We purchased our class B motor home from Ben Davis over a year ago. Our experience dealing with the RV sales manager Tim was excellent then and now. We were new to RV life and Tim took the time to answer our many questions. All in all we spent a good eight hours in the orientation process over a two day period.Fast forward to a year later, I had a continuing problem with an error code from the Ram chassis. I called Tim to ask if they had done an alignment prior to purchasing the vehicle. He answered my question but went out of his way to dig into my problem and find out what the real root of the error code that I was getting and offered solutions to help with my problem. It certainly was not expected but very much appreciated.If you are looking to purchase from a good organization and receive the critical after the sale follow up, I highly recommend this organization.

Tim Warble is the absolute best representative of your company! He spent hours introducing us to our new RV (purchased and poorly delivered from Huntley, IL General RV.) We are only sorry we didnt purchase there!! We left confident and reassured that we could make use of our first RV into retirement. We will definitely use them for ALL services and future purchases. My wife and I are on our first camping trip in our new Winnebago View that we purchased from Ben Davis in January. The purchase experience was awesome but I had some technical difficulties on this trip. I figured it was operator (me!) error, but a short phone call to Ben Davis and a conversation with a service tech solved the issue. He was polite and knowledgeable and I really appreciated his direction. I highly recommend this RV dealership!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and informed employee that we wanted to look at RVs. Employee didnt let us know they were all locked and let us walk outside to find all models were locked. Unable to look at any of them and employee never came out to offer to unlock or show us any of them. Will not purchase from here.

Bought my first travel trailer here. I feel I was fairly dealt with.

The best repair service I have encountered. They are a Tiffin service site and do all or work so far. We are full timers so when we need work they have 50 amp service available and a dump station on site.Personal are very helpful and efficient and work is done at a fair price.They are very busy so plan ahead if you can.Up date- They have changed telephone numbers and the automated answering service is terrible. Bring back real people that will trll you where you have called!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable about summarizes BD RV. RV newbys are welcome and invited to ask questions and then they will show you on your RV. The RV group is fast to respond and meet special needs where possible. Prices are reasonable all things considered. I give few 5 star ratings but BD RV is one of the few.
