Too many managers in Grey shirts and only two red shirts. Manager Tammy got smart with me and my mother while we were there. I normally go to OReillys but someone recommended this Store for the part I needed. Will never go back...

Went to get my battery checked and it was low but they were not sure they told me it could have been something else they did not want me to pay for something I didnt need as I got ready to go it would not start they told then it was the battery they were professional in what they did and replaced it very quickly they were very honest and trustworthy they replaced it with the one they knew I needed with me being a storm chaser they knew exactly what I needed great job and will highly recommend them I went to the one on opelika road I was back up and running in min thanks and great job again 5 stars

This Auto Zone in Auburn, Alabama on Opelika Road is great! William came out and checked my Kia battery and found it to be defective. So we bought a new 3-year battery here and William installed it for us. We will definitely shop at this Auto Zone again.

Mr Burkett stands behind his products and the service of his employees. I will always buy my batteries and any parts I need for my car from Mr. Burkett and his store. Years ago, I had a couple of bad experiences with AutoZone. As a result, I started using another auto parts store. About a year ago, I had an alternator go out just over the Florida state line. Had the car towed to the closest hotel, and the next day, found the only auto parts store around. Since it was Saturday, none of the auto shops were open. So I got a ride to the next town over, and bought a new alternator. After replacing it with a set of stubby truck stop sockets in the parking lot of a roach motel, we were on our way. A couple months ago, the alternator went out again. I knew it was still under warranty, so I took it to the AutoZone on Opelika Rd in Auburn Al. I told them I bought it somewhere in Florida, and when we found the phone number for the original purchase, he grabbed a new one, scanned it and I was out the door in 5 minutes... Im now an AutoZone customer again.

I love this parts store because the employees know their stuff. They are friendly and exceptionally helpful when I have a complicated question. Needed a new headlight, the associate was super helpful, and I was ready to go in about 5 minutes. He also was very enjoyable to talk to and was able to answer all of my questions about my car, and some items I would need for upcoming regular maintenance.

The lady was very nice and let us check the size of an item before we purchased.

My favorite part store is Autozone. I like their lifetime warranty and the deals.

Needed a new battery in my c230 and Mr. Hayden Williams did it with a smile on his face and was a pleasure talking cars with him. Not to mention that it was 35 degrees out. Good people.

Really poor service! They said they were to busy, after waiting 10 minutes while they were on the phone, told me to go next door to competition and get them to help! I will never go there again. Went to OReilly Auto in Auburn and they were so polite and helpful!

Very helpful. Came in and told the man what car I had and he replaced my battery for me. Also informed me that my dealership should have caught that it was in the danger zone of going bad when I had takes it in for a check up 3 weeks prior.

Store was rather busy and I only saw one, over-worked employee scurrying to help several customers all at the same time. But after a surprisingly short wait, I was able to purchase a new fuel filter for my Explorer and was pleased with the price!

Lemarcus helped us change my fiancé’s battery in his truck, and he was SO helpful. We were so impressed him! I love when customer service people are on top of things AND kind!

Auto zone stands by their products and puts customers first. Example; 3 weeks ago I made the mistake taking my Ford f150 supercrew lariat to them for a freon and ac check. Welk their mechanics are not certified. More shade tree mechanics. Their employees jumped in to my nice truck and because I spent alot of money on my exhaust system and car audio system he thought it be ok to press my gas pedal to the floor redlining my rpms at 6500 or max while in park doing 2700 bucks in damage. He destroyed front end of my motor. But auto zone gave me around 800 dollars in parts.

Went in to have my battery tested and replaced if necessary. Service was excellent from time the technician tested the battery throughout the point of him replacing the bad one. Military discount was great as well. Will be back.

Johnnie is the best. He tested my battery and installed a new one in less than 15 minutes. If you ever need anything done to your car, these are the people to go to.

Went in to get help because I don’t know much about cars and was treated so rudely. It was almost as if they didn’t care at all. The man at the front talked to me like I was an idiot. Will never go back to this place. Thank God O’Reilly is right next door!

Didnt like the quoted price to replace the starter in my car, so I decided to try doing it myself. They had everything I needed and walked me through every step. Anytime I ran into a snag, they were always able to point me in the right direction. Special shoutout to Walter, really couldnt have done it without his help and guidance.
