I went to Fig and Flower for help with makeup for my wedding and Rachel was absolutely amazing. She helped me create a look that was exactly what I had in mind, and also made it easy enough so that I could do it myself on the day of the wedding. I’ve loved all of the products I bought too—it was a really fantastic experience all the way around.

I came here because of clean beauty RMS article i read on vogue a few months back. I ended up buying brightening products. The girl who helped me was so friendly! Rachel did my bridal makeup for me and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!She is incredibly sweet and was quick to respond to all of my emails after my wedding was postponed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon as we had rescheduled and were ready to tie the knot, Rachel picked up exactly where we left off without skipping a beat! I’m not well-versed in makeup, but I value eco-friendly and clean products, so Fig & Flower was the perfect fit for me. Rachel made me feel comfortable during my bridal trial as well as on my big day. Absolutely LOVE this place! The product selection is amazing, and the staff is so knowledgeable. I ask a million questions because my clean beauty journey is in the early stages, and theyre helpful with every single one! Ive attended fun events here, and participated in a makeup lesson and would highly recommend anything they do. Even through the pandemic, Ive had to order products online and I was able to email and have my questions answered. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Im new to Atlanta so I got lost on my way here and arrived with only minutes to spare. Nevertheless, Sara was EXTREMELY helpful! She didnt rush me out despite the time, instead she was cool and calm. She explained my options, let me try on some makeup and even finished my whole face after the sale! The store is beautiful and everything smells AMAZING! Cant wait to go back when I have more time to play!

I wont lie, I was a bit intimidated on my drive to Fig & Flower. Such a cool spot in a trendy part of town, selling items I am just learning about. Once I arrived, the sweet woman working helped me with everything. She answered 100 questions, suggested items and even color matched me. It was great to be able to touch and feel the products I had been looking at online. I cant wait to go back and buy some more products! My only suggestion would be better lighting for color matching purposes.

Jenny was amazing! Her skill as a make-up artist was evident in her color suggestions and application. She was spot-on in selecting the perfect palette for both our wedding day and every day looks. She really listened and incorporated our desires. Highly recommend!

I was excited to visit this store and it did not disappoint. I am slowly transitioning my makeup bag to more sustainable products, starting with foundation. Fig and Flower was the perfect place to start. They helped me sample different products and find the right foundation and shade for my skin while staying in my budget.

A beautifully-laid out shop where you can shop knowing that all the products are high quality and good for your body! Sales staff is really helpful. (I love the mascara that smells like chocolate, even though it makes me hungry). Its like a mini spa vacation. Enjoy!

First of all I went to this store in person to see if I like the vibes and wasnt disappointed at all. Its a very clean adorable boutique for people who are looking for non toxic beauty products. Love my purchase in this boutique. And now I have purchased online from this store and again not disappointed my package is very organized and well excecuted.

Great customer service! They were friendly both times I came in. The second time they were out of a product I wanted (Clove and Hallows foundation), but they were able to email me when it came back in and they showed me another product that worked really well.

I have gone here 10 times or so and every time they are so helpful and not pushy or snooty. Theyve listened patiently to my skin issues and concerns. Theyve guided me to items I could try in store and/or free samples. Ive bought a handful of things and one was a bad color match ( on my part!). I emailed them and let them know how badly I chose and they were so kind to trade out the foundation for me. Which is not their policy! But they were so empathetic to my error. Seriously, lovely shop with knowledgeable people. I hope theyre here forever!

Several visits have turned this cosmetic & skincare devotee into a loyal customer! The store is lovely & the products are thoughtfully arranged for easy browsing & sampling. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful, available but never intrusive, & the array of products is impressive. I didnt know all-natural beauty products would look as good & perform as well as the products I regularly buy from mainstream companies like Lancome, YSL, & Armani. Now I do & I urge others to shop at Fig & Flower & verify this for themselves. Wow! What an amazing store! If you were a former Ulta or Sephora junkie and then went natural, do not despair, this is the place for you! No longer do you have to try to figure out what your best foundation match will be based on internet pictures. All the best natural beauty brands are here in one place! I was so excited to be able to try some of the many cosmetics that I have read and researched about online. Also, the blonde girl who works there was awesome! She was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a free sample of the foundation that I purchased so that I could make sure it was my shade in natural light prior to opening the full foundation package just in case I needed to return it since I went when it was getting dark and it was kind of hard to tell in the lighting. I also got a couple of free samples of another beauty brand at check out. And, as a new customer, I got 20% off my first purchase! I absolutely fell in love with this place, hope theyre there forever, and will definitely be back!
