We had a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you to Mario The Virgo for helping us try out new products. Im a long time fan of the products and it was great to sample new things. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The body yogurt creams for your skin smell so nice. At the time, a lot of products were on sale. There are also accessories like body brushes available. This is a very small store, so you may have to wait if there are a lot of people shopping.

I came here a couple weeks ago and am still blown away by the products and service. The in-oil body scrub as well as skincare products are lovely, but does not beat the staff! Ashley was super friendly and knowledgeable. The other lady on staff was also very helpful and welcoming, I wish I could remember her name. They both gave personal recommendations as well as recommendations tending to my specific needs and interests. Those ladies can sell a product, give them a raise lol!!

I was so happy to stop by this mall. I havent been to The Body Shop since leaving ID. I finally got my bronzer Ive been out for two years and one of my favorite sents Moringa MY FAV! Great service 👏 and social distance and process for customers not to touch products. Felt very safe. Great selection.

This is one of the best retail locations of any brand Ive been to. Ive been numerous times to get stuff with my girlfriend or for myself. The staff has been super eager to help and always gives great advice. Theyve got a great selection for both men and women and Ive been very happy with everything Ive purchased from here and they usually have good sales too!

Veteran consumer of this vegan, animal friendly product. The body butters are great. Pricey but try the travel sizes. Good sales. Lovely customer service. And Body Shop is everywhere in the world! The Camellia scented anything is heavenly.

Unfriendly and rude. I spoke with the manager after I was transferred in midconversation and he was unprofessional and condescending. I asked for assistance and directly after, he hung up on me.

I like the body shop, i just wish they will sell gallon sizes, so we avoid having so many plastic botles.
