There was glamor to be found at every price point.Stations to try on products were very clean, well lit and well stocked with applicators, makeup removers and other necessities.Round of applause to Marquise! His people skills and makeup techniques are legendary. He gave an exceptional master class. Many thanks to Kent. My daughter was thrilled with her session.Next visit... I’m bringing a bigger bag!

I visited here a on Valentines Day looking for an employee who I enjoyed shopping with before. I was greeted by a small woman who was very snappy with me because I asked for that employee. She didn’t want to tell me where she was and even said “well she should’ve told you she doesn’t work here anymore!” I told her she was rude and asked for her manager and she said she was the manager! WOW! New management is needed if that’s an acceptable way of treating customers who are eager to shop with their own artists! This manager even added “well if no one else can help you, I don’t know what to tell you!” I don’t know either but I do know I won’t be back!

I had the best experience at Morphe! Ray helped me find the perfect shade of foundation and concealer. He was super kind and helpful. This was the first time I have visited a Morphe store and I will happily drive out of my way for it again!

I visited this store about 2 weeks ago while vacation in Atlanta. This was the best service I have ever received at any makeup retailer. The associate that assisted me and my friend was Kent and he was awesome. He spent a good amount of time with us applying product and sharing tips and best practices. I will be taking that trip back when it’s time for new products!

I stumbled into the Morphe store on a whim! I was enticed by the bright colors and the smiling faces. Semetress and Marquis took their time with mess I am a beginner when it comes to makeup. Semetress showed me some essentials. She has excellent customer service. I purchased every product that she suggested. Marquis took his time to help match me with the perfect foundation and concealer and for that I am so thankful. His bright personality and knowledge of the products made me feel secure with my purchases! I will definitely be back! Way to go Morphe!! ♥️

I had THE MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MORPHE ALL BECAUSE OF A A GUARDIAN ANGEL NAMED MARQUIS!!!!! Yes, I just met him yesterday (2/24/20) and he is absolutely amazing and so truly gifted!!I went to two other stores before going to MORPHE and walked out of both so fast because the employees at both these stores were not good or friendly. I was on a mission to find a good concealer ( I have tried EVERYTHING) I was hoping one of these two stores (that I will not name) would KNOW SOMETHING or even just pretend to know and sell me something, but NOPE!I guess what they say is true, THIRD TIME IS A CHARM!I went into MORPHE totally frustrated (I have never used their products before, with the exception of some of their brushes) and somehow by Divine Presents, I met the incredible Marquis. He was/is so kind, patient, truly listened to what I was looking for, funny, non-judgmental, really cared about what my needs were, super knowledgeable, and all around a really wonderful person!I had such a blast with him and he really made me feel like I could do what he was doing at home because by no means am I a makeup artist.I went in JUST looking for a concealer and walked out with A WHOLE NEW ME, A BUNCH OF INCREDIBLE PRODUCTS THAT WORKED, AND A NEW WONDERFUL FRIEND IN MY LIFE!!! And most of all I felt beautiful and comfortable afterwards. It was the most perfect simple look and exactly what I wanted. THANK YOU MARQUIS!!!!**Update** a friend of mine LOVED my makeup on me and asked me if I would go with her to Morphe....HECK YES I WOULD!!We went 3/5/20 and had Maliya.......AMAZING!!!! She was/is so much fun and so freaking good at makeup, but the best part about Maliya is how friendly and fun she is. I have completely Morphed into a hardcore Morphe fan.Between Marquis, Maliya, and obviously the products themselves, I truly am forever changed! THANK YOU!!(now, I just pray Morphe doesnt change for the worse as they grow bigger. I can think of a few companies who lost their customer service due to terrible higher-ups. Keep it real Morphe!!!

Let me just say, Im glad that I wandered into Lenox last night. Ive been in need of additional makeup brushes all week, but couldnt bring myself to drop the money at Sephora or even MAC. To my surprise, I saw the MORPHE store right across from Macys...so I thought PERFECT, let me check them out. They have soooo many brushes (two whole walls)- all perfectly affordable, along with their numerous makeup products of course. Its a really fun store. The employees there are so amazing and upbeat...truthfully, I dont think Ive received that kind of customer service in ages. They really do represent the brand well. Lets just say that I went for brushes, but found myself at the register 3 different times because I also picked up lashes as well as lip color (currently 2 for $15). Alyssa even popped on my lashes and lip color before I left the store - and Ive never felt so pretty! A BIG THANK YOU to Alyssa, Justin and Marquis for making my day. Ill definitely be back...again and again. Oh, and they have classes that you can schedule online to learn different techniques, like eyeshadow application etc...so Im looking forward to checking that out as well!

My experience @ Morphe In Lenox mall is always amazing from the time I walk in to the time I walk out it’s always amazing. I met this beautiful queen Janice the day morphe has its grand opening and I can say that she’s amazing with making sure I’m good her customer service skills is amazing and not only that sis is educated on all the products her Energy is amazing!. Awful experience. I had a makeup artist tell me that i was insecure about my scars because i asked about full coverage makeup and asked if it would cover my acne scars. I was humiliated. Never again. Avoid this place their customer service is questionable at best

Who knew Morphe makeup was this great!? While visiting Atlanta from NY I went to the Lenox Mall to get eye makeup inspiration for an event and was introduced to the wonderful and affordable brand. Initially, I went to Sephora, who was completely booked with appointments, and the greeter at the door recommended that I go next door to Morphe and Im so glad that she did! I saw one of the employees who was beautifully made up and I wanted the same exact thing. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person and artist, named Semetress and she made me absolutely BEAUTIFUL! People were coming by her station to compliment her work and asking what colors she was using. As a person who doesnt wear or know much about makeup, Semetress made me feel 100% confident and helped me pick out products that I purchased. When it comes to customer service, Semestress and the Morphe team are the best! Ill definitely purchase this brand again and plan on getting all of my girlfriends Morphe for Christmas! Thanks again Morphe Lenox! You all rock!
