The lines are exceptionally long. It does not matter what day or time you come here. They need to hire additional people. The line on both the women and mens sides are long. There are three registers but only two people working..I am standing in line with at least 20 people in front of me and another 15 behind me. Its hot and two people are enough to take care of all the customers. I have been to Zara in NYC and its nothing like this. No one deserves to be in a line for over 45 minutes. There are people walking around that should be working the registers. The fitting rooms are not important when you are not allowed to try on clothes.Today was the absolutel worse because the security guard decided to harass me when the security alarm continued going off. Mind you, several people passed through the security πwall and the buzzer went off. Not one time did he sat anything to them. But he came to me to say I was standing too close when I was nowhere near the security walls. I was insulted and cant understand why he pinpointed me when several people made the alarm go off. I was inside in the long, winding line that moves at a snails pace. I told him that he did not bother to say anything before to anyone else and he had no response. Do not come for me when I am standing inside your store on camera and nowhere near the security walls. Todays experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
So Im going to be perfectly honest, I have never visited this store before, I went because its one of my daughters favorites. Definitely not my line of clothing but she loves many things there. The store was exceptionally large and had an enormous variety of apparel. Not a single thing for me but I can see where anybody under the age of 30 would love this place. Bray helpful staff
Nice selection but had to wait 30+ minutes to checkout. While in line, only one person was at the register and I saw four other employees either stocking shelves 1-2 items at a time or Iβm the back.Customers should be prioritized and this experience makes me far less likely to return.
The line is way too long. Specially weekend. Only two counters are open
The staff are very rude! We got there 15 minutes to 7:00 p.m and the guy standing at the front of the store says we are close so Im asking what time you close he says we close right now and he doesnt say seven! he just says we close now! Im asking what time you close tomorrow he says Im not going to answer! Im asking to talk to a manager and he says I dont have a manager! Eventually someone heard us and and she came and said we close early tonight even though the store hour says we are close at 7:00 p.m.! We made a trip all the way to the mall to make a return and they just making a decision to close early and not considering peoples time! Just because they want to close the store sharp at 7:00! If the store hours says they are supposed to close at 7:00 they supposed to accept the customers until 7:00 p.m.! They supposed to respect peoples time! My wife was trying to take a picture of her so we file a complain to the corporation and she screamed that if you dont put your phone down you dont have a phone and she attacked my wife! The bottom line as much as I love the store I hate the level of the customer service they provide here in the perimeter Mall store! I just experienced that worst ever customer service in my life!
The wait to get to the registers is over 30 minutes and not all of the registers were open to accommodate for the customers. When I spoke with the stores manager,Β he was unapologetic and unconcerned, and his tone and manner condescending. In addition, the cashier was rude,Β mirroring the managers attitude. Neither would give me their names forΒ security reasons when I inquired so that I could formally file a complaint. In addition, when requested a corporate contract number and/or info,Β I was told to look online for it. I did, however, find out the managers name is Travis. I often shop online with Zara, but needed items for an impromptu meeting that required me to travel. When I voicedΒ my concerns to Travis about the wait, he suggested I shop online instead. I dont believe this is the customary or appropriate response in an economy where businesses are struggling to make up for lost sales due to the pandemic. Travis stated there was not enough staff to work the registers as some were assisting customers. I can assure you this was not the case. If you review the security footage in the mens section of the store during the time I was in line,Β you will see that there was no associate assisting any customers and even one associate looking at his cellphone and/or standing around until he left to go to the mens room and return much later. I understand that the store must also be stocked,Β but when you are losing customers because of the enormous wait,Β it might behoove the store to assist customers at the registers instead. I would also like to point out that only one of the two registers accepted cash without prior notice of such before you actually got to the register itself; this was frustrating to many customers and added to the already long wait in line.Because I truly feel that my business is not valued by this store,Β I will be returning the entirety of my $500 purchase and I will discourage others from visiting this location.
Today I had the worse experience with your store. I have been shopping with Zara for over 8 years, never experienced bad service until now. I waited in the line for 45mins to a hour. I was purchasing a item and returning a item. The young lady Taylor she refused to take a item back, she claims it didnβt have the tag on it. I explained to her I purchased it like that. She tells me to lower my tone. I asked to speak to a manager, she says you can get out the line Iβm not returning nothing. The manager finally comes and I explain to her what happened. She begins to examine the pants. Then sees that I purchased the pants like that. So I told her I wanted to report Taylor and she tells me I have to go online. I wanted to speak with someone higher up, so the call the general manager. I begin to tell him what Ms. Taylor said to me, as Iβm telling him she begins to say something. She was very rude, this is not the job for her. I never in my life been treated the way I was treated today. I will not be returning to the store due to the rudeness of your associates and the fact that the managers seem to condone it.
No customers service what so everYou better prepare to spend good 45 minutes in the line to pay, good luck with any response from managers, Not going back to this location
Well I was blessed today by A Angel Travis Manager. Travis introduced himself realizing I was a wondering Customer. Travis customer Service was Awesome Professional Caring . Travis assist my issue with a Huge Smile great conversation and Resolved was the Ending to a Great Experience. I visited this location last month . Did not have the pleasure to had met Travis. Iβve visited Zara at Lenox Mall a Horrible Experience will not return. But I will definitely be back to the location in Perimeter Mall . Thanks Travis you were Awesome ππΎ ππΎππΎππΎ
The line is ridiculous!!!!! Got there right at 11am and the line was 30 people deep with only two registers open. They wouldnt even open the mens registers and just had tons and tons of staff just walking around. Not assisting people but just walking around. If I didnt have to return items, I would have definitely not wasted the hr and 5 mins in line. Not to mention the staff behind the counter were just super slow and talking amongst themselves. They had no desire to speed things up and shorten the wait time for all the customers. Horrible horrible place to shop!
Customer service was terrible. You will be in line for about 30 mins. The people at the register move with no kind of convenience. She didnt even say hello or anything when I got to the register. She just took the clothes, checked out, and then said next. No have a nice day or anything.
Horrible long lines. No matter what time of day you come thereβs always at least a 15 to 20 minute long line. Rude staff! Rude manager! Every time I come in. Picked up an online order and had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help me.
Wow, thereβs such a difference between this store and the one at Lenox. Donβt ever go to the Lenox location! Rude people, they close their fitting room when they feel like it, and management donβt care. But this store is awesome! Specially the lady that was in the fitting room Aug 26th in the evening, she was super polite and helpful with everyone. My only complaint is that the store was super hot, I was sweating when I was trying some clothes and it was horrible. I believe this is because of the lights used? Or maybe change the air setting? Will make our experience much better as we will be able to try clothes without sweating. Nonetheless, will be coming more!
This location blows! You are not allowed to use the fitting rooms. No Iβm not joking. They have one person on register and the line is currently out of the store. AND... itβs literally always like this. Lol
If I Could give less i would!! Waiting on the line to get to pay more then one hour not make sense!!!! How You choose your workers?? You checking how slow they are and then??? Hire more people! I will never ever will be back to this shop!!! Ashamed of your place!!!DONT SHOP THERE WHEN THEY WILL START TO FEEL IT IN THIER POCKETS THEY MIGHT START TO RESPECT THIER CUSTOMERS,!
Coming from Europe I cant even count how many Zara stores I have been to. Although fast fashion and cheap prices all their stores are neat and the people there polite and helpful - no exceptions. All that is gone when you enter this shop. It is so bad I dont know where to start, or should I even? From the attitude of the staff, to sending the guard to not let people in at 6.30pm, to selling ripped/damaged clothes, to long register line..... Way, waaayyyy too trashy, even for Zara.
This has to be the worse Zara known to man. I wish people would stop shopping here. They donβt accommodate their guest whatsoever. The lines are ridiculous, why are you processing returns in the same line as guest checking out, then itβs no AC and the selection is zero to non. Absolutely ghetto. Will not be back.
The customer service here is so bad. The employees and managers are mean.. like really mean and it almost makes you feel uncomfortable. Iβm not sure if these guys are overworked or what but itβs been this way all through Covid. I wonβt shop at Zara anymore after the experience I had today. Iβm sure itβs no loss to the store. They are always packed and thereβs always a line out the door.
MANAGER IS TERRIBLE!!! WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!! LINES ARE AN HR LONG AND EMPLOYEES DONβT CARE
I love shopping here. The customer service is always good, and theres always this one guy whos outfit is always DOPE. We love to see it
Frustrating and disappointing experience at one of my favorite stores. The line to get in was long and check out line even longer. I understand why now. Its the staff. When I returned about 8 items a few days later, I waited yet again in a line with about 25 people in front of me. When I finally made it to the cashier (man of color with a tattoo on his neck), he took an exceptionally long time to place every single sensor back on each item that returned. The transaction took at least 10-15 minutes because he was working to get the clothes back on the racks while simulataneously processing my order. He had a nonchalant, demeanor as if to say, youre going to wait while I do this. It was pretty unbelievable. Customers shouldnt have to wait for the cashier to prep the clothes for the rack. And to that end, the staff should wait before immediately returning the clothes to the racks. I noticed strong odors on most of the clothes I returned. Most likely due to customers taking them home to try on, and sitting in homes absorb odors on the clothes being worn out.
When you have lines of 50+ people waiting and multiple staff folding clothes, use business sense and open a register. Train everyone to work a register when needed.
Just needed to pop in for a quick return. Super long longs with not enough cashiers. Also staff is forcing people to wear masks even if vaccinated. Extremely rude and not welcoming. I will not be shopping here anymore.
The lines are ridiculously long and the cashiers move ridiculously slow!! Do better!
Customer service is bad. The employees at checkout are rude for no reason.
This store is a hot mess. Clothes are thrown everywhere and they hardly have anything in stock probably because itβs all in back all tossed around or on the floor all mixed around. They also donβt have enough staff to run the store at this location.
Very bad service today. They have some croptops on display they said they couldnβt sell, they had other multiple items on display as well that they donβt remove but they deny to sell, plus when I asked for the reason why they couldnβt sell me the top I wanted their reason was pointless and nothing professional, then I asked for the manager and he wasnβt helpful at all.
Horrible experience been waiting in line for over an hour doesnβt matter what day or time you come there is a line. And you have associates just walking around and open registers doesnβt make any sense.
WHY ARE THERE SO MANY CLOSED REGISTERS BUT ONE CASHIER CHECKING OUT. Why is the help on the floor socializing while there is a single cashier helping a line of over 20 people! A simple return should not take 45min
Be prepared to wait atleast 30-45 minutes in the checkout line. Ridiculous!
Every time Ive visited (peak & non peak hours) the wait to checkout is extremely long. The staff is helpful and will look up an item for you if you have the item # (hint: Zaras store availability search option is located under the photo on the website)
Only 2 out of 6 cashier lanes open. The line is almost out the store. Itβs always like this which makes me hate shopping here. Customer service here is horrible, each cashier acts like they donβt want to be here. Do better!!!!
The fitting rooms are closed, si you have to shop with knowing is good for you later you have to be a very long line to return any items shopped spending a lot of time only to try shop something in this store
The long line to pay was so long we couldnt wait for hours just to pay so we left. The store was a mess and unorganized
I donβt think I have ever been to a Zara that was ran even remotely efficiently, but Perimeter Mall and Lennox locations must have them all topped. No matter what day/time/event/weather/etc, you will be standing in line for 30+ minutes. Insanely ridiculous
Left a formal complaint with corporate today. Returned jeans that I bought damaged and the rep made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I damaged the item myself! Terrible after waiting in line an HR to shop and another HR to come back and make a return. Black women have to learn to treat eachother better! Wish I got her name. Id call her out!
The wait is not worth it! I donβt understand why they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday If itβs because of Covid but yet other Zara store are open normal hours so they picked the craziest days donβt really understand. There lines are at least a hour. I hope there corporate starts looking into this store and how itβs running.
This is probably the worst Zara Iβve ever been to. Itβs literally multiple workers walking around doing nothing and super long lines (longest Iβve stood in line is maybe 45 min) like why? Itβs 2 registers open and thatβs on men & women side included... ridiculous! If you donβt come early, as soon as they open, make sure you donβt have nothing to do because your day consists of standing in this line!!!
Have to get in early to avoid the large crowd. Otherwise good quality pieces and reasonable prices. You can find a good statement piece there.
Waited on line to exchange three items for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I had been putting returning my items off because the line for register is always to the back of the store. Only 3 registers open while other employees are walking around the store. I had tried coming early even before the store opened but there is always a line. Clearly this zara doesnt respect the customers time. I also had to wait for a manager to to approve the return.
WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!! Do not buy something here unless you are sure you will not return it.
Worst experience ever! I have been in the store for over an hour waiting in line then stepped away to look at other items while the long slow line was moving to the beat of a turtle race; when I came back in line, a young black lady with dreads and a horrible attitude will come to me telling me that I canβt get in line because the cashier had to take a break! I asked for a manager to complain, when the other guy went to get a manager, she asked him to get a specific manager. She specified a certain manager which I believe is βon their sideβ; then came the Asian manager who didnβt care to hear my side of the story but insisted that I go to the ladiesβ side which I did but the line was 3 times the length of the menβs. No accommodations whatsoever, no effort in assisting a customer! The only response I got was that the employee needs to take a break ... as if I was responsible for their poor scheduling and organization! This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!! I walked away leaving all the items I bought and the manager with a snappy response replied, βI can put that up for youβ as if to show how little he cares about me leaving!I know working in a store getting paid hourly may not motivate them enough to make a little effort in providing good customer service but I think this review will help them realize how important it is to go above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied! This is coming from a 100% 5 stars business owner.
Extremely under staffed. There are no more than about 2 cashiers at each checkout area with 20+ people at each line.
Lines are always long no matter what time of a day you go
I love Zara, is one of my most fav stores... I just had one of the worst experiences with three of the employees. You are literally begging for help, is so sad.. try to give some feedback to the manager and she literally left me speaking by myself and ask another employee that help me.
The line was extremely long, but i love visiting Zara in-person because its so much easier than trying to shop online!
Two stars because customer service doesnβt exist. the vibe from the sales floor dudes βΉοΈβΉοΈβΉοΈI mean can you please smile and greet your customers . Donβt stay like you are angry with the world.
Good selection in clothing but the lines are always long. The lines are typically at the back of the store and they usually only have 1-2 sales associates assisting to check people out. It seems like none of the associates have any concern with getting the line down.
Its 12h30, easy 100 people been waiting to get into the store since 12h00. Why cant you stick to your store hours like everyone else in the mall. Ridiculous
Wow!!! I hate this location!! Even Before the Covid there is always a big line there is no employees only two people in the cashier itβs crazy I waited in the line around 45 minutes to just exchange !!!!
Their return Policy is bit too stingy
The lines to cash out were too long and slow, I did not get to cash out what I wanted, it was just exhausting!!
THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ITS LIKE YOU HAVE TWO CHECKOUT LINES COMING OUT IF THE STORE WITH ONE CASHIER IN DEPARTMENT AND OTGER STORE ASSOCIATES LITERALLY WALKING AROUND DOING NOTHING . This is so sad every Atlanta Zara experience for me has been a bummer compared to nyc Atlanta Zara is tremendously inconsiderate
The line for purchasing or returns is huge (about 1 h ) wait and they have only 2 cashiers
They have a lot of cute stuff here but the line is really long. All the way to the door. Itβs not even the weekend.
Love this store but god could their employees move any slower
The lines are extremely long.. I came alll the way fromPhiladelphia⦠just horrible. Management is very ghetto.
Long lines and no one opened another register
Lacked variety in the mens section, also lines were long on a Wednesday. Staff are friendly just need more to help the flow of customers.
I am on the line for pay 30min, but still I am on the line. Never move. I dont know what happened. Work super slow
The store manager is the worst! EVER!!! She has the customer service skills of a hippo. I understand every store has different policies and thatβs fine but her method of communicating with customers demonstrates that she has a pathetically miserable life. What she claimed couldnβt be done was actually completed the very next day at the Lenox location. Save yourself time and aggravation, skip the Perimeter location and shop online or at Lenox. Zara you need to look into getting your store leader some basic customer relations training.
Super long line to check out, their selection and sizes was minimal
Really mean staff and manager, expect to stand in line for 30 min. Wonβt be back.
The line is miles long and theres one cashier... also I saw a lady shopping tons of clothes and none of the workers offered a place to put them when she asked.
Extremely disappointed of the management at Perimeter mall location. They have the registers in the kids department closed and the line in the womens is way too long and it takes forever if you want to buy smth. Its impossible to shop here having a child. This is all happening while the staff is calmly walking around, no stress, no rush. Its really frustrating. I just put the clothes back on the hangers and walked out. Skip this brand and find something else who cares about customers.
I like zara clothes but waiting lines are insane. They need more cashiers and staff is not very friendly
In Love with zara Cloths,,i am regular customer around the world, but Zara USA managment very bad,, bad attitude and long waiting time around 40 min to pay!!!
Lines were extremely long. Only one person checking customers out.
Nothing wrong with the brand.Store is always understaffed. 30+ mins avrg wait time to checkout. Horribly managed location.
Nice clothes.
The worst customer service ever! rude manager and unorganized had a very bad experience there dont go to that place if you dont have to :(
Sent a jacket to be exchanged I ordered online. They returned the jacket, then gave my daughter a receipt that not even correct. Obviously, management and kids operate this store. Please HIRE QUALIFIED candidates. Not kids with a brain of a preschooler.
The workers I encountered useless with no willingness to help you in anyway. I thought the long lines were because the place was good. Itβs the opposite. Never standing in that line again.
Understand you cant try on clothes due to Covid but you know lines will be long with returns why only 2 cashiers open at 11:30am with 10 people in line and countless employees walking around on floor?
Took a 45 dollar Uber here after calling just to get blocked at the door at 650 when they close at 7 I have a trip on the morning and was just getting off work so mean !
Long lines at the cash register doesnβt matter of the time of day; they never have enough cash register staff. The attitude of employees is also something to be desired. This is unacceptable for one of the biggest clothing chain in the world. Not cool!Update: took close to 30 minutes to reach the register!
They have way too many employees for this line to be this long and this slow...
The lines were horrific. One cashier servicing the entire mens section is totally unacceptable. I love your store so please get it together!!!
Horrible manager name Chris. Store employees are super unprofessional
Extremely rude employees will not come back to this store.
Employ more cashiers and avoid unnecessary long queues...π€¨
More than 40 minutes in line to do anything, purchasing or returning( I went there more than once). If you buy online, since you cannot try in the store due to Covid (what is understandable) be aware that if you need to return you have to be back within 30 from the date your product arrives at the store once you bought (and waste long time in the line).
This is the WORST place to shop! Lines are 50 plus people no matter when you go. We are convinced ANYONE can be βManagerβ there as long as they are inexperienced and have no sense of good quality customer service!!! Donβt shop there!!!!
Oh yeah ladies, men, and children of all ages, the newly renovated βZaraβ is fresh, and has a look thatβs totally inviting. I was reluctant about going in,, is it too expensive? No, the prices are about the same and as usual the person whoβs choosing the clothing has a good eye. However I found the customer service very lacking ; not friendly, unapproachable,, like they are doing you a favor for letting you up in this place. You better get it together, or Zara can go down like anything else if the customers are not respected and appreciated. Hey I will go back once more to feel the vibe, Zara has something different to offer, but I wonβt be disrespected.! I will repost
Is there a reason yβall only have one cashier in the menβs section during Memorial Day weekend? This is my second time coming that Iβve waited 20+ minutes to checkout. Iβve watched at least 10 people leave the line. Not good for business.
Diana Spencer, Store Director.. she doesnβt know how to talk to her customers. I made a purchase yesterday for $150+. One of the items in that purchase the zipper wasnβt working fine. I took the pants back the very next day to return them. Diana comes and straight to my face tells me the product wasnβt damaged when I purchased it and I damaged it and brought it back to the store, upon which I stopped her right then and there from accusing me without knowing the facts, and she is saying that she has a problem with the way I am speaking. I asked her to call the manager and she in a bragging way tells me she is the Store Director. When I asked her name she, tells me make sure you get my full name right. Thatβs the type of service a customer would receive at this location. Management needs to fix this right. I am not sure how she got this position without knowing the basics of customer service. She needs to go through her training one more time. Horrible Service!!! Go to Lenox Mall, they treat their customers right.
I went to deliver a resume, the store manager attended me very well, gave me a sheet to fill out and then told me to attach my resume; and will deliver it to you. At the time I went to deliver it, and a lady came out telling me to leave it down at one of a table, the face of shame of the manager was shocked. I told him already fill it out could you accept it? NO, he answered leave it on the table below. I knew I would lose it. there were many sheets thrown there. What I want to say is that the lady is very badly educated and if she is HR, her attitude has a lot to say. I worked 10 years at Zara and its attitude, it is not what I met and they taught me. I was in charge of the store for 8 years and never rejected a resume. A little more respect for peoples time.
Horrible Experience with Zara!!! Placed online order. The package was delivered but not to my home. I spoke with Zara and they stated that it was delivered and signed for. I explained to my rep that I order from Zara all the time and have never had an issue. She further explained that they were using new shipping with LaserShip. Zara performed an investigation and determined that the package was delivered correctly but still offered me a refund or replacement. My issue is that you are stating that I received something that I didnβt . The rep Laura who resolved my case was very lackadaisical about my issue!! Last time Zara!!!! I hate waiting in long lines to make purchases, the stores are always a mess which is why I used online!!! Zara this is not good!!!
The line is huuuuuuge! Only one cashier is working in each department, while other workers just walk around. Hire more cashiers!!!!!!
