Did not receive bags. I got notice they were delivered but I didn’t have them. Try calling them and no one answered. Will need to deal with my credit card company to remove the costs

I purchased 2 handbags Im very happy with with them. I have to say Im very happy with the customer service I received. A very fast response. Cant wait to use the satchel for the first time tomorrow

A cheap Chinese knock off product. bought one for my wife and the handle stitching broke apart the first week, and they refused to take it back. Their more concerned about money than customer satisfraction.
