Staff is very helpful! They have a fitting room for you to try things on. Came for Atlanta United gear. Good if you need something quickly or want to try it on but there are limited options. You can get names of players added to jerseys (takes 3-4 business days).

I like that they were willing to hold one of the last two size small of a particular new release sweatshirt that was already sold out online. I drove 40 minutes in a rain storm to pick it up. When in the store the customer service was on point. My only complaint is that I had to pay for parking in Atlantic Station, $3+ minimum, when I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes.

This store is weirdly beautiful... it has a huge chandelier hanging from the top!! You’d think it’d be like a ugly sports store but it’s soooo clean. I love this store! I wish my closet looked like this store. They have everything you could ever want from Atlanta United or Falcons. They have tons of sizes in everything and really I don’t think you could run a store any better than this. Sales people are very very very nice! They just check you out like a normal person would!

My family and I have been to this store plenty of times and we have always received great customer service. My husband and I are founding members for Atlanta United and whenever we have questions we will call ahead and ask before driving up to the store (like most intelligent people should do). Our questions are always answered politely and if possible they have even held our sizes and kids sizes for us . This past weekend my husband went and bought a lot of Atlanta United stuff and unfortunately my jersey was dirty, so I called immediately and the young man told me it was fine to take it back and I could get an exchange. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing tonight after work. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the store. Taylor and I believe the other young ladies name is Tara they are always polite and smiling. Keep doing a great job you guys!

Leah and her team are absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful, very friendly, and know their product really well. I was able to find a jacket that I was told by the MBS store would not be in until next week, but Leah was able to help me find it at their store, even with the super vague description that I gave her and was able to give me what I needed despite the super complicated exchange situation. They made my day- I would give 10 stars if I could!

Great people. Unfortunately not all items are available. Run out, out of stock or unavailable on site. Available at Mercedes-Benz store BUT that store is close from now until after Superbowl event. Very bad planning and logistics specially when you have real football team as a Champion in town.

Since the store is Under New Management and now owned by a company called Fanatics, the new staff is just awesome. Mary and Ariella were super helpful and sweet.When my debit card was not functioning and they were ready to close up, they even stayed a few minutes later until my bank stopped screwing up (even though they never did and I had to go get cash LOL ) and they were very friendly and polite about it even directing me to an ATM a couple of doors away.They knew how important it was for me to make the purchase as I had a team voucher that was going to expire any day now so they went above and beyond the Call of Duty.There is also a better selection of gear in there as they have taken over part of the Falcons floor space as well.

Ive got to say as a female fan I was very disappointed by the lack of womens gear they have. If you are a man or boy its a great shop for you but women need to go elsewhere. The shop in the stadium has a legitimate womens section best to get your gear there.

I drove 90 minutes to place an order for an embroidered name player jersey in person. After 6 weeks of waiting, I received a call that the machine that personalizes would be down for about 3 weeks. I elected to wait. It has now been 6 weeks. I got a call 2 weeks ago telling me it was on the way. Incredibly frustrating and now I fear my son will have outgrown the jersey purchased 4 months ago by the time I finally receive it!

Ultimate fan store if your a falcons or united fan. Very nice selection of apparel and accessories. Didnt have a huge selection of womens united clothing is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Great selection, friendly staff, clean and well organized! BTW no joke when they say to park near section 5 ... It is just steps away from the #5 elevator/escalator. 😁

The store is nice but the selection here is pricey. Im giving it 4 stars because there is a nice variety of ATL UTD scarves that I adore. I also like the designs featured on the t-shirts and jackets. However, you can find cheaper team gear at other places, like Target. Come here for official jerseys and such.

A lot of great merchandise

To be clear, Im only leaving 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option. My wife and I entered the Atlantic Station store around 5:45pm this past Monday, October 14th. I was excited to browse their Atlanta United authentic jerseys because other chain stores with AU merch had collections that werent very big or impressive. The store was empty save for 2 employees at the front behind the counter. The employees were white. My wife and I are Black. When we walked in, no one said anything to greet us. I went immediately to the jerseys and didnt even notice the virtually motionless employees standing there until I heard them moving. They didnt say hello nor did they ask if we needed any help. However, when a white woman walked in shortly after us, they gave her a full greeting. We were given the silent treatment and completely ignored. They even went into the back and left us alone in the showroom! We walked around the store for a few minutes looking at different items. I even went up to the front counter to look at their scarves and at no time did these 2 non-busy employees offer any words to us of service or assistance. We left and didnt even get a have a nice day either. They had literally zero words for us, but the white woman after us got the full customer service experience. Please pull your cameras and review your footage. Atlanta United is supposed to represent unity and tolerance. But I guess this Atlanta United store only has time for and makes room for certain people and their business. This was not a good feeling and it was a very bad look.

Customer service was awful. They were not busy at all. As the home team official team store I would expect better service. It actually discouraged me from buying. :( do better guys.

Service has been hit or miss. A couple of employees have been very nice, and others have been very rude on other occasions. The biggest issue is the selection. They are consistently sold out of the most popular sizes of things. Its insane that founding members cant use their discount online, forcing us to shop at this poorly run, poorly stocked team store.

I give the team store 1 star, however I give James 5 stars who answerd my call. I ordered a jersey and was told it would arrive in 5 to 10 business days. 1 month later I receive a call saying letters and numbers have not arrived they do not know how long it will be! I called the team store to complain very upset and kind of rude. However i felt james’s frustration in having to deal with what he couldnt control. Im going to wait for my jersey because of james and not ask for a refund. But the amount of time ive waited and what i paid i should. I hope you value James!

Ita good store definitely you can find things of Atlanta United, Falcons, Bulldgos and Hawks. In this store you can find from stickers to the original jerseys.

Good team store. Almost as good as the Panthers, better than the Charlotte non-MLS team.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. About a dozen people in the store.. one female employee was hunched over the counter texting on her phone.. and a male employee sitting at a desk in the back room behind the counter. I coudnt find any t-shirts smaller than an XL in the place. Total waste of time walking into this place.

Super excited to attend the inaugural game for Atlanta United. After driving up from Augusta (approximately 2.5 hour drive) we arrived at the store at 5:15. We were excited about supporting ATL UTD by purchasing some new products such as t-shirts, jerseys, hats, and scarves at the store. Upon arrival we saw that there was quite a line, but we were willing to wait. We were told at 5:57 that the store would be closing and we likely wouldnt have the opportunity to enter the store. 3 minutes till close! We along with others had waited over 45 minutes and were turned away. We asked the security guard for the Managers name, and they wouldnt even give us his/her name. She/He didnt even have the decency to address the 50-60 people waiting in the line. Poor customer service. I would suggest you buy your ATL UTD gear else where.

Went down to pick up some ATLUTD gear and while they had jerseys, there were no youth t shirts. Its unfortunate that they dont have a larger selection or an online ordering option for founding members.

Always has what Im looking for. Little rough to get to, but hey it is in the middle of Atlanta. #HailUnited

There is a reason why this store has so many poor reviews. The employees are apathetic, lazy and uninterested in helping customers. They have no idea when out of stock items will be replaced, nor do they care. Save yourself the trouble, and order online.

The store has everything of the atlanta united and the attention of the chewing gum is spectacular, it indicated to us when it was the following game and where, it indicated to us where is the stage and how to acquire the tickets, I really recommend 100% this place to visit it and acquire it who need
