mom, its kind of a given that I love target. Its always tidy and the employees are almost always very friendly and helpful. Ive had a lot of good experiences with the employees here. Its great being able to get everything in one stop!

As soon as I stepped into the Men’s clothing I was greeted by Beth with great customer service she did not mind taking me to multiple places to tell me what the best pants would be for my recent new job. The fact that she knew every thing there was to know made the time we spent looking worth it definitely will be asking for her help in the future

Everyone was great

At about 5 pm on Sunday, January 7, we went to the Starbucks in the Target store on Bell Road. The young man who was working as barista was great! He was pretty busy (there was a large order ahead of ours) but he greeted us with a friendly smile, and when he took our order he was very friendly and personable. After we got our coffees, I wanted to tip him but I didn’t see a tip jar. I asked him about tipping him but he very politely explained that he is not allowed to accept tips. He also very pleasantly thanked me for the gesture.Since I wasn’t able to tip him, I at least wanted to express to the management that I very much appreciate people like the young man working at your Starbucks counter. He is an asset to your store, and the sort of employee who makes people want to be a repeat customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the area. If I could give Negative Stars I would. First issue is Poor staff attitude with no focus on the satisfaction of the customer and attention to their needs. Target’s Tagline is “Expect More. Pay Less” Well I expected more from Target and got less. Target’s corporate executives should retrain their team members to be more considerate. As for “Pay Less” I absolutely did no pay less Target’s prices are high and are not competitive with Walmart’s Prices. Time and Time and again I always pull up the Walmart app in Target. And as Always Target’s prices are more than what Walmart would offer. I suggest everyone take the extra drive down to Walmart or use the Walmart app and compare prices to Target as Target will Price Match their competition.

I used to really like target but theyre just too expensive for me these days. I only go in if I know theyre the only ones who have what Im looking for. Not only that but its very annoying when the cashiers try to make you purchase the target card. I understand its theyre job but goodness, no means no. I just head for self check out since I dont buy much there anyways.

I love Tsrget. They always have deals and their $1, $2 & $3 items when you first walk in get me all of the time. Their clothes selection has improved!

I will never shop at this store again. The staff was rude specifically an employee by the name of Jocelyn Biggs. She was extremely rude when I asked for some type of direction to a certain product and after several rude remarks I asked to speak with a Supervisor where she just walked away and ignored my request. The was terrible customer service and I would have expected more from an employee working for Target. I will be following up with HR on the complaint as well. They should not have an associate working for them who treats customers like this

Very disappointed Target in Auburn has removed several handicap spaces from their lot... is that code? Two of the four occupied handicap spaces I walked by had no special plate nor placard visible on the vehicles!I would feel better about shopping there if I had easier access due to my disability.

Convient store. They had a lot of items out to be stocked at 6:30pm on a Monday. Staff is helpful. Store is not overcrowded. One checker open, and 4 self checkout lanes open. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.

Went here to be a quick trip and due to the narrow aisles everyone did not have room. Loved the cashier though. Very pleasant.

Im not a big fan of Target. I can hardly ever find what I need and when I do its triple the price of any other store. The best part of Target, and the only reason I go to Target are the book selections. It started out as being very affordable, now they think they are Nordstrom or Macys. Their prices compare that way.

All I wanted was a pair of non-slip shoes and the boys can even help me find it I walked in one drill did need to know the difference between right and left and another girl was basically stoned all helping me and at that time they didnt go show me where the shoes were and they just Im basically speechless horrible review for horrible service

Friendly staff. Can get in and out majority of the time. Doesnt carry everything that is on sale at Target so you have go and see if they have it. Starbucks is nice to have inside. Self checkout helps if you only have a few items. Lots of parking and easy access regardless of the direction you are driving. Theres a back side street you can use from Hwy 49 if you miss your Bell Rd turn.

Great target, not quite a five star but very few Targets are. There is a decent Starbucks in the store, and a decent pharmacy. The staff us not very helpful but the store is well organized and easy to navigate. The restrooms are always clean and checkout is swift 50% of the time. However They do push their Target charge cards pretty hard at checkout. They have several self checkout areas but dont expect immediate help if something goes wrong at self checkout. The customer service line is always full. Lots of shopping carts are always available.

Had the doors blocked off 30 mins before closing, so I wasn’t able to go in to do my job for a 3rd party that sells in target stores. So I drove 25 miles and got there in plenty of time just to find the doors blocked with carts 30 mins before posted closing time. Very unprofessional...

Poor customer service. Wanted to buy a product with a marked sale but come to find out they had made a mistake. Associate tried very oddly to change the subject and downplay the product rather than admit a mistake, should have fixed the issue but honored their posting. Instead the employee ran away.

This Target store is never too crowded for my taste so it makes me feel pretty comfortable when shopping there. The only thing is that Id like to see a better choice of clothing manufactures, better quality clothing for women and more of it rather than more odds and ends clearance items.

For the most part, the employees are friendly. However, there are two things about this store that I feel others should be forewarned about.1. The store is not generally very clean. Most of the time, I cannot maneuver aisles due to pallets full of inventory that is often left in the middle of an aisle. I can understand this in the early hours or late hours (maybe), but not in the middle of the day and not when there are no employees around actively working on the pallets.2. On several occasions I have been in the store and heard crass and vulgar speech coming from employees. This is usually the teen/college age females and they are generally stocking shelves (or pretending to). I have kids. No one needs to hear this. Its a store and they are working, not hanging out at someones house.

Gotta love Target for thier vast selection, competitive prices, and that you can do your grocery shopping and other shopping.all in one store makes it an experience. I love going and looking around even when I am only after a couple small things. I highly recommend.the Auburn Target, best Target I have ever been to on top of it all.

Pretty nice Target, always clean and organized. Not the largest Target, they do have some food and groceries. Not as much in stock as the Rocklin Target. I have a hard time finding girls clothing, always out of the sizes I need.

Love this place, specially the clearance, you can find really good deals.Store seems clean everytime Im there, and the employees are always nice and helpful.

Pricing is often exorbitant; Red Card finance practices are deceptive; corporate position on bathroom policies is two-faced, disingenuous, and dangerous. I will not use my Red Card and will not shop there again until it is my last option, and I will never allow my child to use their restrooms. I added one star because their staff is usually awesome. Not their fault that corporate is so disrespectful of intelligent shoppers.

Rude staff. And inventory on website is always wrong saying things are in stock here when they arent. Stop wasting peoples time by tricking them out to the store for something thats supposed to be there but isnt.

A spacious, well designed Target serving Auburn, Nevada City and Reno. The Produce, Electronics and Fashion outlets are standouts. The parking lot is luxurious, and there are plenty of other shops nearby.

The store has pretty much everything! The prices are decent and the store is relatively clean, but the employees often seem a little disinterested.

Always get good prices on the store brand. Generally kept very neat and clean, and with the Food section now, there is almost nothing you cant find.

Great place to get clothes, toys, and home goods. I love wandering with a coffee by myself.

Great quality, but Holiday items in short supply

Please do not shop at a store that turns and burns its employees. This store goes through 2-3 people a week. They do not care about the employees, and they do not care about you as a customer and you are fully mocked. I worked at this store, was forced out because I had a severe breakdown due to stress, but not before they cut me to 10 hours a week as punishment for needing an extra break and calling out 2 times in a week because I was hallucinating from my new medications.Just dont support Target at all. Their store manager is a rat. They dont pay workmans comp claims, and they will fire you for things on the spot even if its not in their jurisdiction or something you were trained to do.Not to mention them cutting pay of employees who had been there for 10+ years when minimum wage was raised and told us we needed to keep quiet about it, like that isnt illegal.Just be aware where you shop. I will go to any other Target but this one.Maybe things have changed in the time it took me to get brave enough to post this, but I highly doubt it.Oh also I called the health department 4 times because each cooler had mold growing in it they refused to clean and would just wipe off product before shelving them keeping the bins molding. Even in areas that included meat, dairy, and produce. So. Dont buy anything cold.

Employees are really nice and the store is always clean and well stocked. Only downside is checkout can take forever sometimes.

No popcorn at this Target! Staff couldve been nicer when I asked instead of rolling their eyes. I mean mostly every Target I have been to has one. Organization and location (of items) are always a pain! I can never find anything in this store, it is not set up well like other Targets. Cashiers are nicer. Pricy items for quality. As in quilted blankets are 50-70 dollars for a throw. Very ridiculous, I could go other places and buy nicer quality items for less---I mean its Target...
