Great service. Quality style classic clothes

Very Disappointed in this location. Ive been a loyal customer for years but after my experience today I will be finding a new store/brand to give my hard earned money. I brought 2 pairs of Connor fit dress pants in that I wear to work that have torn up in less than 6 months with holes in the in seam and by the back pockets. I was told by the female manager verbatim that the woven/stitched Club Monaco slacks tear up and no to buy them. After telling me that there was nothing she could do, she said all she could do was sell me another pair. Mind you, each of these pants were over $130 ($139.50 & 169 full price) .Unbelievably poor customer service and especially from a manager. I have been to Club Monaco locations in Toronto, Farmington Hills, MI and always had a good experience there. Its a shame that this location represented the brand so poorly today and as a result will lose a long time customer.
