Great people, I love how they call before they work on your car to let you know what they will be doing to it and what needs done they also break down the price thoroughly so its not a surprise when you show up. Very friendly people && are always willing to help you out! They never make you feel dumb or out of place!

Easy to understand diagnosis. Straight forward with how long the repairs would take due to acquiring parts needed and amount of customers ahead of you. I recommend them to everyone.

Really nice, good, honest people. I am very picky (to say the least) and these guys have done a wonderful job. I have done most of my own mechanic work for many years, but just dont have the time anymore. These people are the best. They are reasonably priced and really do a great job - if you know me, you would know that they have to be top-notch to make me happy!

I have had work done and have been nothing but satisfied with the way they treat their customers. The work was excellent and the price was as Fair as could be. Everything was explained to me before any work was done and would recommend Lonnie and Jen if theres any automobile repairs that you need in the Auburn area.

Honest!! Had what I thought might be a starter problem and needed someone who could do same day since I was traveling. They got me in right away, gave me a ride back to my RV and called with an eststimate of $365 within 1 hour of dropping my truck off. Then they called back to let me know it was not the starter but a loose nut/cable and it would be $50. What more can you ask for? Thanks for good, honest service.

There work was dismissive, the check of my car was not thorough. So I ended up with a dead car at the gas station the very next day with a bad battery . You would think a car repair place would have found that. The judgmental and repute.

Total Ripoff!!! $120 to tow it a couple of miles!! Rude on the phone and my wife left crying because of the way she was treated. She was told the we were interrupting their lunch when she went in to pay for the accident tow. If you get in an accident in Dekalb county call anyone else but these ripoff artists.

Lonnie has been servicing my cars for years and does impeccable work at extremely reasonable prices (even on my notoriously hard to repair Crossfire.) I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
