A lot of comments about staff being rude… not at all. It’s a very busy location so they are just straight to the point. Marquis helped me out when I was in a rush to get to an important interview. Helped me over the phone and without hesitation going above and beyond what I’m sure the typical job requirements are. I’ll be back thanks to that customer service.

Note: this is a limited service location. 1 copy machine on site, no rental PCs or other typical fedex/kinko location offerings. Think of a fedex drop-off that happens to have a copy machine and minimal office supplies. Just like other locations, you can email a document from your phone and use a pick up code to print or access Dropbox or other methods which makes it easy and convenient.

This morning was my first time at this location, I typically go to the one on Sidney Marcus. However this location was more directly on my route to an appointment and I was running behind-I should note that I was filled with anxiety about getting to my appointment and being on time, but I needed to print a document before. Upon entering, I realize that this location was catered more to the shipping aspect of FedEx and not the printing or business center as much as the Sidney Marcus. Upon speaking with the gentlemen behind the counter, he directed me to the printer kiosk and also filled it with a specific kind of paper I requested. He informed me to upload it and wait for a code to retrieve it on the kiosk. Issue #1 for some reason, in that area Cheshire Bridge/Lavista my phone service is spotty— worst in the entire city. At this point my anxiety is increasing, mind that it was already elevated. I do as he instructed and sent the email, I also downloaded and app to upload my document and was otherwise having a manic moment on my phone. After I worked on this approx 10-15 mins (it felt like an eternity). I approached the gentleman again and asked if he could help me? It was at this point when I noticed he was the Store Manager. He asked if I received the code and I imagine was feeling my overall anxiety—I think I was sweating. At this point, after waiting for so long it seemed, I did receive the code. He came around and used his card to activate the printer. I printed and was done. At the end, I approached him to pay for my printing job (only 4 pages). He said “don’t worry man it’s fine” to my astonishment. There is that moment when you feel like “I’m not here to accept charity” so I reiterated, “are you sure, I have my payment ready” and I show him, “he says, no I’m sure.”This might be something small, it’s like $1.50 or something is what I would have paid. But this small act of kindness(perhaps humility) put me on a course to a much better day and appointment than I was on track to have before arriving. The smallest things mean so much and impact people more than they know. Thank you for this. Could FedEx maybe have a little better tech-integration for this kind of situation-more than likely they should. But for the service and humility of the store manager alone, they get 5 stars from me. If someone important at FedEx reads this— please recognize this man, money, promotion, plaque, trophy or maybe a day off. He deserves it.

Good shipping center. Good service by Logan and Latoya. They were upbeat and attentive. Better service than you would expect especially on a Friday night.

I needed some candles packaged and shipped (I overnighted them and they arrived late) but it seems all they did was throw some filler paper and call it a day. I didn’t see how it was packed until after I got a message from the recipient that the candles got destroyed. I tried calling fedex and making a claim but apparently it got rejected because I called 6 days after the package was delivered, which is not true at all. I called the same day it was delivered because I was sent a picture of the state of the candles inside. I was then told to make a complaint and send the picture but have not received any response. That’s $300 in shipping and value of the contents inside the package just wasted.

I suggest FEDFEX revisit their employee training regarding customers with disabilities. In NE Atlanta, I have had several experiences where I was disappointed by employee insensitivity, twice at this location. I am an elderly person with a disability and have my service animal with me (clearly marked on his vest). A person’s disability is varied and employees need to be aware of all possibilities. I have a hearing and neurologic disability. Today at this location, an employee made fun of me when I didn’t hear or register when he said “next in line”. It made me feel bad. But my main disappointment is your policy to not let customers speak unless asked to speak. I talked out of turn and was reprimanded. It also made me feel bad. When I point it out, there is never an apology and met with defensiveness. As a former CEO of a midsized company, I know by experience that is always bad business, especially in customer service.I’m hoping someone in FEDEX upper management will read this and help insure that others with disabilities will receive better treatment.

DO NOT come here if youre in a rush. Service was unbelievably slow and everyone was waiting because 1 of the employees was trying to hit on a girl the whole time. Horrible experience and will not be back.

This FedEx only has one copier/printer to use and no work stations, it is small, so I only run in here to print something off a flash drive real quickly. If youre shipping something though they can definitely help with that. Limited hours compared to other FedEx locations. One time I showed up and there was a sign on the door that their server was down so the doors were locked, that was irritating but just bad timing. Staff seems friendly and pleasant every time I have stopped in.

This is the worst FedEx office ever! They never have more than one employee working the desk. No matter how many customers are in the store for copying purposes or in line to ship something. I have tried going at all different times of day as it is very close to my home. Always the same terrible experience! I would advise anyone to do as I will from now on and take their business elsewhere!

Nice, but slow. I dont know why I still come here. Probably for the late pickups. The staff are pleasant, but they could not be any slower with processing customers. Line backs up, no sense of urgency. Nothing Express about this location.

Seriously. This is the shittiest experience Ive ever had shipping. How do you not have a self serve kiosk in 2017?The print and go station freezes. It charged me for a print job I didnt even do. Granted its 13 centsI spent one hour here when it should have been 10 minutes max.I will never use FedEx again unless Im forced to.Its sad the postal service is better than this.
