Its ok some really neat stuff but easy to high on the pricessome good deals but not many they have some older books booksbut not on any kind of order so not really worth digging.especially for me i cant stand or walk long.i have to use a cane and the clerk doesnt even say hi when u walk in.he was sitting there with headphones on so u cant ask him questions or anythingif u dont mind extremely high prices but u really need something they have then yeahotherwise not really

Went in looking for a few specialty toys. While they werent in stock, we were impressed with the vast selection of other toys and games. The staff wasnt the friendliest but the service was efficient.

Today my wife and I were in the store with our 10 month old baby, we were at the register told her we didn’t need a bag for the two items. As I handed her the 40 dollars to pay for the item my fiancé started to open a toy to give to our baby. The lady at the register paused the transaction and told us we were not allowed to open the toy until we have paid for it remind you she was holding onto the money. She felt the need to continue telling us this about 3 times before finally completing my transaction. She made the experience at this store very unpleasant and one sided and did not seem to understand when I told her we are paying for it right now, you legit are holding the money paying for the item. Seems like an employee who was given some sort of power position and is on a power trip and does not care about customer satisfaction.

Good place to get board games, they have several types and even special editions.

Varity of games and toys and the best thing is I searched for BTS UNO cards everywhere! But this is the only place I got those cards!

Lot of classic games that you dont see at other stores

They claim 50% off the entire store by the fine print excludes nearly every brand they sell. Was never greated at any point.

Drove 30 minutes here to find out that they were not open although the wed site said they open at 10am. What a waste.

Found a Funko pop that was marked as $11.99 but rang up as $14.99 not a big deal; however, when I asked the cashier about it she got extremely nasty. Exclaiming she wouldn’t sell it to me for that price, claimed that the sticker rubbed off from another product, it didn’t the sticker was on the bottom of the item and there was nothing underneath it. She was very snotty and asked if I wanted it. I myself also work retail so I didn’t make a big deal but you cannot treat customers like this.

Customer service is terrible, this store needs to be closed. The cashier an older lady had a bad attitude, and is just unpleasant. From the time you enter this store and leave, its like they dont want you to buy anything. I would avoid this store and employees at all cost, find a different store to shop at.

They were rude. Not very kid friendly. Way over priced. The same item at the other toy store in the mall was half the price!

There was a line at mall just before11am waiting for the Disney store to today. the mall was pretty much empty otherwise, when the woman from your store made a point to say you cant block our entrance. so my wife backed up as far as she could to leave an opening to your store about 4-5 ft. through which one family entered. the woman then came back and said seriously you cant block the entrance the entrance was not blocked any more than if the mall was busy and there was no reason to harass people. a minute later when Disney store opened there was literally no one in front of the store! Ive never been in your store and now I probably never will. customer service an politeness go a long way with me and the opposite is also true!

Really liked the place. They have a great assortment of toys, board games and card games. Ive bought a few card games from here and theyve havent disappointed. Kids love this place for a reason.

For a small toy store their prices werent to bad

Nice little toy store that is a welcome sight. Clean and organized. Online shopping is killing retail hopefully places like this will stay around.

2 Horrible experiences...NEVER again will I deal with this store.I was once in the actual store and there is a young lady who works at this store who has a terrible attitude...it seems towards everything.Another instance I called and asked another employee if they were able to order a specific toy...was told yes.. two weeks later I called to inquire of the status...they said the toy would be in- in a day or two at the most and that i would receive a call...needless to say they never called and when I called again(another two weeks later) the employee who answered (sounded familiar with my order) advised me that all the other employees were mistaken and that they CANNOT even order a toy. Wow- for a toy store thats pretty amazing.

That place is game heaven!

LOTS of toys and games for all age groups, and some good prices when we were there. We will be back.
