Highland Diamond is simply the best in the game!I live in Texas, so travel to Atlanta to work on a custom engagement ring wasnt possible due to pandemic travel restrictions. Understanding the leap of faith required here, John and his team worked to earn my trust early on by providing stellar service over many initial emails, text messages, and phone calls.When it came time to choose a diamond, John tapped into his worldwide network of brokers to find a stone in Mumbai, India that met all of my detailed specifications. Once John had the stone in his possession, he sent me pictures, videos, and all necessary documentation just to give me a little extra peace of mind before moving forward with the setting.The process behind designing the setting itself was hands on and thorough even though we were many hours away from each other. I received 3D renderings of the setting from multiple views and all of my questions were answered with thought and expertise.A few weeks after the process started, I received the most beautiful engagement ring in the mail. John even text messaged me as the courier was leaving to ensure the ring was received in good order. Then, a few days later, she said yes!It gives me hope to know that there are good people in this world like John and the team at Highland Diamond. It takes a lot of trust to work on such an important project from so many miles apart, but Highland Diamond made me feel like family each step of the way. This is why they will be my jeweler for life!

Theres a beautiful selection of new and vintage jewelry. I am getting new appraisals for some jewelry and got a couple of pieces reset. And they liked ernie or 15 lbs dog.I couldnt resist a truly delicate diamond and emerald necklace on an extremely delicate chain.

Andrew and John are the best! They were so easy to work with. I was planning on going the online route for my engagement ring purchase and was told to look at some rings in person first before purchasing. After meeting with Andrew the first time, I knew that I would be sticking with them instead. He brought in more diamonds for me to look at and wasnt satisfied until I was. He educated me on what I should be looking for, and even worked with me to create a custom setting. Andrew and John really took the pressure out of my decision and were always welcoming over my 6 or 7 visits. They communicated extremely well, and I enjoyed getting to know them.I have already taken my moms rings to them to be cleaned and have reached out to them about future work as well. Could not recommend this place more. We were on a tight budget and schedule, and they were so incredibly helpful. We ended up with a gorgeous, custom wedding band that fit perfectly with my engagement ring. John is also GIA certified, so you know you’re actually getting a diamond with authentic clarity and color, instead of those chain diamond shops. I did a ton of research beforehand, and this was the only place I could find in Atlanta that had someone who was GIA certified. We don’t live in the city anymore, but will 100% still be coming here for anything we get in the future.

You will fall in love with the diamonds that John has in stock. He works with you according to your interest and budget. My experience with Andrew at Highland diamond was fantastic! They helped me create a beautiful custom wedding set, and didnt even blink an eye at my rather unusual request. We came in with an idea for designs, and they helped us figure out exactly what it was that we wanted. I had such a positive experience with Andrew at a previous jeweler that I was more than happy to follow him to his new venture at Highland Diamond, and I’m so glad I did. This time it was for wedding bands, and we are floored by the quality — custom milgrain on hers that is flawless, and a perfect fit and style on mine. But beyond the product, the customer service is really where they shine. John and Drew are both so easy to talk to, incredibly patient, and genuinely interested in getting you the perfect piece. They’ve gone WAY above and beyond to make us feel at home whenever we’re in the shop, though we would have bought with them regardless of the extra attention. I lost a pave diamond in my wedding band a few months ago, but wasn’t sure where to go to have it repaired since the engagement ring and wedding band were custom made from a jeweler in Houston, way too far for a repair now that we live in Atlanta.I noticed Highland Diamond driving home from work, saw online that they do custom pieces and repairs, and decided to give this place a try.John was very helpful, and they had the missing diamond in my wedding band replaced within an hour. Pricing was reasonable. They even steam cleaned both rings, which haven’t shined this bright since they were made two and half years ago! John even said to come by any time to have my rings cleaned, which was such a nice offer. It’s great to now have a “go-to” jeweler for servicing.Highland Diamond has beautiful rings, necklaces and earrings, so I will surely be back! I mean, my husband, will surely be back!
