Hi, I would like to say I am very disappointed in my visit to this location today. The manager on duty named Sabrina Snear aka (Byrd) was obnoxiously rude to her staff and innocent customers. As a leader in a company she should lead by example and treat her customers and staff with kindness and respect to keep loyal customers returning and provide a safe friendly work environment for her employees. However, today I had to witness the complete opposite of how a successful business should operate. I am not trying to get her in trouble, I am just in hope that this problem gets addressed and brought to her attention so this matter can be properly fixed in the near future for all of Foot Lockers future customers and employee staff. Every paying customer and hard-working employee should not have to deal with this type of bad behavior from the Superior of a global retailer and brand.
I really hate shopping at this location. Every time I come, they have no Retro Jordans in stock, yet every employee seems to have them on . Where is all the stock going, to employees? Their customer service needs work. I tried to do a return a few weeks back and the employees wouldnβt take them back because they were worn. I only wore them twice . They were in premium condition. I find it upsetting to not receive a refund. My money is going to the Nike store located conveniently down the hall from this store.
Iβve entered the store (Lenox Mall Footlocker) on numerous occasions and the (Manager Byrd) treats me very rudely. Iβm a shoe reseller and buy all types of shoes. Itβs seem like every time thereβs a release she picking and choosing who she give shoes too. She hide pairs and very selective about which sizes she gives to certain people. I donβt kno why she hates me soooo much but I hadnβt ever said a word to her but she treats me so bitter. Iβm only writing the review because I value the store and itβs infrastructure. Just wish the manager was nicer to me as a reseller. Iβve been spending money at this location for the last 20 years and feel I shouldnβt be treated so abruptly. I hope things change for the better in the near future. I just want the negative energy from her to stop immediately because I resale shoes. I have a registered business, pay taxes and have a right to buy shoes without the attitude, bitterness, and obnoxious behavior.
My fiancΓ© bought me some Air Max 90s the store gave her a woman 11 instead of a menβs 11 itβs been over a week so we could not find the receipt so I went in the store to ask for an exchange for a means 11 the manager on duty stated that Since I did not have a receipt I would only get half the price of the shoes back So instead of $120 price of the shoes because I didnβt have a receipt I would only get $60 towards the purchase of the same shoe in another size, which is ridiculous and she states that this is company policy. I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE! I will contact corporate on Monday.

The greeter at the front had the worst attitude ever. We were walking and came slightly close to the exit and she blurted at us saying there was a βEXITβ sign. If youβre coming off the the stairs you canβt even see the sign from the side. She was very rude and honestly ruined our shopping experience. We ended up leaving because of that. I get that we were coming in the wrong way but you didnβt have to give patrons an attitude. Retrain your staff, everyone else was amazing.
Loved the selection of size 11 shoes! Awesome collection of Brand name sportswear you cant find anywhere else, not even on the web! Came back to get FILA OUTFIT, next day! Super fly prices! Easy access from parking lot! Girls were very gracious and eager to assist!

I walked in the door and one out of 4 employees said hello. I proceeded to walk up to the service desk to make a return and stood there for five minutes while none of the employees approached me. Once someone finally got up there, they said they could not take the shoes back because they had been worn. They have not been worn. There was a tiny speck on black on the bottoms that easily could have been wiped off with a napkin. I will not be returning to this store. Do yourself a favor and shop at a different location.

Good service, best place to find your choice
I came here December 26th 2019 and was surprised to find YeezY 500 stone in my size along with a 350 with was unfortunately not in my size. The employees were helpful however when i asked about a YeezY they did not mention the fact that they had it in my size. But itβs a great place that help me get some yeezys for retail so i would recommend to anyone trying to get some new kicks. Donβt always expect yeezys however come after the raffle and cop any unclaimed pairs. Thanks a lot to foot locker. Great place with great service and staff. I would go ahead and go if your smart.

Come here pretty often and everybody real nice. The whole vibe cool. Met this real short slim thick girl, I think her name was Tina or Tatyana but she was gorgeous also was a big help when it came to J Retro DMP Pack situation as well as the Z guy. This place usually got my size which is rare. Put it on my moms though that the lines are always long.
See Veronica. She has great customer service skills!I returned a pair of Nikes that didnt fit well and Veronica helped me find a pair of Mizunos that not only fit well, but really support and cushion my feet. Happy customer!
Went In to buy my husband a champion outfit and the ladies were very rude even after I cracked a joke the cashier girl just stood and looked at me horrible horrible customer service experience.. Get those young girls out your store they will put you out of business they were extremely rude will never return and if I do it will be for my money back!!!
Horrible service, βmanagerβ (Tab I guess) on duty doesnβt seem to know the simple way to take a return from an order online. While staff extremely rude to us as we are asking questions telling us they have to help other customers. Last time I checked we bought something as well. Coming in only reminds me why I shop online! Iβm literally on the phone with a customer service rep while in the store.

I come here because most of the time they got what Im looking for but the other reviews are right, customer services is non existent here. Even when they kinda know cause Im always here, I still catch an attitude when I ask for shoes. Some of the staff are cool but some are just really bad and must hate their job.
By far the worst customer service I have dealt with from a shoe store. I called the store and asked for the color selection in a particular shoe that I was looking for. Instead of giving me the color selection, the associate proceeded to ask me What color are you looking for. Well Im not sure what color I want, so I wanted to know what colors are available at your store. Why is it so hard to tell me what colors you have available? So I asked her is there a way for me to go online and find what colors are available at her store. Her reply: No. You can look and see what color the shoe comes in and ask me if its available. Is that all you needed? And then she hangs up the phone. Seriously... How lazy and rude can you be? I will not be going to this store ever again.
Dishonest. I tried to return two pair of shoes I bought online and the rep lied and said they were out of gift cards so they couldnt do the return and she wouldnt give me my money back. So I got on the phone and called Ladys Footlocker. When she saw I wasnt about to leave without something, thats when she just happen to locate TWO gift cards after telling me she didnt have any. If I knew that liars name, Id include it. It may be on the receipt. Beware of these people. That girl lied with a straight face and thought she was fooling me. Nah.
Horrible customer service & rude. The workers are not friendly at all and dont give a crap about you. I mean customer service is your job... At least be friendly and welcoming. If you cant even do that than find another place to work. Its an easy job...
Terrible service. Asked if they had Air Force 1 low in size 9, first time they said someone would check, I waited 10 minutes and asked again. She didnβt know I asked it and said she would check again. When she came back she said βonly have them in size 11β. Worst footlocker Iβve ever been to, and I have been to a lot of footlockers. I ended up buying my shoes at the Nike store, where they did have them

The female manager here, Sabrina, had terrible attitude toward customers. She jumped into the process she did not have full information on. Trying to close out on me, she assumed she knew what happened without letting me explain the situation. When I tried to let her know, she walked away. Never seen anything like this. Atrocious service. Thanks to the other manager, Matt, I could finish the process.
Bought some shoes, decided didnβt want them, went to return them and was told that I had to wait 3 days to return new releases, It does not state that in their policy anywhere! Wonβt be shopping here ever again, and I will spread the message along!
