Just an average 4 walls and a roof type of store that carries alot of insaquintael items.

Came Monday 4/5/21 at 9:52pm a customer was walking out the door I was about to get out my car. The young lady said we are closed so I asked her I thought y’all close at 10 she said no 9:52 cut the lights off and lock the door I understand working in a business but door should not be locked until10 pm wheat what the display show on the door I needed medicine for my sick 3 year old and I had just gotten off work that was unacceptable and she was nasty and rude about it.

The store employer was very, very nice included making excellent service to gaunretee good customers satisfaction without any problems left behind and a place to all ways be dependable to the community everyday.

This is a mask free zone. No one I saw that was stocking, or behind the counter or chatting was wearing a mask.The coolers have been down for a couple weeks but there was someone working on them. About all they had was perhaps a dozen almost cool drinksService here is always more at their pleasure than yours. You can go to a cashier that might appear to be working, but wont be. It has an overall feel of marginal.

I love my neighborhood family dollar store. The staff are so helpful & the managers are even better!!! Keep up the great service

Found what I was looking for and more. The cashiers opened up a new register when the line couldnt accommodate the 6ft ordinance. That was so great to see. And the cashiers were so friendly!

Door is not organized to visit and it needs to be clean

It was cool...use to go to that store a few years back and it was completely different then it was stinking and cramped with expired food. This was my first time coming to the new version and it seemed to be cool...Dude had the cashier window open that is always a plus. I absolutley hate going into stores where the cashier window is closed. Seemes like give me the money and leave please.

Christmas items marked 50% were ringing at regular price and I was told it is what it is. There was nothing they could do about it.

The truck come in on Friday, the shelves are empty. 😎

This is a decent store to shop for daily necessaties at more affordable prices. And for the area its located in, its actually in decent shape and not too intimidating to visit. The customer service here is actually good too. One of the better dollar stores in the area.

More people in this store without masks than with. I couldn’t believe it. The parking lot is full of junk and trash, the trash can outside is over following, the inside of the store is always a mess. Shop elsewhere, they obviously don’t care about their customers.

There just a little too ghetto. They need to put up stock a little faster. At checkout there nice

Great clean store, friendly manager Miss Ira is great always smiling and friendly and family orientated she complete the store. She care for the store and the people that shop there. The staff is always on the floor stocking or assisting the customers find products.

Ive lived in Lakewood for 4 years and I love my family dollar. The only thing that sucks is some of the people that come here and destroy the nice family dollar. Its been vandalized so many times, people litter everywhere, double park, argue with the staff. The workers here deal with a lot but they are always great. I didnt get the womans name today but she was so funny and sweet. Majority of the time I get fantastic service. Keep up the great work!!

Its was good..only had one cashier...!!! And she was excellent..being the only one multi tasking..!! Was in the store at. 12 noon today.

Staff was nice enough. It was my first visit and convenient to the area.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its just one manager thats so ratchet and rude. Her customer service is very horrible. Ive been coming here since they opened and its always the lady managers with attitudes!!!

The food the is so delicious the breakfast there is really good too.

Very unprepared for a Sunday morning. I waited over 10 minutes fora receipt. When the associate alert the manager he came to assist and acted like after few minutes of him noticing he couldnt het the printer machine to print he showed as if i was a inconvience because the line began to get longer. After i had asked the manager could he return the product on another register and print the reciept. He told me wait he had the machine rebooting. After waiting several minutes he went to the other register to do what i asked initially. Very unprofessional and i run a business this was a incomvience to my client and myself. I would recommend shopping at this location

Store has a great selection of merchandise, everything looks good and the people are perfect.

Slow as hell. Stood in line over 15 min.

Downloaded the app, clipped the coupons and saved over $6.00!!! Was frustrated that they didnt have the largest size of the items that the coupons covered.

They say that they are open at 7am. I am here at 810am and the store is still closed.
