I drove from Savannah to Atlanta to go shopping.I brought 2 pairs of white 90s for my kids.They havent even wore them outside yet.I just took the size 3 out the box to see if my other child wanted a pair and Omg the rim and inside the shoe is DIRTY.I cant even take these shoes back to the Champs in Savannah these people will look at me like Im crazy.My first time to Lennox Mall was Nice and Will return but Champs store I dont know,Things like this will make a person go off good thing Im back in Savannah because I wouldve been right back.

I always compare shoe prices and deals with other shoe stores and always seem to shop with champs because they always seem to have exactly or very close to what Im looking for at the best prices. And theyre deals are always allowing me to be able to save when shopping for my son. Love this place.

The staff or especially very friendly, I could not have asked for better service from this particular store. They greeted you the moment you walk through the door and the store is well laid out and thought out properly. It was such a pleasure shopping here

I would give Zero stars if it was possible. First of all, when we asked to try on a pair of shoes the man only brought one show and then disappeared. So I asked another girl if she worked here. She was eating food at the time. She put more food in her mouth and motioned that I should see by her outfit that she worked there. But she didnt stop eating and she walked away from me! I promptly left the store and bought the new Jordan Retro 4s for $190 at Lady Foot Locker. I will never go in Champs again. EVER

My daughter and I were in this store yesterday and employee got upset with a customer yesterday, started calling her out her name and saying he was going to jump her. Not sure what the underlying story was but it was unacceptable. He was a male trying to incite a fight with a female. We left the store and will not be back. Not sure of his name; only male employee with multiple visible tattoos

This is visually the best champs sports Ive been in. I know that the one at Cumberland dosent have the same space but it could use a aesthetic update similar to this to just really draw people in.

I live a hour away and they forgot to put one of my shoes in the box. I literally had to call 4 times to get them to answer the phone, and I was put on hold for another 10 minutes after they answered. The girl on the register that made the mistake had a bad attitude and didnt even apologize. Thanks leslie👎

WORST SERVICE EVERI wanna buy the Puma x Transformers in store today around 12pm and I asked one male staff what’s the price for it because the price tag was removed only for that pair of shoes. He said he would tell me and let me stand in store for 10 minutes.Finally he told me it’s $300, laughing sneeringly and walked away.When I walked outside of the store, I searched on Champs’s website and it says the same exactly shoes only cost $120. I don’t know why he showed no respect towards his potential customers and I don’t know why this kind of people could become a seller for a store.When I saw the same Puma x Transformers shoes in another store in the Lenox square, I bought it without doubt.

Terrible service. They talk to customer in an aggressive and unprofessional way. Don’t know how Footlocker does not check up on their stores. In due time they’ll be out of business anyways. You don’t have to deal with rude people when you shop online...

Large Variety average pricing and nice staff!

Ok, so I get some all white ultra boost... everything is fine right, wrong... I get them and one is a brownish color with dirt on the boost, on top of that the box is already damaged. This is only one shoe that is messed, obviously someone had worn that shoe already and messed it up pretty badly... I am unsatisfied; I had to go on amazon to get cleaner. Ok I like champs but I find it ridiculous that I am paying retail price for a shoe someone else most likely wore themselves. But I do have one compliment the workers at the store were nice to me that is why I give three stars.
