Sammy was amazing his customer service was top tier he was extremely understanding and patient with me through out the whole time of him assisting me. While U-Haul itself was a little troublesome to deal with (entirely outside of this location’s control, I must say), Space Shop’s own Sunshine at the front desk really went above and beyond to help me out. She was understanding, knowledgeable, kind, and above all supremely helpful. Really saved my bacon today. I won’t forget it!

This place is truly AMAZING. Great customer service, great employees, always friendly and professional. After dealing with a HORRIFIC U-Haul experience (an extremely unprofessional and unorganized company), the staff at Space Shop Self Storage helped us and we eventually were able to get a U-Haul. The whole staff is great but big shout out to Cameron, you are honestly THE BEST!!!!

This storage facility is amazing. I came in without a reservation and was still helped in a timely manner. Jasmine and Erica not only have great customer service skills but made the environment seem more light fun and airy. I will definitely refer my friends here.

They need to have a better system for extra equipment. Theyre charging people with extras such as dollies and pads that are not in the truck. Regardless if you bring the truck back early, if they check it in late they will charge you automatically for 2 days. I feel like its all a scam that they use to make extra money because most people probably dont double check their receipts!

Me and my family had a great experience renting a U-Haul from this location - process was relatively inexpensive and very easy. Noel Rutledge in particular was great to me and my dad and was very accommodating and professional with any issues we had!

DO NOT RENT YOUR UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION — they will dishonestly overcharge you, your truck will not be ready, and none of your supplies you reserved will be available1. The truck we got assigned from the mobile check in was missing keys, we had to wait at the counter for almost 30min when my service elevator reservation time was running out. Turns out, the truck that I got assigned to was somehow checked out by another customer already.2. They did not have the furniture dollys we booked. What is the point of making the reservation if I dont get it as promised? No apologies too.3. I got the receipt from my rental (on 9/26/2020) today (9/29/2020) when they said I should get the receipt by the end of the day I rented/returned the truck. I actually filled the fuel significantly more than how we received it (received it for about 1/8 and RETURNED for about 1/4, so the fuel meter shown when we rented was WRONG in the beginning), but I somehow got charged for fuel when I returned it with double the original amount. Fishy that I did not get the receipt on the day I returned it (which is what day promised) but 3 days later instead too. This is just dishonest service and scam taking advantage of people who are too busy to check the small details from moving in/out.

After I had TERRIBLE services from Uhaul, Mr. Corey made my day amazing and we didnt even meet in person. Due to Uhaul failure to giving me the truck on my reserve time, I was unable to store my items in the storage because I got to the location after hours. However, Mr.Corey went out of his way to contact my via phone to let me know it was okay to leave the uhaul truck there as long as I had a lock pad to lock the truck to protect my items( but they will not be responsible ) understandable. I truly apprieciate what he did because it was after hours and he kept in contact with me and call me back .. and I must admit I was not the best customer. Thank you Mr. Corey for putting up with me and taking the time to help me ... you deserve a raise and we need more people like you in the customer service roles. YOU ROCK COREY !!!!!!

These guys went above and beyond helping me out with my business storage needs. Cory had to make a call or two but, in the end they ended up providing me with a unit that met my needs perfectly.

14th Street Storage is accessible and, clean. The Staff is very helpful. I have been to this facility several times. Never had a problem.

It was very easy to make a reservation online. Once there in person, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Very easy to get everything in the unit. A great place to store items. Very secure as well!

We have stored a vintage collector car here, rented a U-Haul van and equipment, and most recently rented a storage unit for some household goods. I was super impressed when contacted me that my storage unit was not properly locked. They actually walk around and do security checks! The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff are top-notch.

They are the absolutely the worst, they went from bad to the worse.

The staff is SO friendly and helpful at this location. Its a convenient location, close to the highway, and a really quick/easy in and out. Ive been storing at this location for over a year now and storing is a breeze. Month to month, low prices, clean and safe facility. What more could you want!

Easy to pick up and drop off - as long as you dont have to deal with the grumpy geezer up front. We were 10 minutes late for our reservation (uh, were moving. Schedules are tough.) and he gave us crap about it. To the point where I finally asked should we go somewhere else, then? (Do you want my money or not, jackass?) His answer: No no, Im just making my point . . .Yeah. Your ridiculous point is definitely worth losing business over.Dumdum aside, pretty convenient.

Great place to for stuff to storage it.

Horrible company. Repeatedly would suspend my access code for no reason and force me to extend renting the unit to avoid late fees or auction. Ann the receptionist, will not relay messages nor tell u the names of the regional or district managers.

Storage is nice, air conditioned, passcode entry, convenient location for midtown

Friendly folks. Keep in minfmd that you likely deal with a call center when you call the first time. I recimmend stopping in instead.
