Was so excited to buy a purse but they had nothing I liked. The store associates were dressed very unprofessional. One was wearing just an oversized sweatshirt. They also werent too concerned about their customers. They were literally shouting at each other about getting McDonalds. One associate was cleaning the floors which is great but shouldve done at another time. Very disappointed

I love this location. I love the sales and that some of the girls know the prices right off the bat for things on sale too. Theyre not too pushy but helpful enough. I just exchanged a bag and that was hassle free. I dont remember her name but I did not use her name during christmas for the receipt as someone who helped me, because 2 other girls helped and knew all the prices which led me to buy more at a great price. But this girl was also soooo helpful and had such a great personality every time we came. Shes black with curly hair, shes 19 and shes about 53. Her hair is curly and blond with dark roots. Shes amazing so please tell her that for us! Monica was also one of the girls that helped me and my mom but major. Cant remember the other girl but her name was used during Christmas mostly because she knew all the prices. Anyway ...great location. Xo

My mother went to the store as I watched from a distance since I was holding my daughter. Not a single employee acknowledged my mother just because how she was dressed. She makes good money and does not care to impress anyone. She wanted to buy gifts for her family but was discourage from the the discrimination she received. Employees approached consumers that came in after my mother. What has happened to the human race?

Went there yesterday around 4-5pm to buy something but came back without buying because customer service was horrible. Especially the one with black curly hair yesterday was very unfriendly and didn’t even acknowledge I was there.

I just got back in town from LA when I went the Michael Kors at supermall to get a purse That’s was sold out at a different location. I brought my Items then proceeded to leave. The woman Who rang me up didn’t properly scan one of the sensor off the purse . So my best to register she scanned it then as I was leaving one of the Asian sell associate was holding my bag put her hand on my back and asked me to leave first before getting my item that I paid for. The look on her face surprise when the sensor did not go off. I would like the staff at Michael Kors touching someone unwantly is assault. Secondly never judge people by there look.

Michael Kors outlet has good prices compared to even online stores. They always have discounts that make it attractive.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTLET STORE IN AUBURN! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WAY TOO HORRIBLE!!! SHAUNTELLE WAS REALLY RUDE AND I DON’T LIKE HOW SHE TREATED ME EARLIER. SPECIALLY, WHEN I WAS ASKING FOR GIFT RECEIPTS. SHE’S SAYING THAT THEY CAN’T GIVE GIFT RECEIPTS FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS THO I ALREADY EXPLAINED TO HER MY SIDE IN WHICH I WONT RETURNED ANY CLEARANCE ITEM AND I JUST NEED THEM SINCE I WILL BRING THOSE PURSES IN THE PHILIPPINES AS A GIFTS TO MY RELATIVES BACK HOME. SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE, GAVE ME A LOOKED THAT WASN’T REALLY DECENT AT ALL. AND THE WAY SHE TALKED TO ME EARLIER WAS REALLY EMBARRASSING AND I FELT ASHAME IN FRONT OF THE OTHER SHOPPERS. EVEN WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA PAPER BAG SHE HAD THAT IMPRESSION THAT SHE DOESN’T WANT TO GIVE ME EXTRA PAPER BAGS. IT’S REALLY RIDICULOUS. I BOUGHT 8 BAGS AND SHAUNTELLE GAVE ME A BULLCRAP SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY OUTLET STORE THAT I WAS MISTREATED SO BAD! I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HIRED PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

I went in with a friend and we were helped by Joy. She was very rude and kept rolling her up eyes as I asked to try on two watches. Customer service was terrible and I was not pleased with the constant whispering between Joy and her coworkers. I felt as if I was being judged. MK does have a lot of nice things and I would like to purchase watches and gifts but I will not give my money to a store that has employees that do not show common curtesy to their customers. It is pathetic that as a customer MK would want me to give them my money will I am ridiculed and constantly offended by their employees. I am very saddened to share this story because I went here once before and I was met with a very friendly employee and was under the impression that all the other employees were nice and kind but Joy broke that stereotype in 15 minutes. I will not be going back here even if I was dragged there. Michael Kors in either Tukwilla or Tacoma will be getting my business now.

Me and my homie went into to Michael Kors at first it was aight we got greeted by Joy at first she was nice but then she changed up. We finna looking and she out her being hella rude. This other girl was cool she the homie Joy tho she mean as hell.

The last time we went, I liked nothing about this store. Some old models of bags. Accordingly, there was nothing to buy, the prices are not attractive for such bags. For me, you can find good offers of this brand at discounts on their official website, plus bags are not from old collections.
