Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Price is ok, but good with discounts. Free mall parking available.

Went to aerie - soo much better than Victoria secret . U can returns at least :) Cashier gave me reusable bag as well

Its great that this store has both outlet and regular retail merchandise. The clerks are always helpful and you can usually find some great deals. They have both mens and womens clothing and accessories that the 13 to 35 crowd enjoy. Most of their items wash and wear really well and they have a good range of sizes.

An outlet style AE. They have a good selection of clothes and usually a number of specials as this is a clearing house for other stores. The change rooms are clean and if it isnt a rush you usually have lots of time. Parking is excellent from the huge mall. They also have bike racks. There is a bus stop. More importantly the mall sponsors a shuttle from Donwtown Vancouver, through Richmond and off to the Mall.

Not much of selection when we went there but we still found a good deals for my boys

If google reviews allowed me to give a zero rating I would.Today I was shopping with my boyfriend to find something to wear to my grad and was deeply disappointed with the terrible customer service and rude staff. For starters, when struggling to find sizes, there was absolutely no staff to help us on the way into the store and during our time there. We waited several minutes waiting for a staf memeber to take us into the fitting rooms, when we finally found someone they told us there was a girl already in there; we went back and she had came from round the corner probably after being on her phone and the two staff members that had walked over with other customers had assumed we had been helped and had walked off before confirming our assistance. Whilst my boyfriend was trying things on, there was nobody to assist me when finding other sizes of the top rack as well as other customers trying to get a changing room (they were locked) as the girl had continued to not be found. We were trying on several items, swapping for different sizes as my grad is important and when not finding anything and leaving the store we were rudly jumped upon by the store manger with a thick accent who didnt allow us to leave and asked us questions on why we were not buying their clothes and were put on the spot and had to give a reasoning, almost as if we were stealing items. I think this is unacceptable for a high end store and high end mall. I have never experienced being questioned rudely about not buying an item of clothing from the store manager.I will not be returning to this store and we will be passing on our experience.
