Daniel is rude. He is not cut for what he’s doing. He is the type to run the money away. He was ready to write me off as if they didn’t have the size I needed. Guess what? They had it. Daniel, do what makes you happy dear.
Customer service isn’t the greatest. The store is out of inventory. For being a boutique you expect to be spotless. Well there was a lot of dust. Perfume samplers looked like they were out for years. Some of the items on display were dirty. 🤨🤷🏼♀️ They need to tight things up a little.
Daniel Leathers delivered superb customer service, although they did NOT have my shoe size in the shoe I originally wanted he assisted me with finding another cute shoe and blouse to match that I like!😊

Me and my boyfriend went here the other day. They need improvement with customer service. The cashier was nice though. I just bought the sunglasses but if the lady staff was only friendly I would have bought more, instead I went to Valentino right across, which customer service was way better....
This is the new Versace store in Phipps Plaza. I think it looks better and is bigger than their old location. I LOVE the lit Medusa logo outside. It is fresh.The Versace store has excellent customer service. Even though I came just to look around, they were very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in window shopping. I found the store to be somewhat empty and I wish they would display more of their products. It does give it a cleaner look, but also forces me to look online to see if there is another variant in the product that I want.All in all, a great high end store. I will be sure to return here when I come again to Phipps Plaza

The worst customer service ever!!! I have been trying to get my belt fixed for a year. Finally popped up to the store in January (I live out of town) to get better help and it’s March 16th still haven’t received my belt.. called the manager 5 times and left messages and she still hasn’t reached back out to me!
Purchased the perfect shirt for my guy. Customer service was superb!
3 employees locked eyes with me when I entered the store and not one acknowledged me. I will not spend my money somewhere where I am not worth a simple “hello.”

The worst place to go The cashier is as obnoxious as they owe her and they dont pay her, she talks horrible to customers, she looks at you badly and leaves you waiting more than an hour to get paid and like reluctantly and gone twice with my friend and he treated me horrible
