Her car was shaking inconsistently while driving. Harold and his staff determined it to be a not so common brake problem. Fixed her car in leas than 48 hours! So thankful for their expertise and that she has a safe car to drive! Highly recommend!

Ive been going here on and off for years for tires. Theyre conveniently located and easy on my pockets. Recently I had an issue not tire related and I needed to drive to ATL the next day. The nice man told me to go ahead and bring it in so they could take a look. I dropped it off. They assessed the situation rather quickly. We discussed options and they got it fixed so quickly and only 60 bucks for the labor. Im so thankful for these guys and the job they do. Totally worth going to for your car (and not just tire) needs.

Harold and his staff took care of my tire issue, quickly and efficiently. Bought a new tire, it had an issue and they replaced it, no questions. I even got to stay in my car where it was cool.

Theyve always been super helpful. Took care of my BMW and got me new tires when two blew out. Carefully removed and plugged my tire when a huge bolt went through the tire when they could have easily charged me for a new $400 tire for my truck.

They are extremely friendly, understand that people dont want to spend the day waiting around, therefore, they get your car in, get the work done CORRECTLY & IN A TIMELY MANNER! They also will pick up your car if need be and if you take it in, they will even give you a ride back to work! Very disappointed of my recent service. I was not informed the inspection would cost me $140 and then nothing would be reported as the reason of the auto issue. At least, some discounts should be given when nothing is reported. With the inspection, I also at least expect to receive a form mentioning my tire pressures, brake thread, lights, oil and filter status etc. however the only thing given to me was an invoice of $140 and a sentence that we couldn’t find the issue. Anyhow, the staff respect the customers and that’s a good thing.

This is the best tire shop Ive been to! The staff was beyond friendly. I came in to buy a tire (and they happily offered me a used tire from their selection since I was in a pinch for money). They installed the tire for free, and I was out within a half hour with a good-as-new tire! I highly recommend this place and they s=deserve your business.

You charge me 65 for NOTHING. You said strut and later you said controller arms and both were wrong it turned out that was the bushings for subframe. You should return my money back!!!!!

Car made a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. thought I needed new brake pads, so I went in expecting a quick and cheap fix. They told me I also needed a new disc rotor, and although Im not sure how necessary it was, I was not expecting the amount of time needed or the money I would be spending. ~3 hours and $420 later, this has taken my whole day and it cost much more than I can spend right now.But at the end of the day, it had to be done regardless- and while it took a second revisit, they did fix it properly, so I can only commend them for their dedication to their customers.

Big name brand places that should been able to help couldnt but the staff at Auburn Tire took me in and got me out in no time with plenty of entertainment to boot. I trust them so much that I literally tell them to take care of my vehicle like it was their own and thats what they do. Had a tire installed and balanced on a different rim here and they were fast and polite. Charged $20 and even installed the new wheel on my truck and took off the spare that I had been using temporarily.Overall a great experience.

Im a student from out of state. I am very skeptical about who I let work on my car. Auburn tire was located up the road from where I live so I gave them a try. The prices are fair and you can trust that the job will be done to perfection. Mr. Harold and Mr. Josh are so friendly every time I visit. Mr. Harold always treats me with respect and awesome customer service. I have been doing business with them for 2 years now and I would highly recommended them. The price means nothing when it comes to my safety, customer service, and quality work that the owner and techs stand behind. Really nice folks, very prompt service, wish theyd caught the bigger problem with my car. Went in with a car that was whining with a little grinding, left it there overnight, picked it up no problem the next day. Was told I had a loose belt, and not being a mechanic I said sure lets get that belt tightener installed, was told problem solved.Driving back home however the grinding and squealing were louder than ever. Auburn Tire was closed at that point so I went to Precision Auto and they showed me that my brakes were worn and nearly dead. Precision Auto stayed open late to install new brakes and the problem was solved.Im not a mechanic, so Im not second guessing my loose belt problem, I just wish theyd caught the real cause of the problem I came in for.

Excellent service! Went in intitially for tires and the entire staff were wonderful, polite, and accommodating. When my car had a serious break down a week later, I called on a whim and my car was looked at, diagnosed and fixed within 24 business hours. They also called me and explained in detail what was wrong, what my cost estimate would be, and didnt make me feel skeptical as some car places do about what really needs to be done. On top of that, theyll drive you home if you need a ride and live within a reasonable distance. Great service, Im glad I found them!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I was in desperate need of new tires, and these guys sold me four new ones and changed my oil for a fair price. When most shops would look past a check engine light being on, they were more concerned with my safety than they were with my wallet and ran a diagnostic scan for no additional charge. When the problem was discovered, they didnt insist on me getting it taken care of immediately - as it didnt put me or my car in any risk - but were honest about it being a minor issue that I might look into later. All-around great service, not to mention polite and friendly conversation.

Terrrrrriblle they will have you side the road in dangerous situation I received a alert from my insurance company they was sent out to tow me from side the road well fast forward 3 hours later they never came!!!I wish I could give them 0 stars they are terrible!!I reported them to my insurance company and they stated they will be handling it!!Rude and inconsiderate of peoples lives thanks to them my kid got left at school waiting on me to pick her up!!!
