I bought the cutest jewelry from here. I love this Dress Up location. The staff is super friendly and they always have trendy styles to choose from.

They have some of the cutest clothes and their prices are affordable. I love how the store is so well organized and clean. Great customer service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you can’t find anything in store you can also visit the other locations or their online store. They’re located in a busy shopping center and their parking all over.

None of the workers even approached me when I walked in too busy chatting at the register, they also don’t carry ANYTHING bigger then a size large

The staff member Morgan was AMAZING! she picked out super cute stuff for me to try on and was so positive and hands on with helping me in whatever I needed! Ive loved dressup for years and finally visited this location. The gals here were super helpful and friendly and told me about the discounts. I got a couple of cute sweaters and overall had a good vibe from this location.

I love this store. Staff are nice and always there to help if you need them. Bonus point that they also know how to not come and annoy you when you’re not asking for help :D In general, my shopping experience has always been pleasant at this location.

The store was clean and they had a decent selection, but the return policy is unclear and not posted conspicuously enough. Turns out nothing in the store can be returned for a refund, even with tags on and the receipt. They should be more clear and post this on the door when you walk in and by the register.

I liked the selection. The store has a boutique feel with very reasonable prices. Ill return.

This boutique carries pretty unique items which is something I really like about boutique shopping in the first place.Prices are typically decent, but there are a few items that I feel are overpriced for the quality. I’ve purchased a couple of items from here and, to be honest, I don’t foresee being able to wear them more than a handful of times.

Clothes arent the best quality - but I can find good stuff from time to time. The workers could not have been less helpful - they flat out ignored me (there were maybe 2 other customers throughout the store). I grabbed a few things to try on, yet no one was there to help me. I eventually went to the check-out counter to ask them to let me in a dressing room and the girl didnt look up from her phone for at least 5 minutes. Too busy on your phone to help a customer who might buy $100+ of merchandise? That is horrible customer service. I walked out empty handed and walked to Marshalls across the street to get the same quality items at better prices.

Have been here on occasion and this was the last time that I will be at any dress up location ever again. The quality of service is very bland and uninterested. The clothing quality is not that great either, nothing special. I can do better and have a better shopping experience at many other places. Id be surprised if this place lasts with how things are done here.

For someone who’s worked in retail and has had a management role for a couple years, this Dress Up location was terrible. The customer service was so poor that my friends and I had to leave. There weren’t a lot of people in the store and we still weren’t checked on or asked to be started a dressing room until we purposefully walked in front of the dressing room. I even felt judged for going to get a different size dress. The girl with black hair and bangs just seemed like she didn’t want to try to help us. I feel like they pick and choose how they treat you based on what you look likeI left and went across the street to Vestique with ONE girl working and we were provided with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help us.

The styles are cute and prices are great, but you get what you pay for... two of the tops I purchased already have holes in them, and I have not even washed them yet! Needless to say, the quality has been disappointing.

I discovered your shop after I left the city so I wasnt able to stop by in person. I just received my first online purchase and I could not be happier.I hesitated to purchase a handbag I saw in the store.

Be aware - this company does not refund your money. Even if the items you receive in your online order are tattered or have awkward proportions from being poor quality, they still keep your money and only offer store credit. Very schemey business practice and terrible customer service. I would recommend shopping online somewhere like Modcloth, which has great customer service, returns your money if you arent satisfied, and give you an additional $5 if you opt for store credit instead!

Shopped this sale online for customer appreciation day... and instead of shipping me my clothes, one of the associates delivered it to my door because we live in the same complex. Unparalleled customer service.
