Update on Maintenance: My new Prius was due for its first maintenance check. I was in the area on Monday morning, really just expecting to have to schedule an appointment, Nate looked at what needed to be done and said they could get to it right away and was able to get it all done in about an hour. May not always be the case, but I really appreciated that they were able to take care of it. I have had Toyota service before and have always found Toyota Service to be top notch and Auburn Toyota surely keeps that high standard of service.Great service and really good selection of vehicles. Rodney Robinson was great at getting everything ready, pulled the vehicles around so I could see. I had already narrowed down my vehicle of choice. He worked well and was friendly and professional. Brian the accounts manager was also great to work with, and worked with me on down payments and rates for the best deal to finance for my needs.Id definitely recommend them if youre looking to buy a new Toyota or even just browsing, they have a good team of folks.During the pandemic they also have taken extra measures to ensure shoppers are safe.

Very disappointed with the service department! I took my Sienna in for problems moving the middle seat. First time, the technician greased the track. It was better but still very difficult to move the seats. Next time we took it in because we could not remove the seat. I was charged $175 to clean the grease that their technician used. When they removed the seat, the base broke. They said Toyota would not pay for the repair but they would only charge me $500 (instead of $700) to fix the seat they broke.

Car purchase experience was excellent. Started out online with Rocky Robinson in chat. He double checked to verify that stock was there. I went to dealer Rocky had vehicles pulled up in shade on hot day. I was interested in a few options, he found additional vehicles that met those needs. Auburn Toyota is the only dealer/service shop I will take my Toyotas for their service needs. The advisor I worked with, Neal Richardson, was phenomenal in communication and ensured my Highlander was well taken care of. While my Highlander needed some extensive repair work, Neal was able to work directly with my extended warranty company and I was able to secure a rental for the time my Highlander was being serviced.

I always have my maintenance on my Rav 4 done at Auburn Toyota. They are very efficient and easy to deal with.

Great dealership. Drove 6hrs here to purchase a vehicle and i had a good experience with them. We had some misunderstandings and I was not happy at first due to the fact that I had to drive here twice. However, they cared about my situation and opinion and reached out me to solve the problem. Have to give them props for putting efforts trying to understand my perspective. As an advice, ask questions and be clear with them about what you want and what they want. It could really prevents some headaches.

Jake Mccallum met us for picking up our order of 2021 Camry Hybrid from Costco Auto Purchase Program. He is very friendly showing us the driving features and passed us a map for testing drive. He went through the paperwork effectively in half hour. After 10 minutes of going through financial paperwork, Jack explained the other features of the car and especially emphasized that, when towing the car, the low ground clearance requires lifting to, not pulling to, the towing truck. In two hours, we drove our car home. We are very happy with Jack’s services and, also, Demi’s help for the order. We definitely recommend Auburn Toyota to anyone who is looking for automobiles.

Just had a great sales and service experience at Auburn Toyota! I purchased a Prius V from their sales department and had a serious problem with that car a couple days later. I contacted Christine(sales manager) in the sales department and was turned over to Ryan in Service. He is in charge of used car reconditioning.The process from initial contact to getting my fully repaired car back was flawless . Ryan arranged for Jake to oversee the repair from start to finish . Im very experienced in dealership auto service as well as sales and recognize knowledge, process and integrity when I see it.Christine, Ryan and Jake all get an A plus for their expert handling of what could have been a really bad situation. This car was repaired like it belonged to their mother. The repair was expensive and they never attempted to cut corners or make excuses.Ive had retail experiences that range from great to terrible and everything in between. This rates right at the top!!

Love the product but the service area is in desperate need of a remodeling for todays market. Send someone over to Mel Rapton Honda for inspiration, they have 6 focus booths for those working while their car is in service and another area for those just waiting. The room in Auburn looks like a closet where they threw ac few chairs and a coffee pot.

90 mins to change our oil. Not enough places to sit and wait. Brought our can out and blocked it in so that we couldnt drive away. It took an extra 10 minutes to get someone to move some cars so we could get out. All the staff acted as if it wasnt their job and passed it on to someone else to move the cars...
