Let me just say from one business owner to another and having employees... Put down the vape pipe and do your job. You could not find a worst staff than on October 28th 2021 at 3:20 p.m..Im serious they havent a clue. You guys need to do a thorough cleansing of what you have on staff there because what you have currently is a joke.

Sales staff of young male with glasses and blonde hair girl extremely rude. Had to interrupt their personal discussion so they could let my daughter try on clothes. I am paying their wages and I had to ask them to stop conversing with each other and pay attention to their customer while paying for my stuff.There are too many people who would LOVE to have their jobs. Just give your job to someone else if you are not willing to earn your paycheck.I will never shop there again.

Blond girl was very rude

Blond girl working today refuses to wear her mask properly. If I have to wear a mask to enter, they should have to wear theirs to wait on me. Would not let my daughter buy clothes from there due to her not wearing her mask.

I love the store but every time I go here the employees are rude to me they need to be taught how to better treat their costumers because it makes me not want to walk back into that store

This store is a bit of a tight fit. Not a lot of room to navigate the aisles during a busy day. I find the selection to be quite limited, for a factory outlet store. I prefer the local P.S. I have not quite out-grown this store yet, but the future looks more like sun screen than Pacific Sunwear.

I used to love shopping at PacSun when I was 16 and they had a good selection but that was 17 years ago and theyve pretty much destroyed everything that I loved about this store.

Horrible customer service. Younger brown haired girl with a fake Gucci hoodie on working there just sat behind the counter while I asked for a dressing room. Clothes are cheap quality. Store is unorganized, cluttered mess.
