I came for an oil change this morning and I was out in less than an hour which is what I was hoping for! The older gentleman here was very personable and kind to me and even washed my windows while I waited my turn for an oil change. The other two guys that helped me were very personable and friendly. I was in a bad mood before coming here and I have to say they cheered me up! Was not expecting such a pleasant experience. Thanks for being so nice guys!

After being turned down from other Professional establishments due to my car needing special oil I contacted this location and was immediately told to bring my vehicle in, as they would service it. No questions asked.The staff was friendly and quick. It helped that I was the only one there, but 15 minutes later, I was back on the road! Definitely recommend!

I called in to make sure that they could do a transmission flush on the year and make of my car and they said they could when I arrived there they said they havent been trained to service my kind of transmission just to send me to another location that told me they do not service my type of transmission 😠😠😠

They are fast, never had problems with them. only one time they did not reset my need oil changed light but when I went back they showed me how to reset it.

Customer service was excellent. I came for an oil change. It was very quick and easy. I will be back, but not until the COVID regulations are over. They have you stay in your car, which was totally fine.But, they can’t complete a full service oil change because of the regulations, however Grease Monkey is still charging full price. 👎

After I sat in line and waited behind 2 customers and they were completely done they informed me that they dont take cash and Ill need to leave something important to me with them so I could go put money in my bank to pay for it. That wasnt an option that I could do at that time so instead I had to go buy a Visa debit card and run that. Which was more time and money wasted. According to the young man helping me they got robbed a couple days ago so couldnt take cash. I understand that but they should have had something posted or at least told me prior to doing the job. And when I asked if I could speak to the manager he wouldnt even come out. Very unprofessional.

Way over priced for a quick lube joint. I could have gone to the dealership for less than what you charge and the supposed 16 point check is a joke. They didn’t do anything other than the oil change and I had a low tire pressure warning on and no one even checked. I can put air in my tire but for $90 I would expect them to check something as simple as tire pressure when it throws a big warning on the console.

Service is always worth whatever wait their never is, time efficient, Trust worthy. And if you pay attention youll learn something.

Everyone seems knowledgeable and they dont try to get you for more than you need. They will make suggestions and its up to you to accept them or not. If you say no, they wont push you to do it, but they will make you aware of the reason for the suggestion and the possible outcome if the work is not completed.

I went yesterday to grease monkey because my sister said they do a fantastic job with oil change and I went but when I asked how much they said $83 or $99 😳😨 woke me up. But I decided to have them grease my oil change. They were very nice and polite, they seemed to know what they were doing and they all had wonderful customer service. Brought my BMW in for an oil change and these guys got it done and were very friendly and willing to spread knowledge about my vehicle. Too notch service here wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! They even checked out my suspension because they heard something wrong when I pulled up. Something any other place would have tried to make a quick buck off of by selling me an inspection that “took a full hour” to complete. Great guys I’ll be back !

I showed up right before closing and unfortunately work the same hours. The technician that was there said if I come in early he would take care of me. He was right on time and finished before I had to get to work myself. Very nice and efficient.

Fast, Friendly & Affordable! Came in for an oil change, and it was done so quickly that if I hadnt been able to see them working, I wouldve thought it was too fast to have actually done anything. They also checked the fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. and added air to a tire that was slightly below optimal psi. Billy checked me in and took my payment, and was extremely helpful in explaining the services available and answering my questions. I will definitely come back to this location for future services!

I didn’t catch their names but I went in for an oil change on 2/5/20 just after 5 PM. Two men were working. I just had knee surgery so I’m slow to get out of the car. The man working asked me if I was okay so I explained. He told me about his knee surgery and told me they would get me taken care of. I went inside and was quickly checked in. The whole process was very quick and easy. They made sure I was careful getting back to my car after as well. Just overall great customer service-kind, friendly and professional!

Very quick oil change but didnt do the rest of the checks and interior cleaning that was advertised. Possibly due to Covid but the price was the same?

I have had nothing but good experiences at Grease Monkey. I was concerned my car was burning oil, and Billy spent a great deal of time explaining why the oil might be low and also checked to measure the current oil loss. Absolutely courteous and professional. Took only 15 minutes!

Overall the experience was good. My wife took the truck in for an oil change and said her time was good and they were great with our 5 year old.Only issue is when they put the sticker in the windshield it was upside down lol but they also got some black stuff on the top inside head panel thing that won’t come off.

They were amazingly friendly and helpful. Returned on May 5th for my next oil change and once again had an amazing experience. They also changed my battery and did it with a smile. This place never disappoints.

I needed to get an oil change before leaving for a long trip (dont have many opportunities because of my work) I got to the place at 5:30 when they close at 6:00. Dana was very thoughtful and even though they were short one crew member and had two cars already in the shop to finish up, she said I could stay and get my oil changed, they ended up closing at 6:30 because of me. Been getting our trucks serviced here for years . A few weeks back we took my husbands truck into have it serviced and our technician Alex smelled like strong booze. Maybe thats why he forgot to reset our oil change light . we wont be back .

(I got the car used and apparently didnt have everything I needed to actually do the change) but grease monkey was opening and the employee noticed me struggling and offered help. I love going here and so does my family. Not only does my mom and I come here, but my uncle brings all his company cars here. They are always friendly, quick and help you out in any way possible.Today I went for an oil change and asked them about a sound going on with my car. When they finished they checked it out with me and took the time to fix the problem for me. They didnt even let me pay them for it. They saved me probably $200 or more.They always go above and beyond and I cant thank them enough.

Watch out for this location. They did a expensive oil change on my car and it wasn’t the ideal one, I just learned that synthetic oil its a bad option for old cars and I learned it from another GM franchise.They gave me no options and now my car its burning the oil like a soft tobacco.Response: it has the miles of a non-returning customer. Was happy they got me in so quickly but they pulled a pricing trick on me that I was very upsetting. I was verbally told my filters would be one price to change out but when I went to check out, they were almost double what Eric (I think his name was) quoted me. Ken was so kind in apologizing & gave me a discount for next time but I dont think there will be a next time. Im all about quality & service & leaving there feeling like I was tricked put a sour taste in my mouth so much so that I feel compelled to let others know.

Its crazy how i wrote a review and this was theyre response. How is this guy the owner and even still in business? I dont know why he would accuse me of lying after the fact that his employees stole from me. i do know for sure it was you even the cop said he thinks you guys opened the hood to block the camera because there was no reason for the hood to be open you were just inspecting my breaks. What does this owner mean be truthful to my boyfriend? your employees stole it i know for a fact im not a tweeker like the ones you had working there that day so i have no reason to lie the only reason i wrote this is to help people look out for this kind of issues that happen in your business.

They run this like a carpet cleaning business, only trying to sell you more stuff that you probably dont need. I went in for a first oil change on a brand new motor and they wanted to change my (brand new) power steering fluid, radiator fluid and transfer case lube! Once they understood I wasnt giving them anymore money (not to mention horrible prices) they skipped vacuuming and washing the windows.

Mike and his team are always great and are very knowledgeable. Quick in and out service no gimmicks. Definitely recommend.

My headlights were out on my Honda Accord, so I went to Grease Monkey because theyre very close to my work. Before I agreed to have any work done I asked if they could change my lights and they said yes. I was also due for an oil change, so I asked them to do that as well. After my oil change they went over all the specs on things like fluids, etc. Then the man told me the price, so I asked him if they did the lights. He said no we couldnt do that because you have to take the whole bumper off. So then I called Jiffy Lube, where I usually go, and they said yes they could do it. I watched them change my lights- they did not take off the bumper, all they did was unscrew some bolts from inside and immediately were able to change the lights, took about 15 minutes. I was hopeful trying out Grease Monkey, but I guess I learned my lesson & will stick to Jiffy Lube.Hope this review helps someone.

This place sucks it was my first time ever going to this place and the cant even do an oil change properly. I got my oil changed in the morning then went to work by the time I got home I had oil all over the bottom of my car. So if you like wasting oil, time and money this is your place. They are luck my car warns you when oil is low otherwise they would be buying me an engine.

Its quick friendly people seem to be very knowledgeable

On my third visit they came up with a problem which, I believe should have been taken care on the very first visit, or at the very least, the second visit,when all the maintenance needed under the hood of my car was done, and I was even told there wasnt anything left to do under the hood for a long time, by the service technician who did the work. This left me upset and looking for a new place to get oil changed in the future.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they broke my seat. I asked them to fix it and they tell my my service had nothing to do with the seat. The manager proceeds to tell me I was being weird about it for asking them to fix something their technician broke. I had been going there for several years but now Im not going back after being treated so rudely. Youd think a manager could at least be professional.
