King Honda service was unable to help me at absolutely no fault of their own. This was a unique request. However, they did try to point me in the direction of someone who possibly could!

Excellent service and a very knowledgeable staff.

Charged a pretty hefty diagnostic fee to tell me something I already knew, ( a switch on the steering wheel was broken and needed to be replaced ). Would not roll the $100+ fee into the projected repair cost like was initially stated, because they had to order the part. Its a shame, Ive had good experiences with service here in the past., Hence the two stars. Get everything in writing.

Maybe Im not up to date on things but I didnt know you have to make an appointment for an oil change. And $75 blew my mind ( tire rotation included ).

I will continue to buy a Honda simply because the Service Shop is excellent!!!!
