Expensive, 4x higher in store than necessary. If you can wait a day for a part order it online and have it delivered to the store youll save a ton of money. If you cant wait then youll pay dearly. Example : Radiator cap online is $4.99 or if you cant wait its $20. Plus side is that the employees are quick, friendly, and somewhat knowledgeable. Id have given 5 stars if it werent for the point of them being so expensive.

Riebes is a very popular store for all your automotive needs. The staff is always incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful at both locations in Auburn. They really go over and above with customer service! My car was having a problem with my newish battery, the young man came out and helped me, he cleaned up the connections, tightened down what was loose. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend Riebes!

Told us to come back for our battery in an hour or longer while they charged it. Went back almost 4 hours later and they said another hour.

I appreciate this shop. They seem to take a potentially frustrations and aggravating situation and help diffuse with a calm demeanor. They are reliable. If they dont have something, they will do their hardest to get it for you and if not, offer suggestions.

They always have fare prices, and good parts and if they dont have it,they will offer to order it for you.

Launchable staff good prices sometimes they have really awesome sales going on easy finding a parking spot and I dont have to put up with long lines or annoying people with bratty kids running all over the place I always have a low stress shopping spray haha I love the 20% off when they have the 5-gallon bucket sale I think they do this twice a year you could save a lot of money if you stock up on oil and fuel injector cleaner.

Two locations in Auburn, not sure which one I prefer. The people behind the counters dont always know much about the parts you need or how to correctly look them up. Hit and miss but got to have those auto parts.

The staff is very helpful. There is a younger guy that works the part desk. Good guy knows his!stuff

Very helpful back counter staff. Always willing to take the time to find the right light bulb, wiper blade or battery. No request too small.

Ive got a boat that has a older Holley carb, the other parts stores didnt have a clue on how to even look the part up I needed. Matt was the only one who knew his way around an auto parts catalog.Computerised parts inventory software is all wonderfull but sometimes you need to go back to basics with an old fadhoind parts book in order to solve the search .Hey Bart Matt was a good hire.

Riebes (napa) auto supply are one of the best to get parts, etc...

I would not recommend going here these people dont know their ass from a hole in the ground I tried to get spark plugs here for my truck they gave me the wrong plugs and it cost me $400 to get my truck fixed after that
