Extremely helpful. My dealer told me a part was going to take 2 plus weeks to arrive. I searched the part and landed on their website. I called and Troy let me know exactly how many of that part were available, where they were in all of North America, and how we could get the part here fastest. He arranged expedited delivery to his shop and then expedited delivery to my dealer. He called me several time to keep me updated on the delivery status including when it was finally delivered to the dealership. I first called him on Wednesday, the part was installed the next Monday cutting 1-1/2 weeks off the dealer schedule. Hats off to Troy!

I ordered a part online. I get a call next day that the part might be incompatible with my VIN. I was told the new part number and it was $40 something dollars more. I go online, back to their website and the part is the same price as the one I ordered. The “dont want to work” winner for today is VW Parts Warehouse!Congratulations on your sub-par customer service. I guess I should be appreciative for the call to even tell me the part “might be incompatible”. 🤷🏻♂️
