The work performed by Caliber was exceptional. My car looked better than new. It was done in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated!! Everyone was friendly. I was well taken care of. Job well done!!!

They were completely wonderful! Super friendly and kind. Explained everything I needed to do so I could have my insurance cover my broken lift gate. They didnt even charge me to look at it and see if they could fix it without a claim!!

Not that I love having to patronize a collision shop but, the people at Caliber made this a great experience. The workmanship of their restoration after my accident was great and the daily updates via text were very useful. They finished my car a day ahead of schedule. They cleaned it inside and out and I marveled at that new car smell when I picked it up. Thank you to everyone at Caliber that helped me.

I had a wonderful experience with Julie! I had multiple repairs from 3 different accident that I needed to get fixed and they were all handled correctly and were done before the time I was given. Julie communicated with me the entire time. I highly reccomend her and caliber collision!

I had my car fixed here because it was closer to home. I did not like how they have no communication on your vehicle when they advertise text updates on your car. When you call they just give you attitude. They also said my car was ready when I came to pick it up they still had to replace the headlights.

They took two months to fix my steering column, plus a few minor things.They kept changing the pick up date, so I kept having to go back to rerent a rental car. They dont return calls. Went in with a full tank of gas, returned on E, which is funny because it wasnt drivable. I could go on.And a month after service, my steering column needs to be replaced. So what exactly did they do in the two months they had my vehicle??Absolutely the worst. If your interested in their services, I would reconsider.

These guys on my scrap cliants. I can tell by the scrap that they give me that they are very particular youll get a good job they wont cut any corners. The workers are mostly Workaholics, and like their work.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️Do not go to this place . My dad recently got his van fix 8.23.18 finished they stole his tools and other stuff that was in his van . They added other things to his bill with out contacting him to ask him about it and the paint job they did was bad my list goes on but what upsets me the most is they stole from my dad . When my dad confronted they told him to wait till Monday to talk with manager. My car was involved in a car crash that was not my fault and when I filed my claim through the insurance company, I was recommended to go to this place.They were absolutely amazing from the beginning, they helped me schedule an appointment that was going to work on my schedule when I was working full-time and had two children to pick up from daycare after work. The woman at the front desk was very nice, and when I called to schedule an appointment about my car accident, she asked me if I was physically OK. They helped me schedule my car rental with Hertz and even offered to drive me over there since I didn’t have another car to pick up my car rental when I dropped mine off and I had 2 car seats to carry with me to transfer to my car rental. After a few days and text messages that came to my phone from them updating me along the way, I was called and notified that the damage was too much for the insurance company to fix and my car was going to be totaled out.Even though I did not get a repair through them they allowed my vehicle to stay at their parking area until my rental vehicle was over with HERTZ. When I came to pick up my car it had been washed and they helped me load all of my car seats and stuff back into my van because I was nine months pregnant.God for bid I ever get into another accident with another one of my vehicles and need auto body repair, I will definitely go through them. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Hands down best customer service I have received in a long time.
